I was going through how we have been through as a fan of Running Man for a long time, and how we came across Jong Kook getting hate, misunderstanding, being blamed, delusions, or etc. Sometimes we forget to draw the line between what's real and what is not. Sometimes, we keep it to ourselves. Sometimes we can share our disappointment but not anger at him or her.
I have seen some IG (Instagram) fan of Somin and Jong Kook pair, but one of them, he or she has been tagging directly to Somin and Jong Kook's personal IG sharing his or her excessive theories and posts. Even copied and paste from this forum of our analysis, and tagged directly to their IGs. He or she had been really bothersome. I tried to tell him or her not to tag or send to their personal IG. Just hastag their names not their personal IG. I rather have this IG shutdown because it is getting more forced and weird. I was also reflecting how I am fan of Kookmin, and I wouldn't want to end up like that.
There were times I was disappointed when there weren't Kook-min moments, or pushing Chanmin moments. However, we discuss here and analyse whatever we can to assure our understanding and acceptance. I learned to change my words sometimes or use words wisely. I am only stating my theories, analysis, and opinions about them. I try to avoid to make comparison or etc.
I was fan of Jeon Somin when she first came to Running Man. I like her sense of humour, kindness, cheekiness, and unique yet quirky personality. As a woman, I wanted to be cheerful and confident like her. She has aura of kindness and reliability. She works with every member as much as possible. She is a good strategist when Running Man was in a very difficult time. She had no choice to step forward and dropped her actress image for variety and entertainment performer. Some people or haters didn't realise that each member has their own cameraman, stylist, and manager following them around. Some share the stylist (Somin and Kwangsoo). Somin was able to gain more screen time because of her ability to work with members especially Kwangsoo. She quickly challenged Jaesuk. She and Kwangsoo works together to build for the program earning the roles of being female and male version of each other. Screen times are earned, not given.
Kim Jong Kook went through so much all his life. He didn't get support from his parents to become a singer. He had a really hard time as a singer when his CEO and manager have been defrauding him. He was overworked, and tolerated pain that made it worse when he got older. As his group disbanded, he moved on variety shows, talk shows, and then became solo singer. He went through so much criticism and misunderstandings especially when he went to his friend's wedding, the one who was banned from Korea for evading mandatory military service. He has a lot of misunderstanding with his tough exterior persona. I have to say that he is no stranger with these stuff shoving in his throat. It took a long time for him to reveal his true side, and his friends explaining things about him. Running Man was the place Jong Kook finally show his real side slowly over the time. He and Jihyo have become closer during controversy. Jong Kook was marred by gout, and back pain. The netizens started to see more and more about him. In MUD, he had back surgery as it was shown in the TV. It was an eye opening for them to realise how Jong Kook went through so much with humility, big heart, and quiet greatness inside his tough exterior. Jihyo has shown Jong kook's strong side. Jihyo and the female guests show that Jong Kook have soft side and protectiveness over them with strength and loyalty. Somin shows other side of Jong Kook, his romantic side with tenderness, understanding, and protectiveness with sense of humour and tease. He was full of love and graciousness. I can tell his ex girlfriends have been his pillar of strength throughout hard years he had been through, and hidden them from the spotlight.
We have been looking at Jong Kook from Somin's eyes from the beginning. She didn't know his real self. She also misunderstood him in the beginning like all of us. She thought he was tough and aloof. She didn't realise that he was a bigger man she ever dreamed of. She could be shy. Once she got to know him, poked him, and challenged him. She didn't stop. She did the same with everyone. It is a nice change for Jong Kook that he has taken a while to open up to her for variety sake. Like Somin, Jong Kook also misunderstood her. And after being able to work with her, he realised that she's bigger than he ever thought. She is intelligent, kind, cheerful, witty, and gets along with everyone with different strategies and chemistry. She was impressive in a lot of times.
I think if Jong Kook chose the girl he loves, I think he'll never felt the pain of being misunderstood for the rest of his life. He has been set free, and focus on building new path with the girl he loves and building family with her. I think he has gotten better now despite negativity shoving in his throat. He is a veteran entertainer with heart of gold. As kook-min and somin fan, I hope he'll choose Somin, because I think they both will make each other happy, and never ending giving each other with love and joy in good and bad times. Somin can been competitive or opinionated. He'll be amused with her, but listen and argue until they reach the compromise. It is really a joy and balance they could learn and grow from each other. I actually wish i could see that in real life if it really happens for real. =)

Truths about lovelines? Korean netizens vs netizens....
