  1. at the very least i thought this would end like Arang and the magistrate. I think they ended up in heaven together eventually, right? that would have made more sense and happier ending for everyone. *sigh* I still can't bring myself to even listen to the ost bc it reminds me of the short, happy moments they had. I feel pity for JSM bc she had such a lonely life and for her ot finally find someone who loved her and have it taken away from her in a short amount of time really sucks. Stupid heavens.

oof hong sisters please don't pull a reincarnation plot on us! like they always have a separation period towrds the end, but like separated by death?? like wtf is gonna happen to kang dae sang? fool just stabbed someone and bolted! I hope Oh gong goes to seek revenge or something.

listen, i just don't want an reincarnation ending, ok? I just want them to get legit married and have a little family bc seon mi never had that or real friends. She  should either come back a goddess or like son oh gong become mortal for her to return back to earth or something. *sigh* i really don't know what's going to happen  in the final episode, i just want a happy ending for them!

WELL EVERYTHING WENT TO Richard Simmons AND NONE OF THIS CAME TRUE WHAT EVEN WAS THAT ENDING OMG

  4. I'm sooo behind on this drama, but i've been trying to keep track through instagram tags and dramabeans recaps. But omg wtf was that preview?? JSM noo!! Did she stab herself? did that Kang guy stab her?? God i hope this doesnt lead to a reincarnation ending, that'd be so annoying you guys like for real?

This is what i want for the ending:

JSM and SOG to be happily married (and maybe babies?)

Either JSM or SOG become both mortal or both immortal somehow

JSM to have real friends other than the monsters and her employee

Ma wang to find his son+maybe become a deity

heaven to get off everyone's back and gtfo

    Mistress needs to gtfo

piggy and bu ja reunite somehow

oh and what exactly was Oh Gong's crime that heaven punished him for? and will he be able to drink ever again? Also, did JSM and OG have sex? that's what they mean when they said they spent the night together, right? lol

She isn't physically in the sarcophagus. Her soul is though.

Now the question as to why she was dressed like a queen 1000 years ago???? That's something I'm wondering too.

The sarcophagus is in the politician's hands (in his living room??? I dunno) and I expect that he's going to meddle with that in the next episode.

so was she having a dream? I saw a clip where she fell asleep and woke up after dreaming that. Was that her past self? Oh gong has been around for a long time, maybe he was royalty that long ago? We haven't been told what his horrible sin was and what his life was like before he was imprisoned.

wait, was he in heaven prior to the 500 year thing? or was he  human like already?

y'all I'm so confused like what exactly does ASN want? and what about bu ja? is ASN going to take over JSM body to get to oh gong? like, wouldn't oh gong know that's it's obvs not her? im confused and need the subs lol

  6. Ok, so I don't participate in this forum that much bc I know if I do, I'll get super distracted from my school work. I've been mostly lurking on Instagram hashtags every week and not question what's happening until I watch. Anyways, I just wanted to know...wtf happened to JSM?? She was buried in the ancient sarcophagus, but why? is she dead? why was she dressed like royalty at the end? someone give me some context? lol

Well, there is some other (the list can be endless) like ...

      Reveal hidden contents

... You're beautiful Go Mi Nam left for a while and appeared again .... or even not Hong Sister's drama in BOF GJP go to the States for 4-5 years, than come back to GJD,   Gu family book  where Kang Chi waited for Yeon Wool reincarnation in the recent time and they met again, so ...

it seems this pattern quite common not just at Hong Sisters, but most of the K-dramas ;-)

oh  i know, i mean like it's common in hong sisters dramas that involve supernatural occurrences and  in you're beautiful too. I know it's common in kdrama lol.

