    I love the basic plot of this drama we just need to pray that KES keeps her focus and makes sure the drama is consistent for 16 episodes 

    What are your guys' guesses on ratings of ep1? The drama b/f started around 3% but this has a v famous cast + KES' name attached so I am thinking around 5-6%! 

    I hope it reaches 10% I badly want all 4 leads to have a hit drama finally (CITT was a hit but the controversies kinda ruined it :/)

    i think first ep 'll be around 4-5% and i 've feeling it 'll reach 10% but that depend on KES writing

For me it would be really interesting if the past story takes place in a fictional land or past where goblins and other mythical creatures live. But since Gong Yoo was human at that time, it probably wouldn't.  So if this drama fully pre-produced? or just partially? Because it seems like they're not even half way close to finish filming all the episodes. 

    honestly my friends weren't invested in this drama at the beginning even they like GY & LDW but after the last teaser they changed their mind and 'll watch it :D and now i'm waiting for official teaser of this drama with all characters 

    it isn't fully pre produced i think they 'll finish 8-9 episodes before its release date

    Gong Yoo Is a Fearless Warrior In New Stills From “Goblin”

    A handful of stills from “Lonely but Splendid God – Goblin,” tvN’s new drama that will air on Fridays and Saturdays, were recently released, giving people a glimpse into Gong Yoo’s first-ever historical drama.

    The scenes depicted in the photos were shot in September in North Jeolla Province and feature Gong Yoo sporting long hair and wearing heavy armor as he plays the role of the immortal goblin Kim Shin.

     

    Regarding the battle scene, Gong Yoo stated, “I was very nervous because this is my first time in a historical drama. I wasn’t used to the makeup and costumes, but it was okay. This is an important scene in the early part of the drama. Please look forward to it.”

    The drama is also set to bring together screenwriter Kim Eun Sook and director Lee Eung Bok for the first time since “Descendants of the Sun.” Gong Yoo will be joined by Lee Dong Wook and Kim Go Eun.

    @Princi_86 i like your way in thinking even sometimes you're pessimistic but i just like your comments& your thoughts :D:lol: 

    Any way i want to share my thoughts about these teasers & number of views of each teaser and what K fans like

    First TVN channel isn't available in many countries just like my country and there are many GY fans i know said the same it isn't available in their countries too unlike public channels MBC, SBC,KBS are available in all countries and that 'll affect the number of viewers so if teasers reached 500K it's good sign of successful drama and i found all teaser of K2 with 2 popular actors only range between 70:170K views 

    second until now all teasers are characters teasers didn't tell anything about the story of this drama  and i'm sure when they 'll release drama teaser with all character it'll be more popular 

    third i found k fans loved the mysterious teasers because the most watched 're "the last teaser & teaser of GY when said " you'll meet a furious God" and i think the last teaser ''ll gather more than 500k views since it reaches 350k in 2 days only then video of script reading , LDW teaser and umbrella teaser of GY&LDW 

    finally i read many korean articles all focus on bromance & relationship between goblin and reaper more than love story and they think relationship between GY&LDW fresh and new in K drama 

    so i pray Writer, director and tvn team focus on what fans like more " mysterious, fantasy than typical romance":)

    This trailer is much more better then previous GY/KGE teasers. The music is epic, the scenes of battle are epic as well, for sure more people now will tune in now. I like Gong Yoo as a warrior, long hair suits him.^^ Overal trailer is eyecatching for non-fans of either of actors.  And I do really like the scene of KGE blowing on flower. She's so innocently pretty. ^_^

    I think we've receives Wookie's bts today to ease our awaiting on his next presence in teaser. :D

    And I also like the top  most liked comment under today's teaser on Naver cast:

    Looks cool.I've became more interested in romance between goblin and young bride. I have watched all teasers, but I want to see Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na's couple teaser. Goblin, fighting!

    I'm glad that people wait for Wookie and Yoo In Na as well. I hope tvN's PR team will take it into account and release smth on them as well. I'm not waiting for smth epic, since Grim Reaper has amnesia and I suppose we shouldn't be aware of his past till the midle of the drama, even 15 sec teaser without much epic will be enough for me. ^_^

     

     

    i agree with every word you said now i can feel it's fantasy drama it's the most interesting&watched teaser in naver over 300000 views in less than 24 hours that's mean fans were waiting for something new like this teaser :) 

    And yes i'm GY fan but i'm waiting for LDW&YIN and GY&LDW teaser too until now i feel this drama not completed yet 

    one of the reasons  i like this drama coz it has many characters with different stories & different love

    @Princi_86 now i understand you :D of course the most important thing in any K drama is love or romance that's what attract all fans but  i think bromance  here is different from any other drama we've 2 leads are famous, good actors, both 've his own story  and his own love story they aren't fighting over the lead girl and it's the best thing of this drama atleast for me:phew:

    And most comments i read focus on relationship between GY&LDW  more than any thing else 

    about KGE i noticed haters decreasing not increasing and that's good sign i read also all comments on her teasers in Naver all are positive and loved her and even her teasers with GY

Koreans love romance as well, but if bromance will be trully perfectly written and filmed it can be praised. But our Wookie and Gong Yoo are not Song Joon Ki and other guy (forgotten his name) in Sungkyunkwan scandal, they're much more older and they won't play cute. yes, in The Gentlemen's Dignity bromance was strong and appealing but of course the buzz has been created around couples. Even in "Reply 1988" where ppl have been tunned and praised that drama for nostalgy and family bonds in it, still the biggest buzz was around love triangle and not around friendship or family. I'm not naive to think that bromance will sell, but it can bring more viewers and become benefitial to show. 

    I remember that PSJ and Ji Sung have received award as a best couple for "Kill Me Heal Me" and there are some outstanding examples like this, but still, not their bromance has made ratings and buzz overall, just added unique appeal to the story. 

    But I hope knetz will surprise me this time :D

    It's not off-topic regarding knetz. But we need to wait till dramaairs to get comments on acting. How could they judge about acting from stills? But on the other hand they can hate KGE for the lack of chemistry with Gong Yoo just from stills. They're knetz, double standatrs. :crazy:

    first don't forget the writer is KES and she can easily attract fans especially younger girls in Korea or internationally by her cheesy lines and love stories that's true GY & LDW aren't young like SJK but she can easily attract them especially both actors are good in acting and have experience in  more than SJK

    second 2 different couples plus bromance between GY&LDW are big advantages for this drama and can easily satisfy all tastes some 'll love GY&KGE , other love LDW&YIN and finally Bromance between 2 leads and i want to tell you something k-Netz hating KGE now but after few episodes they 'll like her again

    i remember first stills of DOTS KNETZ said no chemistry between leads she's older than him why they're doing this to SJK it's his first drama after MS and so on ..................... and the same for W 

    unlike first stills of Suzy& KIM Woo Bin they talked about their chemistry and it 'll be hit drama ........... but what happened the first 2 dramas i mentioned are hit while the last one flop drama 

    i'm praying the plot of this drama 'll be good like our actors so it'll be hit drama:):)