Koreans have more straightforward and honest reactions on lovelines than international netizens.
Here is a thing about CHAN-MIN loveline--- I am not a fan even though it is skit or not. It reminds me of Monday Couple, which i don't like at all, because they are one sided. It is just me which do not see jokes in one sided love. It is harsh reality and left painful memories. One had to initiation and the other had avoid or shoot it down. Gary and Somin carry the aggressive role being romantics while Jihyo and Sechan plays opposition and passive. It was funny push and pull skits. Gary and Somin are very romantic kind while Sechan and Jihyo are of wanting to keep it to themselves. It makes it interesting to watch. The thing is that, it hurts Jihyo's off screen romance. They found out Jihyo dating with CEO of an agency. The comments didn't go well. Jihyo broke up with her boyfriend later on. Running man said it is okay to get married outside of show but continue to be a member. I think they are referring to Jihyo. Then later on, Gary left the show. It left painful mark on Monday Couple's revelation. It started to shift attention to Spartace. Spartace is a problem because two of them are similar. I think Jong Kook at that time do not want to reveal his romantic side that would ruin his tough image for running man. I think he is building up his interest with Jihyo off screen according to fortune teller's high compatibility for both of them. However Jihyo is not a big fan to act it out for Spartace. I guess they want to keep their feelings separated and protect their friendship off screen. It comes and goes. It was hard on both of them. However, off screen, they really show very close friendship but I dont think they hang out much because of their schedule and bit different. I think Jihyo has her own circle of friends, and very close to Kwangsoo since they both like to drink.
To build a chemistry like Kwangmin, I think Jihyo would be more comfortable with Sechan to develop their siblings with age gap chemistry. Sechan's jokes seems to bring out Jihyo's gangster reactions which was very cute and interesting. I think it is what Sechan and Jihyo would be more comfortable with each other. Imagine both of them team up for quizzes-- more Blank Ji and Chicken Towel Sechan along with Anyang Tiger Jong Kook or Sly HaHa or Crazy Somin, or even better, Betrayal Fool Kwangsoo. It will be funny to see Jong Kook getting annoyed with them. He was so funny dealing with Sechan in MUD when Sechan couldn't tell difference between wrong and different. That could build it up from there.
Also I have a theory that there may be upvotes for Chan-min loveline, there is a huge Spartace fanbase who wanted to support this idea to protect their ship. That may be reason for down vote when someone comment that Chan-min feels fake or etc.
Kwangmin is very successful because of two of them are talented actors with good sense of humour and wits. I dont know, but I think they have a lot of respect for each other and their age gap is very small making them very comfortable with each other. They have build a very good teamwork without a push or downgrading on one side. Both of them burn each other same time. I think somin is very good at that. She even do that to Jong kook so well and so many times. Sometimes we can't tell whether they act like bickering couple or siblings rivalry. Both of them are very savage. I think they decided to slow it down because of Somin's fate with kwangsoo as a future husband. They have to end it gracefully and still be in the show together. Kwangsoo move to look after Jihyo more. Somin moves under Jaesuk's wing. He leads her to become little more independent.
Somin and Jong Kook developed Kook-min started from beginning. Everyone love their cat and mouse dynamics. Their dynamics are quirky, sweet, funny, down to earth, and natural. More like soft version of Kwangmin. It gets more and more intense during tofu scene to Jong Kook's solo concert to SNS message to Somin's mom comment about Jongkook as son in law to dancing for fan meet to asking if jong kook likes somin without any answer. Still they refused to make it official loveline. They kept on focusing on Chan-min when there so many questions and SNS comments when Somin show her onion heart with Jong Kook's response. The comment and answers are so funny. Maybe it would show later because the episode is pre-filmed like the food truck started like few weeks ago. Something is not consistent from members point of view. Sechan's comment on food truck creates love triangle, not loveline.
I also notice during food truck scene-- somin patted her hands on Jong Kook's arm but her other hand seems to lift up and maybe holding back of his arms or she is putting up against her chest. But she was so close to him like she is putting her head on back of his shoulder. I dont know why she did that. It is so intimate, and no one respond to that. Haha.
