    tvN show "List of Names" reported on Jeon Ji-hyeon, the commercial queen.

    She came in fourth place on the list of celebrities who have been long-timers for a certain brand.

    Marriage and birth might have put a stop to the Jeon Ji-hyeon fad but she returned even more perfect than ever and earned herself a 1 billion won contract.

    Meanwhile, Jeon Ji-hyeon has a strong reputation as a commercial model despite her long absence.

    Actually the sad part of the list is Jeon Ji Hyun is the highest ranked actress on the list. It's really sad to see that an actress' name isn't mentioned until the 20th ranking. I guess that the current Chungmuro offerings are male-centric.

    The Korean Business Research Institute who does this brand reputation analysis doesn't go into detail how they interpret consumer behavior from a bunch of data. A representative of the company did say in the Korean Herald that Park Bo Gum's recent appearance on the variety show, Infinite Challenge, did help boost him up to number 1. If you look at the #2 and #3, Park Bo Young just finished a really popular drama, and Taeyeon recently released a single from her solo album as well as announcing a tour. So, I guess that recent projects does help in the ranking. It is about visibility to the consumer. 

    It's all relative. If you look at the list the past few months, JJH was #16 in October, #3 in December during LOTBS, #6 in January after LOTBS ended, #17 in March, and now #15 for April.

    True...How many of her co-stars have mentioned about her always exercising? Her co-star in Thieves, Kim Yoon Seok, got into exercising because he kept seeing JJH exercising during filming. Lee Min Ho mentioned it in his interview how she would exercise during their downtime in filming.

    10 Wealthiest Korean Stars In Terms Of Real Estate Holdings

    Wealth can be measured in various ways, and real estate is a prime example.

    During its April 18 broadcast, SBS’s “Night of Real Entertainment” took a look at the 10 Korean celebrities who currently hold the most amount of real estate, after recent news of Jun Ji Hyun’s recent purchase of a multi-million dollar building in the Gangnam district of Seoul.

    The actress now holds 77 billion won (approximately $67.7 million) worth of real estate, making her the second wealthiest in terms of property holdings. In a previous assessment back in 2014, Jun Ji Hyun was notably the only female in the list of wealthy stars based on similar factors, and had placed seventh at the time.

    SM Entertainment’s founder Lee Soo Man maintains his spot in first place, with 110 billion won (approximately $96.6 million) in real estate, while YG Entertainment’s founder Yang Hyun Suk also continues in third place, holding around 53.1 billion won (approximately $46.7 million) of property.

    Singers Rain and Seo Taiji are in fourth and fifth place, with holdings worth 43.8 billion won (approximately $38.5 million) and 41 billion won (approximately $36 million) respectively.

    Actors Jang Geun Suk, Jo Jae Hyun, Kwon Sang Woo, and Song Seung Hun follow in sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth place, respectively. Jang Geun Suk owns 38 billion won (approximately $33.4 million) in real estate, Jo Jae Hyun owns 36 billion won (approximately $31.6 million), Kwon Sang Woo owns 35 billion won (approximately $30.8 million), while Song Seung Hun owns 33.4 billion won (approximately $29.3 milllion).

    In 10th place is entertainer and retired athlete Seo Jang Hoon, whose property holdings worth 30.9 billion won (approximately $27.2 million) were recently revealed to the public.
