I love the novel very much, but the drama can't give me the same feeling until now.. It is only my opinon, but I miss something in Vengo Gau and Dilraba Dilmurat acting....please don't throw rooks after me. Is there someone, who has the same feeling?

Even the quality was real, real bad....I watched it! And I have only three words for what I feel now:
disappoint, sad and angry
The reason is as @bubblyb00 already mentioned: no leaf scene - that means to me, it is the same version as we already got.
I will definitv stop wachting it now...except someone tell me, it is an other version!

Isn't the first episode airs tonight in Taiwain at 8? I really want to watch it
but I doubt since its at 4 AM. Why can't the time zone be a bit earlier? -_______-. If anyone had a chance to catch it, let me know if it's the legit full uncut drama. If one of the link, that I have worked, I will surely watch it! Fortunately where I live it will be so 1 or 2 pm (it depend, which link will worked)! As soon the first eps. finished is, I will give a feedback! Finger crossed that i will be the real uncut version...

Maybe when they say 'full version', they mean that it includes the poison kiss and last few ep kissing scene?
I have the same thought too.
Nevermind in a few day Taiwan will show it. Hope this will be the REALLY FULL VERSION!
I felt like, this drama is a puzzle...you watch all version and hope it will show an part, which you didn't see yet. Put piece per piece together until you got the whole!

OK the second episode is over too…one more time, the same as before! Nothing new – until now, I don’t know, what they mean full version! If you didn’t watch it – please don’t do it! You will be disappoint!

Just watch the first episode….nothing new!!!!! Quite the contrary…they leave some small parts, not much, but nevertheless!
I am just angry now! Really hope, they will show some new parts…like, the one with the leaf! But nothing.....

For me people, who are happy naivety are seldom! I really love them, because they are truly and trustful! They are not false – don’t understand me wrong now! I don’t want to say that serious people are false and a happy person couldn’t be false! But a person, who are joyful and naivety never could be false – because they believe in the good thing of the people and always want them to be happy.
For me HQG is in the beginning just one of them…..
When I look at my two little small girls, who have this happy naivety – I always hope and pray, they will not lose it so soon! Real life will beginn soon enough
I can understand why your favorite is 杀阡陌! I think there is not one, who don’t like him!
My favorite is: Sheng Xiaomo/Ru Zun – A happy and a trustworthy person!

I understand it...but please don't forget, that she is only 16 years old then. she only know her fahter, never hand friends...For me that explane, why she is so naive and that make her adorable. This is really a important part, that is why we all suffer with her, when she started to understand, that people aren't always nice to you, when you are nice with her! When did children stop to be naive? Thene when they start to social with the world - learn, that people not always are nice.
In the end of the drama - HQG said: I only want a simple life - but life forced me the other way!
I don't know how old you are outsanity, but I myself are over 40 now. When I look back, in my 20th I was still naive...untill I got hurt from my best friend!

I don’t know what about you all….but I can’t let go of this drama! I tried to watch other drama, but there isn’t any, which could persuade me!
I just re-watch HQG and I can only say, this drama/story is unique. I never saw a drama or read a story, where the main couple never confess their love until the end, when it is already too late.
They never said: I love you to each other.
For me it is not a lovestory, it is a story about trust and friendship. About how important it is, what kind of decision you make in life.
This mv is sooooo beautiful..

@myden - lol, ahahaha I was thinking and asking myself the same question. Oh my goodness, I had to take a break from TJOF. I was way tooo obsessed and got into BIG trouble with my other BZH. He basically accused me of neglecting and ignoring him. Which I was - so I had to promise that I wont go on to this forum for about a month. What a lovely surprise! This is just too good!! I'm going to re-watch that vampire kiss. and salver the moment.
Oh I love it. Even now the chemistry between the two leads are off the Richter scale
@ thundergirl3: oh girl….i got the same problem with my bzh! i had to promise him to take a break from this forum. I can come here to look and read about the comments, but not allowed to write! I was also have to stop watch the drama for almost 3 week – only mv was allowed.
I thought i was healed, but when I saw all the cut scenes I start to go crazy again! Now I start to re-watch the drama! For my bzh is it ok as long i am not started to obsessed again and neglect RL!
My bzh is not form Asia, so he doesn’t watch Asian-drama! Since more than 10 years, I didn’t watch any drama until I come across the trailer of HQG…..
There are sooooooo many more uncut scenes that I want to see as Bzh go crazing, Bzh sleep next to HQG and many more!
Really want to have a party with the bzh-concubine and sxm consort-club….but this have to be wait until the whole uncut dvd is out!!! Miss you all….

Hahaha….you are so obsessed with Wallace and LiYing….I am only obsessed with BZH an HQG! I wish the concubine-club have a good time with them, maybe Frida will join you (not NTM, she only want SF)! Do you already layout the work….like washing, cooking, cleaning, entertain TB and YR and to look after the garden, so that our main couple have a lot time for themselves?
If I am in Chang Lui…I will look for SXM! He is so funny and cute…@thundergirl3 -> I like tall man too…I think, we will receive the BZH-Look from our BZH again!

He doesn't say anything but every-time I'm on this forum - he gives me this "look" which incidentally looks like Sifu (hehehe). The scene is on the cut eps. 16, it is then when HQG learnd to know, who SQM really is. After the fight between BZH and SQM, which BZH win....
About the translation....if you can read Viet, here is a link with the whole interview with sub. Unfortunatelly, i can only speak viet, but my reading and writting is so worse....

That I know and I have no problem if they change some parts from the novel.
The problem, that I have is, that the leads can't give me the same feeling, which I have for the novel....I know, a lot of you/us started to love DH and FJ because TMOPB, included me. I read the novel, because I like them there too.
But after I read the novel, I forget them...because DH and FJ from the novel are perfect, their character are so strong. After that, I really hoped, that the DH and FJ won't be Vengo Gau and Dilraba Dilmurat. They are good as DH and FJ in TMOPB...but for me not the DH and FJ from the novel Pillow Book. When it was confirmed, that this both actors will be the leads, I try to accepted and hoped, my feeling was wrong. But now...
