Annyeong chingus....

Let's pray for our chingus in Japan to be safe.

I'm really proud of all of you on your reactions to the official news. And I want to add that Yong & Hyun are ALREADY FRIENDS, and I believe they value friendships given the way they interact with their CNBlue brothers and SNSD sisters, so I'm not worried on that score.

Male goguma-shippers feel the hurt too, and some may even cry. As for me, I'll probably feel as empty as I did when YAB and MGAIG (My Girlfriend is a Gumiho) ended, both are my all time fav k-dramas, and I loved the pairings. But nowhere did JGS-PSH nor LSG-SMA show the kind of emotional intensity and relationship development that Yongseo showed us.

I'm in full agreement with SGAjumma (waves @ fellow SG-goguma-shipper) that they are already a couple:wub: , and the cup-half-full-shipper me knows that they already have feelings for each other, just re-watch the episodes from 1 to the current, youtube all the cuts where Hyun appears and tell me that she can be so comfortable with just any guy. So I'm not worried there either. I want them to do well in their respective careers, and I know they will always support each other no matter what happens, because they have already made a commitment on national TV to do so, and they believe in each other. You can call me deluded but that's my strong feeling based on my observations from afar. I feel it is great that they are both singers and hence will have the opportunity to cross paths, moreso perhaps than if Yong is an actor/comedian and Hyun is a singer. Whatever they have built up in this past year, they will build upon the best that they can. Just imagine, based on 1 drama Yong can build such a strong friendship with PSH, what more with his "wife" whom he has filmed more than 47 episodes and shared so many wonderful memories. For those of you who watched YAB and the BTS (trust me, I watched YAB at least 5 times including the BTS and any emotions he had were nowhere close), did you see his cheek-bursting smiles, his intense eyeships with PSH? No..... Those are reserved for Seo Joo Hyun alone. Even when he does the drama with PSH, I am confident he will not feel the same kind of emotions as he has with Hyun, because the drama is scripted whereas everything he did with Hyun on WGM was purely from him and her, emotions in its rawest form, and it was REAL. If you understand what I just typed, how can you/we doubt them? Trust them.

If they choose to show us glimpses of their relationship post-WGM, I'm sure our eagle-eyed FBI gogumas will spot it, and we will spazz again. If they choose to keep their relationship secret, that's their perogative as well, and I do not blame them, given the amount of unkind words antis have thrown at them. But I'm alright with that, because I trust them. Whether they will last the distance and marry for real or see other people etc, again its up to them, they have their own lives to lead. But I'll always be there supporting that boy from CNBlue, and that girl from SNSD.... because of what they took us through together in this past year.

Oh and luvtokki I didn't forget your post, if Yong lost the scarf Hyun made him, you are going to fly to Korea to kick his behind aren't you? Because I'm seriously starting to think that he DID lose the scarf......

Take care of yourselves, we need to stay healthy to spazz tomorrow on the episode and the updates from our Thai-goguma-shipper-chingus on the concert happening.......

And @soshi3, no brother, I can't fly my family to Thailand on such short notice, not even for Yongseo, seriously, what self-respecting ajusshi-shipper can do that??!! Aish.......

YONGSEO IS REAL, so keep the faith, and lets enjoy the next few weeks. And if MBC screws up the finale, I'll put up some cash to fly luvtokki over to richard simmons-slap them.....

but im glad that it's going to be next month

cause I don't sad thing happen on my favorite month

through this couple I learn a lot of meaningful things

I admired them more now..

I've been following them since the first time they're announce as a new couple for wgm

Hi fellow goguma shippers, I was a lurker here since September, I decided to come out before YongSeo ends I'm so sad, I'm crying right now, I don't know what will happen to them after WGM ends, especially Seohyun, I'm really worried about our maknae's feelings T_T us sones all know that Yonghwa is the first guy that Seohyun became really comfortable with, comfortable as in the way that she can be herself when she's with Yonghwa, she can be the cheerful and happy girl instead of being the composed and awkward Seohyun

I can't bring myself to listen to love light, banmal song or sweet holiday, the news really broke my heart, I can't even bring myself to look at their pictures, to see them so happy, it makes me really sad that because of their status as idols, they have to separate...

