Summary:

Choi was sentenced as guilty for fraud attempt

by criminal appellate court,

n also guilty for defamation by civil appellate court.

Civil appellate court found no evidences of her accusations against KHJ.

 

Choi found guilty of defamation by civil court n was fined to pay 100MW to HJ fr that.

Criminal court found her guilty of fraud attempt n fined her 5MW,

but not guilty of defamation.

I don’t know why n how 2courts found so differently abt defamation.

But that’s how it stands.Tx

But whatever it is thank God its over, and proven he was victim & innocent of all charges accused by that woman, just as we believe right from the start. Another bet? That baby Choi claimed to give birth to but never did on the supposed due date? Well my bet the dna of the child they brought to court is less than 0.1% match to KHJ's dna:huh:

I"m sorry if my post now change our good mood here. Finally what i has suspected come true I feel uncomfortable since the courts always allowed choi hye mi dragged the case for years without good reasons.They knew since the beginning choi hye mi is guilty but they let her dragged the case and continued  defaming him during the process. " Justice delayed is justice denied  " this motto is so so true.

 

 I'm so upset with the criminal court. I think  there is somethings very wrong there. No wonder why many young celebrities chose  to commit suicide rather than fight for justice. It seems really hard for celebrities to find justice in South Korea because they prefer to see them fall down no matter what. I  have a lot of respect for KHJ the way he handle injustice and those shameless media that earn money by destroying his name and image. But finally the South Korea criminal court has proven that it"s better to be  a criminal because you can get everything you want and you can harm , defame and destroy life of other people without being guilty and can get away from the crime you did if you know how to play with the judge. The judge is not only support the crime but also punish the victim even more. Look how the justice system has done to KHJ it took them 4 years to find that choi hye mi is not guilty for defamation after his name and image had already been destroyed by her lies for 4 years and still continue not only in S Korea but worldwide .Don"t the judge has a sense how much it has affected his career and personal life. How much he had bared all the mistreat , misjudge because of her lies. I wonder what defamation means for that judge at the criminal court.

 

I'm so upset but not yet give up for justice. I hope the persecutor will take this case to the supreme court. I hate to see blackmailer and the gang enjoy their crime at the end. I really hope this case can be an example how to protect the victim rather than how to commit the crime and get away from jail. How come the judge let the criminal fool him and ignore the strong evidence of  the actual reality.  However if the justice system fail to provide justice I believe the nature and the kama will do their job. This criminal who has never realized and reflected how harmful she has done to the life of others now can be free to have a normal life . I would feel much better if choi hye mi would confess rather than  could not deny because of the evidence. It seems to me she is  a criminal by nature  and the judge supports that..

Today more fans came than HJ expected...

HJ: I thought you all didn’t

have things to do this weekend.

Nothing to do, right? Well, then u have

to come here by Shinkansen (bullet train)


HJ went to play golf yesterday

HJ: I couldn’t play well...

Fan: How was your score?

HJ: Score?

I could have played well even with my eyes closed,

but couldn’t play well.

The score was not good. Haha...


Not only the time when he’s making songs,

was so great today.

Everyone sang along with HJ with whole heart.

HJ: “Listening to everyone singing in front of me,

I thought I am really happy that I became a singer.”


HJ said that he receives messages, letters...from fans,

but the happiest gift is to sing together with everyone on the stage.

He kept saying, “I’m touched...I’m really touched.

This is the 1st time I got this feeling during this tour.”


HJ heard from the president that in the goods booth in Nagoya (?)

a new fan after TMH&WFM was there.

She was a typical rock maniac.

She asked,

“Why do u sell such a lightstick w/toy in a rock concert?”


Usually HJ thinks things before go to sleep

but he slept earlier yesterday and the day before,

as there were nothing to think about.

Then he realized eat,

sleep and play well without worrying things is a great blessing.


HJ: I think people around me are all good people.

They say ‘After rain comes fair weather.’...

I think what made me change like this is thanks to people around me

and everyone who came here today.”


I will dedicate this song to those who supporting me

to stand here to sing,, my staffs, family, puppies, and everyone...

This tour is very meaningful tour for HJ

because it became the impetus for liking music more.
