Rain to star as special guest in Chinese TV show

Singer Rain (Jeong Ji-hoon) is starring in the first Chinese audition program Super Boy on Honam TV as a special guest.

Rain is departing for China on the 26th for the broadcasting of the show on the 27th and will prove the dignity of one of the leading Hallyu stars.

Super Boy (快樂男聲) started in 2004 and resulted in many stars such as Li Yuchun, Top Combine and more. Various stars from all over the world have been appearing on this show as mentors.

Rain has discharged from the army on July 10 and the fan meeting was originally scheduled for last month but was delayed due to a lack of preparations. During the event, Rain is planning to perform some of his hit songs and converse those attending.

Korean Singer-actor Rain will be having a fan meeting next month, his first fan event after being discharged from his mandatory military service in July.

An official with his agency CUBE Entertainment told TenAsia over the phone Wednesday that Rain will hold the fan meeting event at Kyung Hee University in Seoul, Korea on October 12.

The event for his official fan club was originally set to be held in August but has been pushed back due to unknown reasons. The official with his agency explained that, “It was postponed in consideration of various factors including the process of its preparation.”

The upcoming fan meeting is the eighth official fan meeting which has been prepared by fans, while the next scheduled works of the singer including his next album have not been set yet, the official added.

In the meantime, the artist is also set to make appearance and perform at Chinese live audition program “Super Boy” as a special guest tomorrow.

The official activities of Rain after discharge includes participating in Thailand’s musical festival “Sonic Bang” in August and promotional events in Shanghai, China early this month.

Today, didn't follow the (film) crew but went to Busan for job still. In the morning after getting on board (the train?), discovered RAIN traveling along. RAIN  nd the company's various senior members know each other well and so he came along for some fun. I always wanted a chance to capture a sneak pic (of RAIN)  for the friends who are his fans to enjoy and it's finally achieved. Let's all look together.

This time, because RAIN 's here for leisure, I cannot divulge his location, sorry! Also, after finishing the dinner, he and the senior company member together with another gentleman went off together, saying they were going for a drink elsewhere. anjjo, this picture of RAIN in Busan, this resto where he’s dining is so simple & you couldn't imagine that a huge star like RAIN would eat there. I guess maybe because of the food why RAIN was there. You see, most celebrities could easily be spotted in a fine dining but RAIN is different, he seems to be a very simple person. I guess he wants to be "normal" sometimes.  )

Singer and talent Rain (31, Jeong Ji-Hoon) is starting his first work in Korea since being discharged from military with fan meeting.
Rain’s fan club ‘Cloud’ announced through the fan café that they are having a fan meeting at Seoul Hoegi-dong Gyeonghee University Hall of Peace on October 12. Previously, Rain planned to hold fan meeting on September 3 as his first official event after being discharged from the military, but he postponed because of preparing for the event. Instead, he participated at music festival ‘Sonic Bang’ at Bangkok. Rain had a controversy over working as an entertainment soldier as his romance scandal between Kim Tae-Hee was revealed. While meeting Kim Tae-Hee, he violated military rule 4 times. Meanwhile, Rain made an exclusive contract with CUBE Entertainment’s label CUBE DC and is currently preparing to come back.

I think the concern of some is to just want to see KTH married ASAP, for her man to love, cherishes and protect her. She looks healthy and I do not think there should be any medical concern for any women at her age or in late 30s. I've seen a few acquaintances of mine who married in their 40s and yet can produce healthy kids. So, it's more of wanting to see her with the company of a husband and living a stable married life as with most of her married peers. Kids that come along early is a bonus. Of course the decision is hers and her other half to make. KTH has said not yet and so, we shall wait and see....  >-