The bus scene when Jong Kook made opposite remarks why Sechan didn't come to sit next to somin. It is very scripted Kim Jong Kook. Why dont you pull Sechan to sit next to somin earlier and talk about it. It seems strange that he is sitting next to somin again. haha.
I don't see a lot of negative response on kook min from koreans because the PD never shoves it to our throats. Same thing with Kwangmin. I think there are mixed feelings among koreans about Chan-min but they like skits. Sechan is a beloved and brilliant comedian along with Somin, actor and may become a comedienne one day. They did also notice Jong Kook's involvement with hilarity more than fromJaesuk. That is why, it may be reason that Jaesuk passed the baton to Jong Kook dealing with Chan-min loveline with force, and silly ideas. The food truck is really Jong kook's idea. I think Sechan suggested it to bring Jong Kook closer to SOmin in my delusions.

What I also noticed here is how much they ignore the fact that JSM's mother likes KJK too. They always and only talk about her liking ysc. But the way ysc reacted when jsj asked whether Somin's mum liked kjk, it looks like she likes kjk a whole lot too. Kjk also saying that's a relief after that is so cute too. Like how can't we ship them. But it's probably for the best if they aren't trying to bring attention to them. The last time yjs mentioned it and even said JSM's mum considered kjk as a future son in law, the man was all smiles, no form of objection or rejection. Even added a little happy clap while smiling, he enjoys the idea that much lol.
Did you see Sechan gave thumbs up at Somin when she mention that her mom likes Jong Kook a lot? I thought it was interesting
When Jaesuk mention about Jong Kook as son in law for Somin's mom... not only he clapped, his face turned really red, and grinning ear to ear. It is something I dont find it scripted because he looks naturally embarrassed and happy. I was surprised with his reaction that looks so natural that it is hard to believe. I dont think he always joke about his own lovelines. His mom said in MUD that he doesn't joke around when it comes to his feelings about his loveline. He can joke about other lovelines, but not his own. He is very careful. I felt like he is sending message across to someone special to prove that he is a the man for the girl he loves.
Also he said Somin's mom is so beautiful. Somin resembles her mom so much!! =)

I was just saying that out of three (Sechan, Haha, and Jong Kook)- I think Jong Kook is least closest among the three. So I guess, he wanted to go next step to become closer. I think they are not close the yet but I think two of them are quite shy because they may go beyond friendship with some attraction with each other. They just need something in between to get them closer.... little longer, the lower the resistance to get to know each other more.

My wildest guess, you may be right that it may be Sechan's idea... but an idea for Jong Kook to make a move to be closer to Somin to next level of friendship. =) I can tell that sechan is a good friend who knows Somin and Jong Kook well. It would be nice if he is doing for Jong Kook if he really knows that Jong Kook likes Somin but knows that Jong Kook does not know how to make a move first or unwillingly to be the first one to make a move. I think Jong Kook and Haha took advantage of that idea to share stories, and ways to build up Chan-min love by putting picture on it. With Jong Kook in that equation is really suspicious and cute. Before Sechan shared it with Kwangsoo. We may know that Somin is close to Sechan and HaHa. For Jong Kook, it is pretty new because he doesn't do that, to take part of something or butting in too often. It is like Jong Kook-Jong Min-SoMIn vibe for MUD.
I kind of think Somin knew the mastermind. She was looking at Jong Kook deeply with big eyes and smile. Jong Kook just carry on and told her it was Sechan. Somin played along like a skit rather than looking flattered or shy for real for Sechan. I think she was more flattered with Jong Kook.

kwangsoo sometimes ticks somin off. There are some others and even guests hurt her feelings with no bad intentions. They would make up off screen. Somin can brush it off easily. He could have told her sorry off screen since they know how it is like working in variety world. However, it will make Somin distant from him. Sounds like food truck idea is to get closer to her using his friends as wingmen. Sechan is a perfect excuse. I find it weird that Sechan said they chose the CHAN-MIN picture without him knowing. It doesn't sound like it is entirely his idea. He and Somin are close and always hangout. There is always time for them to date or spend time with each other. HaHa is married. So that leaves Jong Kook. He is the one who is least closest to Somin out of the three.
