Cube Entertainment has announced that it will take legal action regarding a nude photo rumored to feature superstar Rain, claiming that the photo is fake. The photo is rumoured to be leaked from Rain’s girlfriend and top actress, Kim Tae Hee’s lost phone.

According to Cube Entertainment’s statement released on November 13th, “We are preparing to take legal steps against the original leaker of the photo. The man in the photo is not Rain.”

Additionally, according to Rain’s representing attorney, “At first, we were not going to file a charge for this baseless rumour. However, some acquaintances of Rain really thought it was him and many more are starting to believe the rumour. Therefore, we have decided to take legal action. The photo was spread for malicious reasons. If the photo was intended to be photoshopped, then they would have pasted Rain’s face onto the image and would not need to censor the eyes. By censoring the eyes, it is apparent that the photo is being spread with ill intentions.”

The attorney further stated, “Also, Kim Tae Hee never lost her phone. Hence, this case is considered to be executed with an ill-natured purpose. Even though the photo was only spread on the internet, we decided to take strong legal action against the person playing such jokes.”

Cube DC came forward to say that the rumors are completely false. The agency stated on November 13, "Rain is not in the picture in question. We're currently preparing to take legal action in terms of the photo and information that are currently being spread on the internet." 

An alleged naked photo of Rain has been making its rounds on the web with the message, "Rain's girlfriend Kim Tae Hee lost her phone, and his naked photo has been leaked." The picture shows a man showering with his face obscured. 

Rain's legal representation has also stated that the netizen who started the rumors will be responsible for defamation of character. The rep will be filing a suit on the 14th.

Singer-actor Rain is gearing up to file a lawsuit over rumors about a full-frontal nude photograph that was uploaded online on Thursday and has since enjoyed frantic circulation across the Internet.

The image, which shows a naked man showering, is alleged to be a picture of the K-pop star that leaked after his girlfriend lost her cell phone.

"We are preparing to take legal action against rumors that have spread over the Web and social networking services", Rain's agency, Cube DC Entertainment, said yesterday in a release.

Lawyer Kim Nam-hong, who represents Rain, added in the statement, "The man in the picture is clearly not [Rain]. We plan to sue the person responsible for posting the picture online and others who added false depictions to go along with it".

According to rumors, the intimate photograph was posted online after Rain's actress girlfriend Kim Tae-hee allegedly lost her smartphone.

The photo was uploaded on Thursday and went viral on Kakao Talk, Twitter and Facebook, though the user who uploaded the suspect image blocked out the eyes of the man showering.

Rain, whom also goes by his given name Jung Ji-hoon in his domestic acting projects, has reportedly been in a romantic relationship with Kim for about a year.

"Kim never lost her smartphone", Rain's lawyer said. "The rumors are way too malicious … so we decided to file a complaint".

Rain is the latest entertainer to find himself embarrassed by nude photos going public. Seo Jii-su, a member of the up and coming girl group Lovelyz, was absent from the band's recent stage debut on Wednesday following a slew of viral allegations.

Rumors previously surfaced online that Seo had engaged in lesbian relationships with numerous women and had released nude photographs without the consent of her ex-lovers.

Her agency, Woolim Entertainment, addressed the rumors simply by stating that the upcoming singer was in need of "medical treatment to bring her back to psychological stability".

Kwak Geum-ju, a psychology professor at Seoul National University, said social networking services fuel a sense of excitement among people.

When people share negative rumors, she said, "they feel a sense of achievement because they believe they have information others don't".

The Story of “For Love or Money”

I hope many clouds will have the opportunity to watch the movie in cinemas. As it is in Mandarin, I hope this post will help you understand better the story line.

The movie is based on a story written by a popular author, but Director Gao Xi Xi said he has changed the content substantially, especially by giving it a happy ending.

Rain (“Xu Cheng Xun”) is the son of a tycoon, but has his own dream of being a painter. He doesn’t want to inherit his family’s business and is contented being a poor artist.

Crystal Liu/Liu Yi Fei (“Xing Lu”) aspired to aristocracy as her grandfather had been a nobleman, but it did not pass down. She was deeply betrayed by the man she loved. She decided she will not love anyone anymore.

Rain and Crystal met in a coffee shop and started their love story.

It turned out that Crystal was being hired by Rain’s mother to seduce her son. She wanted Rain to fall in love with Crystal, but at the end Crystal will leave him because he is poor. She believes this way Rain will return to her and get on with the family business.

Crystal carried out the plan, but in the process she found that she had genuinely fallen in love with Rain. The dilemma is now For Love or Money.

From the trailer it looks like love wins over money. There was a scene where Rain and Crystal were sitting on a bench. Rain was holding an umbrella shielding Crystal from the sun. She seems to be pregnant.
