hi. We are all waiting for his project too. Real has started in 28 dec, So soohyun is shooting for the movie, so now on there wont be much activity. He will attend his cf's fanmeetings. If we are lucky enough. he will attend some VIP premiere.
I think since cheon song yi is pregnant , dmj must be preparing to be father.

The nerdy, clueless, petty-but-earnest Seung Chan is such a huge departure from Kim Soo Hyun‘s last drama role as You From Another Star‘s grumpy cool alien, and Kim Soo Hyun totally nails it.
Seung Chan really grew on me as a character, and I very much enjoyed watching him come into his own as a rookie PD, but with nervous nerdy tendencies very much intact. Kim Soo Hyun embodies Seung Chan in an admirably intricate manner, and makes Seung Chan come alive in all the little details, from the nervous blink of his eyes, to the slight stiffness in his body posture. Really good.

Yay for more love for Producers – this show deserves more love and attention that it gets, so it always makes me happy to see appreciation for it
I really enjoyed its slice-of-life appeal as well, and quickly adapted to its laidback rhythm. I didn’t dislike Joon Mo, but I do admit that I had more affection for Seung Chan, Ye Jin and Cindy. I found them more interesting and relatable. IU did very well, I thought. There were moments when she had to portray Cindy acting badly – like the first wake-up call by the 1N2D crew, and her general cold diva cover – and she did that convincingly, while injecting depth and nuance into Cindy’s less self-conscious moments. That ability to act that spectrum impressed me, especially since she’s primarily a singer.
I definitely have to agree that Kim Soo Hyun steals the show with his perfectly nerdy interpretation of Seung Chan as a character. So detailed and so spot-on! I do love Kim Soo Hyun when he’s being swoony, but this role – despite its lack of swoon – definitely shows off his impressive acting ability. He completely inhabits the character, which is something that blows me away more and more, the more I watch him in different roles. I wonder what role he’ll pick next, to surprise us.

Kim Soo-hyun really was the best thing about The Producers, even if the show itself petered out into safe and obvious territory. I can’t argue that his performance wasn’t great; maybe I just wish the pool of actors at KBS were bigger to begin with. My goodness, is he pretty though. I know it goes without saying that the huge megastar is a natural on the red carpet, but when you see how awkward other people are in half their shots, versus Kim Soo-hyun workin’ it in every single photo… you just think, this guy is unreal.

Agree with you guys. Currently im watching Producers again in my tv with dub which is airing in Mongolia atm. This time i noticed some details. And im so happy that he won. Yes it was simple role. But i think it was quite unique role. I just see normal human from him, not character. I felt bsc is so real. I wanted to hit him, loved him, adored him, admired him, wanted to hug when he was rejected!!!
For me Baby acted perfectly in BSC role. I think people are complaining bcs Pds wasnt good drama. if it was good drama like miseang or others, they will most likely say he deserve it. Daesang is for acting not drama!!! if they gave it to PDs drama, id be angry too, We all know it is not great.
A few days ago i read knetizens comments, it was so bad. But now im happy. Im sure baby read all of them. It will give him so much power, he will work hard to prove himself. It said that "the praise is poison for young person ". So dont worry about bad comments.
Before It was happened in 2012 too when he won the best actor award for TMETS. But he came back with Secretly Greatly and broke the record of korean film industry. That's who he is. He knows himself. When someone doubt him, he always prove them wrong. FIGHTING!!! CHEER UP!!!

hi. I agree with Moniw 18. Well. Rape is kind hard word, also i dont think he will do that even he agreed i doubt KE will accept. It's movie, nothing will affect his image. Baby is known for his acting not his look. i think korean will love villain baby too. About this director, even thought he is not well known, he will do his best, he got very shining star, it's his chance to gain reputation too. I heard that this dr said he will not do this movie for money. will make the movie to be remarkable, magnificent. Also there was a poll named "which actor is not suitable for villain role?" Guess what baby ranked second. I love it bcs they are not expecting villain soohyun, then there is JTY is coming. Cant wait to see their reaction!!!!
You know what even though i really love dmj, ssd, king lee hwon, okey all his role. but i wish he always play in villain role. Its interesting, unique, crazy, dark, uhm sexy hot lol. I was jumping all over the place when he confirm in villian role. Bcs his desire for better actor is still there, not blinded by fame, money, ahm fangirls. Did current hallyu boys got villian role? absolutelly no. Nowadays seems all young actors are playing in angel type guy role. Its so random. Kind of boring? Why cant villains be handsome young man too?
Excuse, but i want JTY to be trash,cold hearted man, bastard. REALLY not want bad boy turn into good type of role, no no just no better be evil in entire movie, even until he dies. i want real noir film. Not for fangirls, I want real art. I think the reason Alibaba invested in Real is aside from baby the script is enough good. If they wanted money, there is a lot of hallyu actors who has milliions fans. So lets just believe in him, it's his dream role!!!

