[12-Sep-13][TVreport]Rain followed by his fans even while using an escalator.

1%28220%29.jpg

Singer Rain gathered a crowd wherever he went in China.

On the 12th, CFP, one of Chinese news media, released a new photograph that shows Rain visiting China's Shanghai. In the picture, even a place where he personally tried taking a meal was filled with his fans.

The news report said, "Rain showed up at a restaurant specializing in dimsum dishes in Shanghai's Xintiandi with his acquaintances and body guards that day. He was met by his loyal fans getting his destination beforehand everywhere he went. (at the entrance to a shopping mall, in elevators, at the entrance to the restaurant, etc.)

While he was eating in the restaurant, they were even waiting for him outside. After the meal, he signed an autograph for a woman waiting for him outside as if he was in a food mood. And then, he and the others left the site."

After his discharge from the army, Rain returned to the stage through Bangkok's Sonic Bang in Thailand on the 24th of last month and visited China's Shanghai to promote a cosmetics brand for which he works as a model.

Hi @anjjo,

Obviously the CF was done right after his hair has grown to a respectable degree, as I can still see traces of crew cut at both sides of his head and his face is  still thin. Nevertheless, it is great to know that he is instantly on demand after his release from the MS.  :-bd :D

itemprop="name"20 ways your life would suck without Kpop and Kdrama

Have you ever imagined what life would be like without Kdrama and Kpop? Obviously there was life before the two, but who even remembers?

Kdrama and Kpop really do fill voids in your life you never knew you had, they open your eyes to new things, and the old things you always grew up with have become reinvented with your favorite drama and Kpop references. Every day you mingle with people who don’t live in your “K World” and worst, they don’t even know it exists! What if you were still one of those people?! This list is exactly how your life would be if you had never discovered Kdrama or Kpop.

(skipped unrelated.....)

Aren't you happy this isn't really your life? Don't ever take the K-World for granted. Watch as many Kdramas and Kpop videos as possible and laugh in the faces of those who just don't understand.

As you sob into your pillow -- He's confessed his love for her while she lies in her deathbed! The agony! -- do you ever wonder about the often-sadistic, cliffhanger-happy, definitely genius writers who keep you on the edge of your seat and tickle your heart with a stroke of their pens?

3. Lee Kyung Hee

A master of tearjerkers, Lee has been at the helm of a handful of memorable projects since the late 1990s.

Not only was she the writer of Rain's first drama, Sang Doo, Let's Go To School!, she was behind the perennial favorite I'm Sorry, I Love You, the heartbreaking Thank You, and the recent Nice Guy.

YGE and JYPE trainees battle it out in front of Yang Hyun Suk and J.Y. Park on 'WIN'

September 13, 2013
jy-park-kang-seung-yoon-yang-hyun-suk-le

The highly anticipated heated battle between the YGE and JYPE trainees that you've been waiting for finally arrived on the Friday the 13th episode of 'WIN'!

The episode started where things were left off with Team B enjoying their vacation at the beach as a reward for winning their end-of-the-month performance test. Team A and B also had a glamorous photo shoot for their profile and got into the moment by dancing on set. But the joys of summer was soon over as Yang Hyun Suk made the surprise announcement that both teams will go to the JYP Entertainment headquarters the next day for a face off against the opposing agency's trainees. Kang Seung Yoon was especially worried as he is known to have a trauma with J.Y. Park for his past criticisms on Kang Seung Yoon's singing habits on 'Superstar K'. Yang Hyun Suk reviewed their practice performances before the big reveal in front of J.Y. Park and the JYPE trainees, praising Team B's vocal team for performing naturally as if the song was their own but to team A's vocal team, he commented that it seemed like they were trying to sound like Big Bang

YGE's 11 trainees split up into three teams. A rapper group consisting of Team A and B's rappers, the vocal group from Team A, and Team B's  vocal group. Team A's vocal group especially had a difficult time with the team switching their song at the last minute and Jinwoo being unfamiliar with the lyrics of J.Y. Park's "I Have A Girlfriend".

On the big day, J.Y. Park encouraged the trainees as he recalled the previous battles with Rain, Se7en, Big Bang, and 2PM. He shared, "It didn't matter who did better that moment but those artists of mine became successful.'" JYP's rap team, including Mark (LA), Jackson (Hong Kong), and Young Hyun (Toronto), showed their 'foreign swag'. YG's rap team was up next and received the praise of J.Y. Park who complimented B.I. on his swag, Lee Seung Hoon on his stage presence, and Bobby on the way he raps and plays with the rhythm.

Ah, the dance battle. JYP's dance team, consisting of two 17-year old members and two 20-year-old members, impressed everyone with their acrobatics. J.Y. Park also praised Team B's dance team for their teamwork. In the singing battle, JYP's vocal team including 'K-Pop Star's Park Jae Hyung performed with their instruments. Yang Hyun Suk was surprised by Jae Hyung's rap skills and commented that they need to work on effectively expressing emotion. Team A was voted by the JYPE trainees to sing instead of Team B's vocal team which made a perfect opportunity for Kang Seung Yoon to overcome his trauma. Unfortunately, Jinwoo forgot the lyrics but Kang Seung Yoon came to the rescue by singing the rest of his parts and was praised by J.Y. Park for fixing his habits that he mentioned on 'Superstar K' and having the sense to help out a teammate.

In the end, J.Y. Park revealed that he thinks the trainees were all pretty similar, meaning it's time for them to practice more. When asked to choose between Team A and B, J.Y. Park shared that he has more affection for Team A but if he had to invest in a team, it would be Team B. Meanwhile, Yang Hyun Suk told the boys, "I feel embarrassed so I can't even imagine how you feel", and tried to console the boys by sharing, "Let's start practicing again tomorrow."

Which agency's trainees do you think did better? YG or JYP?

Yang Hyun Suk believes Big Bang and Se7en won their battles back in the day against 2PM and Rain

September 13, 2013
2PM-Big-Bang-Se7en-Rain-jy-park-yang-hyu

Yang Hyun Suk is known not to throw many compliments to his artists but he revealed that among the epic YGE v. JYPE trainee battles in the past, his artists came out on top.

During the latest episode of 'WIN', good friends Yang Hyun Suk and J.Y. Park met up for the battle between their respective trainees as per tradition.

Yang Hyun Suk shared during an interview, "We've had competitions with the solo artists and groups of JYP Entertainment. During the Rain v. Se7en battle, Seven won and during the Big Bang v. 2PM battle, Big Bang won in my eyes."

The tradition of the epic battle between YGE and JYPE trainees first started with Rain and Se7en 11 years ago and continued to become legendary with Big Bang and 2PM's battle 9 years ago.

Check back in later for this week's episode recap!
