They continued talking but on a more pleasant note and tone now. With a lovely music background that seems to be builinding up some excitement.
SJ phone rang and has been given some news.
He said sorry and MY spoke first that again he needs to leave their date.

Their conversation was interrupted because they got visitor
They were brought by the arab team leader to where the arab president is
They conversed with an interpreter. My telling him to avoid stress.
The arab president is very thankful to her and gave her a business card which says that this card is not ordinary as it can save her to anything if there are arabs around.
SJ took the opportunity to use the card and borrowed the car to drive for a day so he went for a drive with MY.
They bicker in the car...ok should i say MY theone ranting hahahaha cute

DY and MJ became drinking buddy and Sj became a topic of discussion.
They started to get close and DY giving advise all the time to MJ. they drink all the time.
They showed how their relationship blossomed from being drinking buddies and getting closer
present: general received a video call from the prime minister regarding the arab's condition
they spoke about sj and gave orders. the general then turned to his assistant to relay the order about sj, he will be releasd from detention.
at the camp, they presented sj a special tofu meal.... a star tofu hahahaha and he gets frustrated hehehhe now gives orders to his underlings then they started eating.
MY suddenly running then saw the whole troop so she backed out and then SJ said that they talk outside.

As DY about to step inside the aircraft came MJ down from it.
She is asking if he is running away again and got mad
She slapped him and got mad hitting him.
DY said that he has to go and walked away.
Then MJ grabbed his arm and he grabbed her for a hug.
Awwww so sad for this couple... my heart is breaking.
MJ kept on talking to him whilst he is walking away.
Flashback of the two attending DY's ex-gf's wedding
As they get up the stairs, he saw the bride and left MJ and went to the bride's waiting room
The girl was surprised asking why he is there..
Then came MJ holding DY's arm and introduced herself.
He then held his hand and wished his ex sincerely.
They went to a bar afterwards to have a drink

MY walked away but looked back. Both f the seems to be helpless in this situation and feeling sad.
BAck at medicube, the young boy entered the ICU and touched the president's forehead and the arab reacted to grab the kid
MY got the kid and snapped back at the arab guard.
Then when they called the president, he seems to be showing some signs of wakefulness. he started moving his eyeballs
The next day, the arab team left on a chopper, the leader even signalled to MY.
one of the army is phoning DY and updating him of what happened, GB is also there

now in ICU, they are monitoring the president.
DY left
MY called SJ and is sitting at the other side of the door. They talked. She said sorry but SJ tries to reassure her.
MY crying outside but tries to keep it low but SJ noticed it.
SJ still trying to make MY feel okay amidst of what happened to him...
She then gave him some mosquito coil where in fact there are load of boxes of mosquito coil where he is hahahahahhaa

MY rushing to and looking for SJ but DY said he cant see her.
Then came the commander out of the cell where SJ is and asks abt KMY..
MY introduced herself and they talked mentioning the VIP patient and SJ.
He then left the camp after leaving some more words with DY

blue house:
the general talking to the prime minister and nis now giving order for SJ
SJ surrendered his guns and paraphernalias to DY. and then spoke to the arab leader explaining that he is not running off but is just being summoned.
The doctors having some noodles and is quite afraid seeing the arab guards lurking around them and the implication of danger hanging in the air.
SJ now brought into detention. then suddenly their commander barged in and asked DY to get out.
He then scolded SJ but SJ trying to explain his decision.

the arab leader stillmakinh a warning on SJ but SJ responds that his dotor is just operating a patient who needs surgery
at the operating room, they are having a difficult situation as the patient becomes unstable and is needing blood transfusion
they can hear from iside the sounds of a helicopter roaming above them. DY is the one communicating with their commander.
The medical team finished the operation safely and the patient is now in ICU.
The arab doctor having a converation with MY still saying that only after the president wakes up that the operation can be called a success.
The three doctors in a make-up ICU and they are hungry.
Apparently its not just a simple hemoperitonuem but a hepatic artery aneurysm

start from last scene.....when they are pinting guns at each other
the medical team trying to move the patient for the operation but they were warned by the arabs...
the korean squad spread out to protect the medical team...
SJ have exchanged words to the leader of the arabs... he said you do you job and i will protect what i have to... (MY???)
the medical team now wheeled the president to the OR
in seoul, the general is on the way to the blue house and now a ruckus on what happened
back again in the medicube... they started the operation.
the colonel is tring to make contact on SJ's radio but is not responding.
the medical team having a discussion before te start of the operation.

if you go to a patient is brought to an emergency room, in a critical condition..only one thing can held the medical team off the case.... that is if the patient has a will or advance directive not to be revived in dire situation. but otherwise, if we can save, then we will try to save. the doctors can even sign a consent form for a patient because they think that in their judgement is for the patient's best interest.
and i can fully understand why SJ disobeyed the order. when he heard his commander saying to take hands off the case and if ever at the end there is someone to blame then they will just put it on the doctor's shoulder. For him, even with his rpinciple of following orders from his superior, I think that he also cannot take the thought that he will feed the medical team to a difficult situation because they are not given a chance to do anything. ofcourse if the president will die then someone has to take the blame. And it is even unknown if there is a hidden scheme in this situation. When MY was given the nitroglycerine, she said that they are hiding something. But can i say they made a wrong call on giving the nitroglycerine to a patient with low blood pressure... it will further drop the BP. Though, I guess she was pressured because she was told that that is the medication that was prescribed by the president's doctor.
awwww let's see what happens to episode 4. I think MY will now realise how much SJ wanted to protect her as well. Taking all the blame for her safety

