I dont really do much with it lol.

I use big sexy hairspray but that's mainly it, and i use my hand to style it : )

time is about 10-20 minutes so not much at all.

Haha it's alright. In that pic, I actually didn't do much of anything for the hairs on my head. I can't style it like the reference picture since my hair hasn't been through a dyeing process before, since dying your hair makes it more textured and such.. I dyed my hair recently and it's much easier to do whatever to it now.

@King.Triton Whaaaa you're growing it? Your short hair was pretty dope/cool. Haha I'm kinda growing it out too. Being mistaken as a boy kinda annoys me when I want some lovin' from guys instead of girls. D8! LOLOL, though I still like boy hurr, so I'm just gonna grow it a bit till it slightly brushes my shoulder. :'B Kinda like Chi Hoon's hair.

That depends entirely on the length/style, and what kind of "tie up" hairstyle you want to do. My hair, I can put in a small ponytail or pigtails, but that's about it. Does it have to be tied? Because there are other ways to make short hair look girly for a dance. ^^

Are you getting layers? It'll be harder the more textured you get it. And, of course, it depends on how short you're getting it cut.