I guess Jong Kook wanted to publicly apologise to Somin (Somin knows who is the real mastermind) for a reason. It was not necessary to put himself in that place to apologise using Sechan's picture (without Sechan's permission) for the food truck. I think the food truck has special message to it. It looks like someone is making effort to his his intention to make a move or become closer to her welcoming to his circle of friends pretending he is asking for apologies. I find it funny that Sechan didn't look like it was his idea. So it is between two oppas. Like I said before, Jong Kook wasn't allowed to make lovelines with somin in public.

Did he started to talk about it more when he was teamed up with Somin in Jeju-do? I think he is starting to talk about it more because he didn't have good impression as a future husband like being too frugal, serious, bossy, or controlling. He has very tough exterior persona. Somin is one of the few that has misunderstanding, and talked about her concerns over it. I think that's the time Jong Kook had to clear up some misunderstanding. No one knew who he dated to ask what kind of person he is. Somin did the skit as a wife in yeobo episode, which is sort of a wake up call that she may think of him that way. He explained in details, and started to show his romantic side little more. I think most of the time, Somin was there when he had to explain.

I wanted to ask if you guys came across watching old episodes about Jong kook dealing with type of girls he would find interest to date with. I think in the past, he wasn't too enthusiastic about dating comedians especially the ones that has loud personality. My point is that, his taste may have changed now referring comedians to be more charming.
Is it confirmed that Chae Rina was one of his ex girlfriend?

I kept on forgetting!!! If Jong Kook is taken, he wouldn't go so far not answering the question and spending a lot of time with her. I think his teasing and setting up lovelines for her is the way to become closer to her. The more he pushes her away with his tease and setting up lovelines with other guy, the closer they become so they wouldn't feel awkward on and off screen. He does that acts that would make his real life girlfriend jealous. There are many other guys in the show who can take care of somin na! Sechan and Somin are already close off screen. It doesn't make sense with pushing her with sechan. He is also spending more time with Sechan is also like he's trying to join them more often. Haha. =)

I watched the latest episode today after watching funniest clip of the introduction when they did the game. Jimin got all the sly ones in her team, and it is so funny. Kwangsoo has not failed to make me laugh constantly. It is a good team for laughs.
Jong Kook is really working hard to put his foot in other people's love business. Haha. Somin and Sechan can handle on their own if they are interested in each other. However, variety shows doesn't work like in real life though. He kept on looking at Somin when she was looking at the sea from the train. Then he had to butt in to tell to do that with Sechan. Come on sweet Jong Kook, mind your business unless she is secretly your girl. I think he should leave the business to Jaesuk or HaHa. The way Somin responded to JongKook to engage loveline-- she is listening to him to do it as he pleases, not for herself. Somin wasn't looking at Sechan when patted his hands for sending the food truck to her. Sechan's response is more like a laughter, laughing at someone who made this kind of decisions. He pointed out that he didn't know about the pictures. So the mastermind for the food truck cannot be HaHa. Why would HaHa need ask his friend to fool Sechan to match up with Somin like that? HaHa can do it with Sechan alone or with Byul. She's a friend. Se chan and Somin weren't even official couple. Just loveline for variety show. Why not let Sechan woo somin on his own since they have nothing to hide when they were pushed for loveline. They were already close friends. Sechan alone will be fine. Why need Jong Kook? Is he trying to tell us to divert our attention on Chan-min, not growing popularity with Kookmin. I am afraid it is doing opposite. It puts more attention on him. Haha. I am afraid there is possibility that Jong Kook may be taken by someone else. However, I thought that since they were never an official loveline, and they were never attached to each other. It is easier to keep distance and let others do their own magic for Somin. Kwang-soo or HaHa or Jaesuk can take care of her, and her own personal and variety life. Jong Kook is there.... butting in there and there. The tension is rather strange than distant or disappearing. Does he ever realise how Somin looks at him, and listen to him. Darn it, it does seem she likes him a lot. Her eyes are big as doe's. =)
I find it funny that Jong Kook acts quite overly possessive towards dealign with Chan-min loveline. Can he read the chemistry? He is handling the skits by skits looking for epic skits for Chan-min loveline for variety sake. He could tell the PDs and staffs that he did the job. This time seems to be more calculated than before when he asked Sechan why he didn't come to sit next to Somin. Why would Somin ended up sitting next to Jong Kook again. He is like handling lovelines as he pleases taking over Jaesuk's place. Somin doesn't stay with Sechan after the skits. She disappears and reappeared near Jong Kook or stay at his side.
