Here is The story behind "Tian Hui" (Thanks to MistressSerenity hu commented under the video):

the story is that the girl got sars and the boy fell in love with her and vice versa. day by day, the girl is dying more and they are showing how it's affecting her and their love story. In the end, she finally dies. Anyways, it's a very touching story.

One of the notes she writes translates into "Finally, I cannot attend class." and her email thing says "about [guy name]" and then it says "I have a middle school friend, I think his name was [insert guy name]"

And then she tries to find out more about him. And the last message im not sure but I think it says "The guy I think continued to go to school. Then he graduated and got an art degree. The board's poster was him who helped draw it. We know him very well. Are you looking for him?" The last last e-mail message is the guy messaging her [although she's already dead...] and it says [i think] "No matter if the leaves fall, No matter if its cloudy, The sky will always clear up. Are you looking for me?"

In the first note she also writes:

"In the afternoon it started to get hot. Everyone went to sport lesson, leaving me all alone. Its grey in my heart.. "

Not very important.. but i wanted to show off my WONDERFUL chinese skills.. jk jk jk^^
