Hey soompiers,

Long time no post! I hope some of you remember me

I am currently in a singing competition called "Penn State Idol", where top four singers get to compete during the Blue & White football weekend festivities held at Penn State on Saturday, 4/24. I made the cut to the final 16 competitors remaining, and I would like to ask for your participation and support!

The current round is set up in a way where the audition videos of the final 16 are posted online & people vote for their favorites.

The voting ends at 4PM this Friday, and the top 8 vote-getters will move onto a live head-to-head singing competition next week.

If you would like to vote for me, my name is listed under the vote tally as "Moon, John". Please know that you can only vote once per every 24 hours per IP address (so if you voted at 9PM today from your computer, then you can't vote again until 9PM the next day).

Also, the winner of the competition receives a cash prize. If I win, I plan to donate at least half of the winnings to my church at PSU (Harvest, http://www.harvestglobal.net) in financially supporting a World Vision child named Croyance from the Republic of Congo. Through support, children like Croyance are able to receive clean water, nutritious food, health care, education, and spiritual nurturing.