The way Somin looks at Jong Kook, it rather looks very tenderhearted. I hope she gets the love she deserves. She has my very admiration and respect.

Here is a thought...
variety lovelines are not to be taken seriously. Some of them may be real due to chemistry or etc. But they don't date on screen, they do it privately. They may develop chemistry on screen but mostly to avoid each other.
I find something interesting that there are posts saying that it is just for the show as they laid their theories and point of view.
In real life, Somin, Sechan, and Jong Kook are ferociously private about their dating or love life. Sechan dated before he revealed that he had broken up. No one ever knew that he was dating or not. It goes same for Jong Kook; 20 years with 8 relationships, no one had any idea. His best friend, Jang Hyuk, mention that he never met one of Jong Kook's ex. And Somin, she revealed her relationship once with celebrity but it ended up badly leaving her hurt. She vowed that she will never reveal it until she gets married or going to as if they are registered and planned to do so already. Three of them never want to publicise their dating life as if it is real or not.
Now, look at the dynamics of Chan-min love line through 3 year period proposal, confession song, and not admitting whether he or she like each other. People do find love on set. It do happen, but to publicise it? They would rather do it privately. Everyone always act opposite on what is on screen than it is off screen.
Sechan and Somin are best friends. They are very close, often hang out with each other, come to show together, etc. They were already like that before they came to Running Man. They have grown to have same bond when they met Kwangsoo for the first time. At first, it was Kwangsoo's job to meet the makanes to develop the chemistry for the show. And they became closer than ever since they are same age and have same interests especially drinking part. Haha.
If Sechan and Somin are actually dating or interested in each other, they
would want to do it privately as members would encourage to do so. No one has good memories of publicising their relationship on screen, and have viewers make judgement on their chemistry and relationship. Members can always push or match them up privately if they know they like each other off screen. It is very important to separate from business and relationship because it can affect the show greatly.
Jong Kook has growing chemistry with Somin. If they become real life couple with on and off screen relationship, if something happen that cause their break up, it will ruin their relationship with each other leaving others to take sides or etc. Did you see how Hyun Moo and Hye Jin broke up. They couldn't be in same show, and she left the show later on. If they date privately and break up, it wouldn't be too much of damage or less embarrassing as they could be friends again. I think it becomes a rule of thumb in dating in entertainment world.
Jong Kook wasn't allowed to have loveline with Somin several times. It didn't start with Chan-Min or Hong Jin Young or Song Jihyo for both Running Man and Mom's Diary. Somin was deliberately avoided in Mom's Diary. When Jong Kook's friend asked Jong Kook to make a choice, he should't have asked her the choices from Running Man. It could be like Yoo Eun Hye, Moon Geum Young, Song Jihyo, and Hong Jin Young instead of running man members/guests omitting Somin who is permanent member of that show. A lot of strange coincidences following Kookmin's path. No matter how JongKong didn't want to admit or butt in for supporting other loveline for Somin, it always ended up with twists. Running Man and Mom's Diary allow Jong Kook and Somin to act naturally with each other. During Jong Kook's concert, somin was filmed looking at Jong Kook lovingly when he talked about his first love yet they never mention her name.
I wouldn't be too suspicious if Jong Kook didn't have to butt in. The food truck-- come on... no matter how he wanted to support Cham-min loveline, if he wanted them to be together, he should have let them do it privately as he is close to both of them. Sechan complained that it was Jong Kook and HaHa. If it is HaHa, Kwangsoo, or Jaesuk combination, it wouldn't pointed to Jong Kook. Why does he unnecessarily butt in to become suspicious? This is how he tried to set up Somin's date with Jong Min. He should have said somin is just friends, but it takes HaHa to take care of talking.
Kook-min is getting weirder as this year is almost over. 2020, the year of Golden Rat is best for Fire Dragon. It may be his marriageable or lucky year.