Pardon me if I say something inappropriate but I find this thread too solemn and unlike others. There is one thread where it is obvious that the fans are a bunch of underage students and even quarrel among themselves.
There are many threads where fans threat their idols as saints who can never made mistakes. They write to express their support and rebuke others of false accusations though the facts are just before them.
Here, there are not much communication among the members. Are there rules and regulations forbidding such activities?
Actually we communicate quite well. You must read our conversations during stars! we were all so noisy there. We even claimed his body parts. lol. Btw the lips is MINE SINCE THE BEGINNING. When he is doing movie, the thread is always like this so quiet. And you can see that some members are not that active compared to 2014, i think most of them are lurking. Bcs we already knew that his next work is REAL, Dont worry, we will all reunion when real's promotion starts.

@hwonhwon_stv- thank you for sharing with me what is your favourite role for KSH. I admit I love him the most in You From Another Star BUT I cannot deny how much I also loved him in Moon Embracing The Sun. His acting was phenomenal. I think I probably enjoyed You From Another Star more overall as everything was perfect, the interesting storyline that was both fun and serious and dramatic, great chemistry between KSH & JJH, great music and of course visually it was modern and lovely to watch. I didn't know anything about KSH when I started watching YFAS and I'm really pleased about that because I was stunned how well he played the heart-wrenching and emotional scenes and I became emotionally invested in the story because of the way he acted. By the time I finished watching YFAS and once I found out how beautifully he sings I really liked him and had to watch him in other movies/shows

I became his fan since 2011, well actually loved him in GIANT 2010. But i guess it wasnt that huge crush that to google about him.(plus internet wasnt my favorite thing that time) Samdong stole everything. lol I lurked in this thread about a year from dh to TMETS. So here im until now. Some of girls from 2009 are still here. They are just lurking. Anyway Seeing how he become this powerful, i cant help but so proud and ultra happy that i shared all his happy moments together. The boy is truly deserve it.

Hi. Yeap. He is cute as baby and acts like a baby. Sometimes i used to ask myself "How old is he again?".
As far as i remember after TMETS, his fans started calling him babysoo, and baby.I dont know about korean fans. maybe started way before than us. I think since TMETS he started showing his naughty self and cute side more bcs he had a lot of interviews, cfs. And then everyone started calling him baby after YFTS. I swear that time everywhere i go online "Who doesnt love Kim Soo Hyun?" was a trend.
I dont know why but now i cannot call him by his name kim soo hyun or soohyun shi. It sounds strange.
Baby is the most comfortable. If i ever meet him in person. I might call him Sooman baby. lol

Kim Soo Hyun Gets Ready For His Role In 'Real'
What's next for Kim Soo Hyun? After winning the 2015 APAN Star Awards prize for Best Actor on November 28, he's getting ready to play a tough guy.
It's not his first criminal role. He made his big-screen debut playing a thief in the film "The Thieves," with co-stars Jun Ji Hyun, Kim Hae Sook, Shin Ha Kyun, Lee Jung Jae and Kim Hye Soo. But in his next movie, "Real," he will play an even darker character. In "Real" Kim plays Jang Tae Young, the hard-hearted man criminals ask to solve their problems. He does whatever it take to resolve their problems and never hesitates. He dreams of building a casino hotel and of becoming a powerful man in the city he lives in. Each assignment brings him closer to realizing that dream.
"I am preparing to become a strong man," the actor told the Korean media outlet Sports Donga.
'Real" will be his first film in three years but there is no doubt that his presence in the film will be a box office draw. His last film, the spy story "Secretly Greatly," broke the opening day box office record for Korean films.
Kim's merciless problem solver character will be a dramatic change from the lovelorn newbie producer he played in the drama "Producer." The 27-year-old actor not only won the Grand Prize for his "Producer" role at the APAN awards, but also won the Grand Prize at 8th Korea Drama Awards. And he won a Popularity Award at the 52nd Grand Bell Awards.
His previous dramas "You Who Came From The Stars" and "The Moon Embracing The Sun" also won him a variety of awards. Both dramas made him even more popular in China.
It was Kim's international popularity that prompted Alibaba Pictures, the film investment arm of the Chinese e-commerce site Alibaba, to invest in his upcoming film. Zhang Qiang of Alibaba spoke to the American entertainment publication Variety about the reason for their investment.
"We're investing in 'Real' because the Korean film industry is arguably the most influential creatively in the region at present, and the hugely popular Kim Soo Hyun is the embodiment of that," said Zhang.
No other casting news has been announced for the film.
Lee Jung Sub, who wrote the screenplays for "Romantic Island" and "Lost in Love," will direct "Real." The film is scheduled to be released in the latter half of 2016.
