I'm also hoping for casting news soon. Not really interested in this show because I think his appearance is both pointless and sad. It was obvious to me months ago that he was learning English because of the accounts he was following on IG. That his family had moved abroad, that could have been covered on the Mongolia show. Not sure if it warrants an appearance on this show. He also gave an interview this year where he mentioned his grandparents and could have said something then. Though he really isn't obligated to say anything. Not really keen on seeing him looking all mopey and alone. I keep thinking back to what HKM said here https://instagram.com/stories/jshgrace/3244222804646146048?igshid=MTc4MmM1YmI2Ng== I respect his decision to keep his family from the limelight but it makes this show more strange to me. Again, what's the point? He clearly misses his family so what's stopping him from moving over there? I know it takes time and planning to move one's entire life from one continent to another. That could be the reason he hasn't shifted yet, and it's probably something he's working on. Also, who knows how long they'd be there for? His sons are almost university age so they may decide to continue their schooling abroad and his daughter will be entering secondary school soon. If this move is long term then no point delaying the inevitable. Sorry but I just don't understand things that are unnecessarily complicated. Or maybe English is the biggest obstacle for him? Episode 2 looks like a rehash of the manager show. Might be doing some kind of stunt / fight scene for his Japan fanmeet perhaps. Again, I can't pretend this is interesting to me. In hindsight, the Mongolia show was more than enough for me You know what they say about never meeting your idols. Maybe this is what I'm feeling right now? I was initially excited because of the show's concept and being nose-y but now I'm pretty familiar with his hobbies Could someone please employ him in a drama, film, play or something? P.s.: I'm also wondering how many episodes has he signed up for? Is he a recurring cast member but won't be filmed / shown all the time? Personally, he could have used this time on the show to be with the family he misses. I'm guessing he's headed there after the Japan fanmeet

@Prettysup great find . That last pic is so much better because the black pants / jeans brought the whole look together. Blue jeans and black and white trainers don't work especially if the rest of the ensemble are relatively loud colours. In general black and white are meant to be neutral colours but they actually don't work with every colour they're paired with. They only work with monotone looks where they can dominate i.e. all white with a hint of colour or all black with a hint of colour. Or if used as accent colours Anywho I love him in turtle necks, plus his haircut and stubble

@Prettysup yeah it's better than the open neck green tshirt but only slightly. It's the same jeans and this outfit is not as colour coordinated. Why would anyone pair black and white trainers with blue jeans and a caramel coat? Is he colour blind?

I won't be surprised if those jeans were glued to his body. Are they his favourite pair or does he have multiple pair of the same jeans?

Well we have learnt something new....which I wasn't expecting tbh Must be just his wife and sons abroad since JH still talks about driving his daughter to school. Or maybe he's reminiscing because he misses her? Interesting setup I must say if she is indeed in SK. He did say on that train show with the boss lady in Family that his daughter already speaks English because of a change in education policy in SK. Then again because of her age I expect she would be with her mummy and something was lost in translation. We'll know more when the show airs I suppose At least now we know the source of his loneliness. Being thousands of miles away from his loved ones must be tough. I would imagine he will be moving abroad to be with them eventually - interesting that he hasn't done so already Interesting indeed

@Biology Lesson maybe it's a cultural thing to equate home with family even if they don't mention members of his family That said, you're right, nothing was spoken about his family on the Mongolia show whereas the last Dragon Bros show they teased him quite a bit. Although if this show was in the works then perhaps contractually he couldn't have wanted them to film him doing anything related to his family. Just a thought. The fact that he's doing this show is unexpected but I don't think he'd deviate from the norm. I expect he'll protect his family on this show...would probably mostly show the business side of his life plus some guest appearances from his friends. I do think perhaps at least one member of his family will feature if only fleetingly otherwise that would make the show rather odd going by the premise. Who knows! I'm curious about why he agreed to it in the first place. Perhaps all will be revealed on the show Edit: Inexplicably I also feel quite sad he's on this show because, in my head I'm wondering if the drama / film opportunities have really dried up for him. And that thought scares me. Been looking at clips of this KBS show on YT and I have no clue who most of the celebs are. Maybe it's in my head, but it feels like such a downgrade for him to be on this show. Yep I'm one of those curious about his super secret family life but now I kind of want to know less about his personal life if it means he doesn't do shows like these. Another show with his friends from the Croatia show would have been much better Anyway, I'm probably crying over spilt milk. I'm also not expecting a radical departure from his usual stance of being overprotective of his family. Still, why now? Why this? The only conclusion I've drawn is that most of show will likely be about his planning for the Japan fanmeet. I'm calling it. Watch this space!

It occurred to me that JH is probably filming the house husband show as a lead up to his fan meet in Japan. They might even conclude the filming there and perhaps the whole show would be showing his prep for it. Just a thought but it is consistent with what he presented on that manager show. This show is likely to be about his schedule - it is still in keeping with the premise of the show (admittedly a rather tenuous link) but without the added scrutiny of his personal life. Maybe we can see him as a businessman too?