Dragon is compatible with Rat and Monkey. Not compatible with Dog. Just saying how it works. =)

First, I wanted to talk about the post by Kim Jong Kook's korean fan that she mentioned somin when saw Jong Kook in elevator. Please be sure to cover her name or etc to avoid bombard and bothersome questions directly to actual Korean Kim Jong Kook fan. As we respectfully wanted to respect the fans' wishes. Because I saw in twitter that someone could not see her post. I went to her IG, her comment section is closed. There is couple of OVERZEALOUS kook min IG posting anaylsis and delusion and tag directly to Jong Kook and Somin's IG. I prefer them to hashtag their names rather at (@). I tried telling her to replace it with hashtag if she wants to promote it rather than directing it at them. My concern that it will also affect the kook min chemistry for running man as well. If you want to know the source's IG's ID, please ask the Kookmin clan or administration for info in DM in IG. I dont know if this fourm has private direct message. I just want to point this out because any misunderstanding and delusions can cause problem with Kookmin chemistry greatly.
I don't really enjoy Chan-min loveline for some reason. First, it looked forced, embarrassing on both side, and unfortunately I prefer Kook-min chemistry. However, I have to realise that there is possibility to push Chan-min to preserve Kook-min's natural chemistry. Jong Kook and Somin has to evenly spend time with each member over the time rather than with each other. I don't think Sechan is the only one that support Somin throughout the show that she is indebted to him by creating loveline with him. I think Somin did on her accord with Jaesuk and Jong Kook to push Sechan because they know he is beloved, kind, and shy entertainer but BRILLIANT comedian. He is very conscious with his craft which is his job and livelihood. They took their craft to make others laugh. If one didn't respond, it is their greatest pain. Variety shows are good for people who are naturally witty or talker. Jaesuk is a comedian but also natural talker. He has long experience with it. Sechan is very beloved and brilliant comedian. He needs to work with Running Man to help him to bring his skits or natural comedy he is known for out. HaHa did brilliantly to find what Sechan can bring comedy. But it stopped until few episodes ago during Glutton episode or any guess whose name? game. Sechan really shine on it. He made me laugh so hard. With Jong Kook and Kwangsoo's barbed comments, it was so brilliant. Sechan had to give up his smart image in order to bring comedy. I also saw that Jihyo was able to begin ease to bring her Blank Ji persona to bring comedy with sechan that she is not alone. It is very hard to be comedian. He or she has to have brilliant mind and ability to create amazing jokes, skits, or situation. They didn't do it too often but I hope to see more of it. However, the loveline helps to build up the spice with SOmin, Jaesuk, and Jong Kook's help tremendously. I think Sechan was quiet before is not because he want to support somin fully. He is proud of Somin, but I think he is quite shy or observing the situation before he gets into the game or situation. I am not big fan of Chan-min loveline but I find it strange because Jong Kook got involved in it. I enjoy its love triangle. Anyway, I am just one of minority. I also find Chan-min loveline little more awkward that Kwangmin loveline or partnership. I think Somin balance her loveline with Sechan as a skit (he is known for have loveline skits with Doyeon), and cat-mouse dymanics/siblings with Jong Kook. If you combine the two, it is like Kwangmin partnership that led Somin and Kwangsoo nominated twice. If I could see it under microscope, Jong Kook and SOmin has blooming chemistry while Chan-Min is becoming more of skits. I think they have bigger plans for Somin for participating heavy weight on playing roles. It is a way for pushing her for bigger award like Jaesuk and Kwangsoo did.
Since I dont really like watching Chan-min loveline, I found a lot of weirdness going on with Jong Kook involved. I was looking at somin, she is hanging out or getting more touchy with JongKook naturally. Jong kook is not walking away or backing away. He moves forward and helped to guide her more than Sechan. Sechan is a guy... he should be the one to make a move. It is too embarrassing for a girl to do so. I think it is not good for her image for she wants to get married someday. Somin is like Kwangsoo before when female guests always turned down on him for variety joke. One of male guest kept on turning somin down as a joke when he was sharing who is his type. She was turned down more than once. It was bit embarrassing that builds her love frog persona. But Of course, it is a joke, but it does build on someone's image. Kwangsoo changed his old pabo image because of Somin too. She did make him more manly than before. It is out of luck that he met Su-Bin who calls him as her type, not because of their chemistry they found in running man or other variety shows. She has met him before and found interest in him. He turned out to be her type. I think Somin and Kwangsoo have very good teamwork to build comedy that doesn't settle for loveline but more like sibling or bickering couple. They create very good chemistry with dedication, trust, and hard work. Somin really looks up to Kwangsoo. I think she started to change offscreen that she could help Kwangsoo to find someone not because she wanted to let him go, because of her caring heart. Fortune teller said she cares about him like a mother. She doesn't drop kwangsoo if their relationship off screen will not work in her favour. Luckily Subin admitted in public that she likes Kwangsoo. It was nice for somin to help her shy friend to overcome his fears or lack of knowledge of courtship. Fortune teller said he really lacks it tremendously, but he has a good heart. He even said Somin is half Kwangsoo. I think Kwangsoo wasn't willing to end Kwangmin loveline when they decided to announce it. They know it very well that it will hurt running man chances for winning another award. They were replaced with Jong Kook and Hong Jinyoung. I think Kwangsoo made his decision to set Somin free. She deserve so much better. I think Kwangsoo is doing a favour to her to help her to develop with someone. I think he cares more about somin than himself winning another couple award. (Couple award does not have to be loveline but partnership and chemistry).