I don't know what will happen to my habits that I usually do because of Yongseo, I don't know if I can still search "seohwa soompi" on google and read new posts in this thread, I dont know if I can still click bookmarks and click gogumafics link on my opera mini in my ipod and read new fanfics, I don't know if I can still read new posts in this thread in my ipod every night, I don't know if I can still have Goguma marathons while patienty waiting for Saturday to come, I don't know if I can still read Jossa's fics, and lastly, I don't know what will happen to my future saturdays, I'm used to waking up at 5am or 6 or 7 watching new episodes, after it all ends, my saturdays will always be painful (

It has been a really great experience, Yongseo gave me happiness, and I will promise myself not to be attached to a virtual couple again, I'm sorry, but seeing a couple you always wish to be together, and you see them separate, it's heartbreaking, WGM is a cruel show, not just for us fans but also for Yonghwa and Seohyun, and I can't believe it's all ending....

Hello all,

With everything that is happening I thought I'd come out of my lurker mode.

I wont saying anything that anyone have not said before but nonetheless I feel like I just have to write this out.

I have been with this couple since Day 1 !

I was always a WGM and SNSD fan from the start.

And when the news came out that my favorite SNSD member, the Maknae (!!!!!!) and "that Loner" dude was going to be on it together, I was intrigued.

When the first episode aired, I was amused..Ban Ki Moon and Bon Jovi ! Goguma !

When the second episode aired, I was thoroughly hooked...Yon~~~~~~~~~g.....Hyu~~~~~~~~~~~~~N !

Me, who is the epitome of a non-morning person, wakes up at 5AM, every Saturday to watch the videos raw!

And stays awake for another good 3 hours, to watch newly-aired episode, at least 3 times again before going back to bed for a nap to ease the time and wait for translation.

Me, who is, soooo computer inept, braved photoshop and attempted a lame-o banner that I still proudly use in my sig!

My husband, parents, sister, family, friends thinks I am CRAZY !!!

This thread has been home.

It's opened at home, at the office via my laptop.

annyong haseyo*bows* this is my first post ever.so I hope I can give some useful thought to all goguma shippers and will try my best to pen down what I want to say (that I’ve been keep it for months) in this post.

well I have been watching wgm starting this year (I know I’m very outdated person) and the only couple that I hooked up with is Alshin couple. After I found out that shinae married to another man, I felt very heartbreaking because I really thought they are meant together.after that I stop watch wgm for a while (I was soo sad with the breakup T_T) until early last month..I was so bored at that moment that I decided to watch wgm season 2 and I chose yongseo couple to watch.

at first, from what I read at some forum, many people bashed this couple stating that seohyun is too young to be married etc and they are not a good match.even my friend was like ‘what-the-heck-you–watch-them-they-are-too-boring’when I told her that I was currently watch yongseo.yes I admit they are quite slow at the beginning.i still remember I was having a thought that maybe yonghwa need to seek advice from alex how to open up seohyun like what he did to shinae but gradually they turn out to be my fave couple ever.even beat alshin couple.

yongseo always made my day.whenever I feel stress due to lots of assignments and friends and homesick, I would just watch yongseo and I will automatically smile like a fool for a day.it’s really amazing how yongseo can stick in my mind wherever I go and sometimes I know my friends already bored with me since I talk a lot with them about this cute couple.

After watching them to date, I cannot hide my feeling from hoping that it was not a fake marriage but a real marriage. there is was one point when I cannot even realize this is all fake because they look too real. I’m really saluting them and wish they could even ‘win Oscar’ because of their performance in making this fake couple look toooo real.all the eyeship,shy smilesare too real!!

Since I’ve experience the heartbreaking moment during alshin breakup, I already prepare my mental to receive news that one day yongseo will depart too.but it’s too soon than I expected and I feel very sad to hear such news because they are at the climax chapter.however, I try my best to look at bright side and thinking that every beginning must have it’s end.the same goes with us.we have our beginning (born) and we have our end (die) too. And onemore thing, we just need to pass this matter to God.only He knows what’s the best for yongseo.

So from now, to all goguma villagers, let’s not be sad.let’ smake this thread have a happy ending.yongseo have leave us with many great memories and we still can replay their great journey by reading every post in this thread, watching their videos from episode 1, fanmade video, pictures,listening to banmal song and etc. I will not even hesitate to tell mygrandchild in future that “there was, once upon a time, a legendary coupleknown as Goguma Couple”

Special thanks to all whoever work so hard in subbing vid and updating news about yongseo.i’m very amazed with all goguma villagers thatwe all so united when it comes to this couple though we are from different country,religion and race. I've been lurking in this thread for ever and a couple of months and I finally decided to write something.

I've discovered our Sweet Potatoe Couple back in April I guess and at first was just like "Oh em gee - the good looking guy from YAB!!!"

Uhm yeah...

I really really enjoyed spazzing each week, reading the thread and looking for extra news.

It was a helluva ride.

It was very special.

And I enjoyed every moment of it.
