What program do you use to burn dramas to DVD to watch on TV?

I've used NeroExpress to burn all my dramas (xvid files? around 700mb or less) to watch dramas on TV using regular DVD player.

Now that many Korean dramas are from cable and they are uploaded as 480p, NeroExpress won't recognize the files.

Is there easy program which I can purchase or download to burn 480p (or 450p) dramas to DVD?

I don't burn dvds, I watch it via media players (Asus O! Play or Patriot Box). They both allow you to watch rmvbs and softsubs. I just hook up an external HD to the media player.