Kook-min chemistry became more intense especially preparing and during fan meet. Rather than calling Kook-min as loveline since they have Spartace already, they push Chan-min. I think Sechan looks so uncomfortable, and Somin had to work hard to hide her feelings. Somin is his best friend. I dont think it is only somin who cares about sechan, it is Somin who is worth to protect as sister and friend to Sechan. They are opposite gender which makes it hard to build closeness over the time without being awkward. The Confession song came in a good timing to put us off about who we think she is singing for. It is for us to guess. I think the majority of netizens thought Jong Kook or any other guys. Some may think it is sechan but jaesuk mentioned before in happy together that Somin already made 3 year period proposal. It is bigger than confession song, so in my theory, it may not be sechan. I think it is another guy. The price to pay to sing that song, it doesn't make sense for someone who is already close to her and made proposal to him. That song is calling for someone who doesn't know how to make a move. If you watch Mom's Diary or MUD, Jong Kook makes sense because HaHa and his friends all complain that he does not show interest if he is interested in that person. The girl has to do all the work. Hong Jin young's sister, Sun young went to tarot reader and asked about Jong kook. The first card is interesting. She jokingly said that she will knock his door until she is in 60s. I can't remember exactly. The third card, according to tarot reader said if Jong Kook accepted her heart, he will treat her like a queen. All of his friends including Jong Kook said he will spoil his wife. His mom said he didn't write letters to her, but she did say that he is a dotting son. Jong Kook also admitted and revealed his cringe worthy, endearing, and adorable romantic side of him that everyone would jump from the bus except Somin. Haha.
I think over the time as details have been revealed about Somin and Jong Kook despite their contrasting personalities, the more you see that they have a lot in common. I wonder why they never made it into official loveline, and divert our attention to Chan-min. I also went back to find it odd that somin is omitted from Mom's Diary except for Jong Min episode which ended up a twist involving in love triangle. Jong Kook didn't even clarify that they are like brothers or sisters or etc. It rather strange than being rude. Of course the show can do whatever they want, but at least be little more respectful to mention a person's name or not. It probably had to do with Jong Kook, Somin, and SBS making agreement off screen. it didn't just happen once, but several times.
The Chan-min vibe is weird. It does look like that Somin is taken whether Sechan or someone else. Otherwise why would she use play girl to find a husband. She is like making sechan her future variety husband rather than play it independently.
It has been roller coaster for us all. I wish my best for Sechan. I hope he gets the award he deserves. As well for Somin and Jong Kook continue their friendship and bond. I think Somin and Jong Kook really suit each other and will make each other happy if they choose to be together off screen. Both of them cleared misunderstanding about each other forging very strong bond that they could be a great team. I could imagine SOmin and Jong Kook writing lyrics together for him to sing. I think there are more things Jong Kook will realise about Somin.

I also wonder why Kang Hanna kept on being invited to the show from time to time. She may be possible replacement rather than addition because that is a lot of members to handle under SBS expense. I think they learned a lesson from big controversy on firing Jong Kook and Jihyo. I think it is one of possibility. Loveline is always a tool that helps with viewership whether they like it or not.
