Thanks, but how do you get yoobin's eyeliner on the bottom to stay like that without smudging?

there are eye primers available at any makeup store, I recommend urban decay it's 15 bucks though. its almost like a concealer that you put on before putting on eye makeup. It prevents your eye shadow from smearing, the color stands out more, and it tends to last longer.