Less than two hours before Ep4.... and i am soooo ready and waiting!!!! I am quite sad yesterday that I cannot join you live because of work... Work really interferes with my kdrama life (LOLBut now I am keeping my seat and will start streaming an hour before for a headstarts. hahahaha!!!
and why am i watching a concert opera before dots?? hahahahah goodluck tous... hope the streaming will not be lagging!!!! lemme back read now

well, looks like IHAL didn't end on quite a high note as I would have liked. the writer could have wrapped up the story at least a good 10 episodes back or more and there were lots of loose ends. instead of fleshing out the smaller arcs and really making them shine, the story was way too focused on JE-HK that it was like a yo-yo. they kiss -- they break up -- there's angst -- they are drawn to each other -- backwards tango -- they push each other away. repeat cycle again. just a bit of a disappointment because you had this gem of a story with YK, WJ and Dr and the potential angle of whether she coudl accept the brother of the man who killed her husband. but the writer didn't even push it to develop more. same with other side characters like HW. characters like SR and daddy baek just abruptly disappeared. and pudoxin, pudoxin. what happened there? did all the patients just get compensated and on it went? oh, well. not all dramas can be great but this forum certainly was. thanks chingus, it was a fun 6 months.
i agree... still a few loose ends that were left hanging which couldve been quickly dealt with removing all or some of the flashbacks.... and it is quite a bit of flashback huh.... even though the writer made an attempt to show a new beginning for BS, it still appears weak because at the end he is still broken hearted with HG and just found a drinking buddy (kekekeke)
the push and pull between HG and JE is nice as they try to show that they are trying to gget the relationship working by giving in once in a while for the other... but it is quite a long phase of tug and war ei? its a good ending but as you have said not a high impact ending which is nicer.
they ended well the TS issue at least him being imprisoned and realising the love between him and JR... JR reconciling with step mom finally after 50 eps.... SR/SL saving a nation and having a happy ending (i still cant get over this hahahahahaha)... not that im saying she doesn't deserve one but i want to see her sincere apology for all that she have done...)
another time jump to show the other characters together for a more peaceful life for all of them wouldve been nice. like BS hapy with the girlfriend and YG Dr and WJ coming back for a christening of baby JE... that will be a perfect ending

They went back home to buamdong. At the study room, they do their own thing but together.
HG and JE sitting by the front of the lawn and staring atthe sky.
They were talking to their daughter very touching moment.. as this is the first time that they talk of and talk to their daughter.
HG breaksdown as she expresses her feelings for their daughter and JE pulls her...
JE woke up with the alarm and turned it off.... Then HG woke up and saw that its 9am and she is late.
She wakes up JE and then made a phonecall.
HG got dressed and is rushing to get out but JE followed her and asked her to have to sit by the lawn and they ate apple and just spending a bit of time together...

JE HG and mom watching a movine. JE looked at HG who is intently looking at Yoo Ah In hahaha... jealous again lol
MIL and HG talking as they enjoyed the show but JE who is standing at their back s not looking so happy.
MIL asks HG to have some pamphlet of the show and they adored the men....
HG showed JE and he is just yeah yeah....
MIL and HG left JE to order some food
At the same time, SR and the guy having a date at the cinema.
JE heard SR's voice when she shouts to speak to the guy.
At the toilet, HG came out of a cubicle and SR at the other side fixing her make up.. and they saw each other.
They exchanged pleasantries. SR even asked about YG.
SR expressed and wished HG happiness, saying its a sincere wish... HG said the same.

They also o talked abt TS... they are now coming to terms and she started calling her omma... finally!
At buamdong, JE got dressed and HG sitting in bed with heavy air between them.
She started talking about BS again trying to explain, they both spoke their sides,,, JE stood up and went to her and side hug her and they made up.
She sent him off by the gate... JE leans at the gate and astares at her
Je still keeps on talking and HG shut him off with a kiss....

I think she mentioned of coming back to work with BS but JE expressed his concern since he is her exbf but she says he is her friend now.
JE getting upset and jealous of BS.... saying wrds that made HG angry.. and they started quarelling.

SR woke up and went to the living room finding BS and the assistant sleeping on the floor.
She woke up BS and he got startled to see the assistant lying on the floor with him.
SR prepares breakfast for them.
Je finished showering and got out of the room to find HG on the phone by the kitchen.
HE looks at her and smiles... aww love is in the air.
He went to the library and plays some music, HG then calls him for breakfast.
Whilst HG still by the kitchen counter prepping the soup... JE came rfom behind kissing her neck and doing a back hug... saying i love you.
She said i love you back... they are now more expressive of their feelings

HG woke up with the alaram. she stares at the sleeping JE and remembers some of his words from the past and smiles.
She remembers the time when they were in the restaurant giving her different food because of her allergy. She i remembers how JE pursues her and kissed him ... and what a nice way to wake up ei JE? hehehehe he responded although still with eyes close like dreaming.
Flashback...
She whispers i love you to him and he smiles.... awww sweet... the feels

SR at her room, cant sleep and remmebers what the guy said and looked at the card he gave her.
back at buamdong, they were already lying in bed fully clothed (hmmm that was quick lol), holding hands whilst talking to each other.
she says that they should do better this time, they agreeing to things that they need to do know to get the relationship working (chaebal!)
They get into an embrace to sleep.....

someone died from china and uk and their bodies are to be transported.
People are paying their respects. These seems to be some close friends of SJ back on army days .
He brought MY with him but she is on the other side alittle farther.
THen the gunman from yest episode passed by. They might be involved with this case though