If you think it is part of supporting Sechan to win the award, and take notice of his talents and abilities. I think you are right. I wish I am wrong that someone may be planning to leave or there will be changes going on. Somin really help to boost Sechan's role through loveline. Even recently she and jaesuk said he is an ideal boyfriend. Sechan really thrives in quizzes with Jihyo. Both of them are similar version of each other. Jong Kook is helping Jihyo's role too. I am saying earlier that I dont think somin has CRUSH on Sechan early on. I think she is a big fan of him for his comedic work outside Running Man. When they were roommates for variety show living in same apartment, they started to have growing friendship. It led to strong friendship bond over the time. She had Sechan over to her parents house. They have met him, and his mom consider as son in law. I think somin has growing admiration for Sechan for who he is. His characteristics are what she was looking for in husband. I do think she has CRUSH on Jong Kook because he has traits she likes. Most people don't marry their crush in their lifetime. Somin mentioned a lot of traits and looks that she finds very attractive that all points to guys who are similar to Jong Kook. That is what I meant that she could have possibly have crush on Jong Kook long before she met him. With Sechan, I think she has growing admiration and care for him over the time for spending time together. They often come to the show together. They are very close. I am not going further than that since I dont know their private life at all. That is what I meant. If they are doing for variety sake, it makes more sense for viewership and jokes. It is really funny to watch sometimes. For me, is no so much with loveline. But it doesn't really matter. Sechan was able to show his talents more this time especially with quizzes. He is so hilarious. I never laughed so hard when he does that. With loveline with somin, it adds spice to the show. We sometimes forget to draw the line between what is not real and what is.

Somin is firstly settled to have partnership and loveline with Kwang-soo for the first two years. Kookmin dynamics of high and lows in a very low key way has already started in middle. Somin is very close to Kwangsoo and Sechan throughout the show. She is closer to Sechan since they have been friends before they came to the show.
I think for the whole time, Somin has big crush on Jong Kook. She knows with Spartace and Jihyo, she will never compete with that.
I think Somin is close to sechan because of their same age and friendship. They have good rapport for each other like how they are also close to Kwangsoo. I dont think somin has crush on Sechan but she is a fan and had growing admiration for him since they are good friends. He treats her well. He is also a loyal friend.
I think Running Man pushed Chanmin loveline is because Spartace may be leaving soon. Kwangsoo already has a relationship that he wanted out of loveline. It could make sense that Running man has to create new loveline with new members to push the show forward.

I have been fan of Somin since she joined the show. I have seen how we have gone through with their annoying comments and takes. I think Jong Kook's tactics works to ask his fans to support somin, the person he respects and cares about. The other hate fanbase still at large protecting their favourite member's place from being replace for annoying, weirdest, useless, and worst reason to attack Somin. There is no one constructive criticism at all. Nothing calls for room for growth. I tell you, they have nothing to help their favourite member's place. It embarrassed this person completely. Even Korean netizens can tell whose fanbase it is. They could roll their eyes to see all hate comments against Jeon Somin.
After trying to type up and answering the hate comments to prove Somin's place, and screen time are earned. They can't just shove false rumours like affair with PDs in everyone's throat. Yes, they have went too far with false stories and obnoxious news to scrutinise SOmin's actions twisting into another story to paint her terrible, slutty, annoying, attention seeker, and many other horrible adjectives to list. They are the worst hate fanbase I have ever seen because he or she tried to make up or create rumours and stories against her. It was most malicious and stupidest thing they ever done and proudly call themselves fan of this member they desperately trying to protect by hurting another. They post this member's beautiful picture next to hateful post about Somin.
Pocketing three awards since 2017, even though she didn't win this year because they are so many other good ones too, she still proves to be talented, hardest working, full of merit, and witty. She never cease to make everyone laugh. Everyone in running man have improved so much over the years since the slump. HaHa, Sechan, Jong Kook, Jaesuk, and Kwangsoo bagged the award this year. Imagine how they felt when they faced the cancellation. Now they won again a one of the best global variety show. I have to say that running man has bounced back with teamwork, new chemistry, and faith in each other. The bond between the members are stronger than ever. Just remember, no matter how many hates Somin got from hate fanbase, no matter if her agency can't sue or not, no matter what, she will and always thrive through her hard work, dedication, merits, and full of love from her colleagues. Jong Kook did tremendously with Somin this time, taking over Kwangsoo and Jaesuk. Jong Kook and Somin lead each other working together with full of kindness and care for each other.
