Jung Woo-sung romances Su Ae with a kiss in Athena

First stills are out for spy drama Athena, but rather than high action we get a romantic interlude between the leads, Jung Woo-sung and Su Ae. This kiss scene was filmed on July 11 in Vicenza, Italia, and takes place after the two teammates complete a mission and make a successful escape.
This shoot kicked off the drama’s location filming in Italy, where the production team will be until the end of July. Other Italian cities where they will film include Padova and Belluno.
Gotta say: I love how Jung Woo-sung and Su Ae look together. (One of the reasons I didn’t engage completely with IRIS was because I didn’t feel the connection between Kim Tae-hee and Lee Byung-heon, but I can feel it from these two.)
Athena premieres in November.

It is confirmed...Kim So Yeon's next project is a SBS drama...called Dr. Champ (닥터챔프)...the rumours in DC gall were true...sigh! The storyline doesn't sound very interesting.

Cartier will be spreading the love and do some charity for their Cartier’s Love Day in Korea and they have roped in top Korean celebrities for their event.
The celebrities chosen were Rain, Kim Hee Sun, Ji Jin Hee, Ha Ji Won, Son Ye Jin, Kim Hyun Joong, Yoona and Yunho where they filmed for pictures, while wearing the Love Summer Bracelet from Cartier.
The above-mentioned pictures will be displayed at an exhibition called LOVE collections held in the Cheongdam Maison Cartier boutiques from June 4th to the 13th. This exhibition will help spread the spirit of love for this event which is now into it’s 4th year. Proceeds from the sale of the bracelets will go to the International Organization IVI (International Vaccine Institute).

Ha Ji-won cast in 3D creature feature

Ha Ji-won has been cast in her next film, Sector 7 [칠광구], a monster-action flick that not only boasts a 10 billion won budget, but will also be filmed in 3D.
In the movie, Sector 7 is an oil field in which a monster is discovered, leading to a desperate struggle between creature and heroine. (After the success of The Host, this kind of story is unsurprising, no? Still, I greatly enjoyed The Host and Ha Ji-won is on a hot streak after My Love By My Side and Haeundae, so I’m interested.)
According to JK Film, the project was initially to be directed by Yoon Je-kyun, who directed Haeundae. However, due to other projects he is working on (among them Lee Min-ki’s Quick), another director has been brought onboard, Kim Ji-hoon of May 18.
The movie has yet to cast its other actors, and will begin filming in June.

Actors and Directors In Harper’s Bazaar
Twenty-six different actors and directors got together to do a photoshoot for Harper’s Bazaar, for its yearly Cinematheque project “Come To The Movie House”. Each photo paired together directors with actors they’ve worked with, or are in the process of working with. The pairs included in this shoot are director Kim Ji Woon with Lee Byung Hun, director Lee Myung Se with Ha Ji Won, director Lee Chang Ho with Ahn Sung Ki, director Jang Hoon with Go Chang Seok, director Kim Dae Woo with Kim Joo Hyuk, director Min Gyu Dong with Kim Hyo Jin, director Lee Kyung Mi with Eom Ji Won, director Shin Jung Won with Jung Yoo Mi, and last but not least, actors Jung Jae Young and Yoo Sun. Besides these people, actors such as Lee Yo Won, Go Soo, Lee Min Ki, Bae Doo Na, Yoon Jin Seo, Song Ji Hyo and Kim Ji Seok also participated.
This issue of Bazaar will be available in May.
