You should watch TAZZA 2! It's actually quite good and I loved the chemistry between Choi Seung Hyun (TOP) & Shin Se Kyung! In fact, I wished it were longer like a Kdrama because of them! lol But yes, Jin Goo was in it but very small role. In fact, he had no lines. I think the director/writers wanted to set up/build up for the future TAZZA franchise with Jin Goo and I think that's a very smart choice/idea!
It was towards the end... they were in Agwi's house and he was Agwi's underling. As TOP came into the room, Jin Goo turned around and faced him with fierceness in his eyes. Hmm, future frienemies (in Tazza 3, if it happens)? Maybe... lol It'd be perfect if they somehow give him a romantic loveline with Yoo Jung. Give it a few years.... maybe the writers already have them in mind!
The interesting thing is that TOP played Yoo Jung's older brother in a film they did together... another good film!

And honestly, I've watched MOON EMBRACING THE SUN only because of these two. I stopped after their character grew up. Plus, I never thought that their older selves matched them too well anyway. A decent drama but I absolutely enjoyed their parts much more. So much that I wished their parts were longer. Oh well.

I seriously shrieked because I wasn't anticipating for him to show up out of nowhere. He didn't have a line or anything though so yes, it was that small. lol But the first thing that came to mind was, "OMG! There has to be a TAZZA 3... with Yeo Jin Gu & Kim Yoo Jung in a few years!!!" lol I say in the few years because that will allow them to mature and blossom into even better actors than they are now!

I am actually one that is glad that she turned down the role. I didn't think this drama was too interesting to begin with and I think she can choose bette roles. I would love to see her in movies more, too!

Me too, I'm also glad she turned it down. Because she still has so many schedules ahead and I don't want to see her doing live shooting for that drama which will be airing around the end of this month, it would be too hectic.

Omg, it took me forever to find this Soompi thread. I couldn't find it on google no matter how much I searched for it. Luckily, I found it today.

why do i sound like Sunhwa's mom ...)That's cute! hahah With Athena, I'm going to try to avoid judging the book by its cover. For all we know, Jung Woo Sung might be the extremist while Cha Seung Won is the true, yet, misunderstood hero. ;-) And I wouldn't be suprrised if Kim Sun Hwa was in love with someone like Cha Seung Won's character. I'm sure behind all that rugged look is a kind-hearted guy. Now, I sound like a cheesy and optimistic match-maker.
Anyway, the more I think about it, the more I think it's unlikely for Kim So Yeon to participate in Athena. Possibly a cameo (flashback?) or even in the last few episodes. I know I wouldn't mind it! Since IRIS, the movie will be filming sometime next year, does this mean she'll be chopping her hair off again? I really do wish that they give her a more substantial role in the film. I felt like they wasted her in IRIS by making her follow Hyung Jung too much rather than having her take action! Ugh. She also had better chemistry with Lee Byung Hun than he had with Kim Tae Hee. I was happy when (SPOILERS) the car blew up with Seung Hee inside. Too bad that was short-lived.

I'll come visit more often! Haven't had a chance to watch 'Personal Taste' yet but for some reason, I feel like I'm holding back from watching it. I dreaded BOYS OVER FLOWERS and it's not that I hate Lee Min Ho, but I just really dreaded BOF! hahahAnd I finished watching IRIS a week (or two) ago and omg, to play Seung Hee would've fit Son Ye Jin much better than Kim Tae Hee did, that's for sure. I mean, maybe I was a little biased but I gave Kim Tae Hee a chance and she just didn't cut it. The whole time, I just kept telling myself "Son Ye Jin could've done that scene more believeable! She would've had better chemistry with Lee Byung Hun" and it's the truth or atleast in my case it is. So much that I even started rooting for Lee Byung Hyun & Kim So Eun (SunHwa) to end up together. It's just too bad the writers didn't give Kim So Eun's character a more substantial part and just let her play the third wheel. What a waste when she and Lee Byung Hun had a better & hotter chemistry than with Kim Tae Hee.
Oh well! With that said, I can't wait to hear what project Son Ye Jin decides to do next.
@ cris14, omg! She's so pretty in the hanbok! Is that new? What was it for? And thank you for sharing pictures from SUMMERSCENTS, my first-ever Kdrama. hahah I always thought she and Song Seung Hun shared fabulous chemistry but it's too bad the lack of character and story development overshadowed it in their Kdrama together. I'm also hoping that these two will reunite one of these days!

When I first heard that she was going to stary in 'My Way' with Jang Dong Gun, I was really excited because they've never worked together and honestly, I thought they'd compliment each other on screen. As for chemistry, we wouldn't know, or in this case, we will never know, but I was very optimistic!
Now that she dropped it, I am a little dissappointed but with that said, I am behind Son Ye Jin's decision 100%! If she didn't feel like her role was substantial enough or had no room for her to grow as an actress, then be it. It's actresses like Son Ye Jin I admire because of their admiration for the roles they choose and her versatility. Yes, I can't stress enough that I am not a big fan of most of her films and some of her dramas that she's chosen, but she did her role justice and I can see her grow as an actress each time. That's what matters!
I absolutely cannot wait to hear what role she does choose to take part in! Son Ye Jin, fighting!

Any good news for these two? I am rewatching MOON EMBRACES THE SUN again because of these two, specifically just episode 1 to 6. I think I've watched those four episodes so much already without even watching the whole drama (i've watched it fully once). lol
CORRECTION: So i decided to watch the entire series again! lol The flashbacks for awhile there... every time they show up on screen, it catches my attention!