  8. I'm trying hard not to participate in this forum too much for this drama, as it will probably be a distraction for me once I go back to school. I just wanted to enter my two cents here and see everyone else's theories lol. Anyways, since watching how the last episode ended, it seems as though someone is going to die. Oh gong might go to heaven and be separated from seon mi only to realize he can't live without her, thus becoming mortal, or seon mi will die and be brought back to life by oh gong?  hong sisters love their separation gaps and forbidden love plots, so i can see something similar to this happening. My Girlfriend is A Gumiho was like that where she went back to her realm (??), but came back a year later as a mortal person. In Master's Sun, Taeyang left Joong Won after he like died or something bc she felt he was in danger if I remember correctly. Anyways, I think this show might go somewhat like this. Hong Sisters dramas follow a similar pattern after you've seen a couple lol.

  9. Omg for a second I thought deleted scenes meant bloopers lol. omg yay though!

    1. I hope we get to see that scene in Namhae where se hee is crouching down near Ji ho

    2. when se hee wakes up and realizes Ji ho is really there next to him.

    3. . Se hee and Ji ho registering their marriage for real.

    4. ho rang and won seok happy with their careers

    5. su ji and sang goo getting married

    6. ji ho and se hee's honeymoon

  10. This time last week we were freaking out over episode 15 ending lol. It's only been a week, but I miss coming to the forum to read opinions on what will happen next episode. I just miss the drama in general lol :cold_sweat:

They should do a mini web series on youtube like they did with Playful Kiss. There was a mini series called Baek Seung-Jo's Diary and all the eps were in his point of view, it was really cute. It was only like 7 episodes? but it was super cute from what i remember lol

  12. I love how relaxed and wavy se hee's hair looks in the final scene. It really shows how comfortable they are with each other, I think. Did anyone else notice how uniform his hair and outfits were throughout the series? He's consistently wear darker colors and like his hair and body language were stiff. Now, in  this end scene and last episode, we see him wearing a white sweater (even though it's a pajama) and hair is loose and kind of unbrushed. His walls are down and his body is relaxed, they're happiest they can be.

Also, like @camichi mentioned, I think it's unfair for people to judge and start to hate ji ho so harshly after the break up. It wasn't like she didn't love him or didn't know if he loved her back, she was fully aware of the situation. She knew he was going to propose, but still decided to leave because she felt she needed time to think about what their relationship really was. Did she love him or was she just comfortable around him because he provided a roof for her at a cheap rate? There was a power dynamic there where he had the upper hand, even if it wasn't really that obvious. Someone on dramabeans comments pointed this out that the break was needed because of this power dynamic. He was the owner and she was the tenant, but they both fell  hard for each other and the lines of their relationship blurred. She needed the space to think if this really was love that they felt for each other, or was it just convinience? I mean if you really wanna blame something, at least blame both of them equally. Se hee could have confessed on the couch in ep 15 and ji ho could have been a little more clear in the letter she wrote.  Se hee also could have asked Ho rang or su ji about Su Ji's wherabouts. Or hell, he could have asked either wonseok or sangoo, but he didn't. He was in this awful, depressive state that could have sent him to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. Ji Ho could have told him she needed some space or time to clear her head and get her life back together, but instead she tried to tell him through soccer metaphors. However, I think it's wrong to put the blame all on her.

There was a role reversal and people didn't like it, they don't like how the man was made the victim and the female actually had the power and will to leave on her own to freakin live a little and do her thing. The MAN ALWAYS DOES THAT THOUGH, RIGHT??? like, how many times has the dude in a drama been like "I'm leaving bc idk how i feel also my first love wants me blah blah blah" and just straight up leaves while the female is like bro wtf and like @camichisaid, the girl is always left in the dust until a few years later they meet again and she accepts him. But now that the female in this drama does it, it made richard simmons hit the fan? it went downhill? I think that's dumb and missed the message of the drama completely.

also, this isn't directed at anyone specifically, but I did feel annoyed by what some finally reviewers said on MDL just because of the last two episodes. They are entitled to their own opinion, of course, but I just kind of felt like ranting my own opinion on this matter.

    ok im done lol.
