@violetpetal Glad I'm not re-posting an old photo. I was kinda expecting someone to be like, "Someone already posted that photo pages ago." Anyways, of course you guys are always the first people I think about when I come across GongGo goodies, so I'm always happy to share my findings. It's just tricky when I'm MIA, don't back read everything and wonder if it's already been shared.

I love it when they sit side-by-side. <3 Heck, as long as they're together, I love. Haha. But there's something about seeing them sit next to each other rather than across from each other that makes me feel how close they are to each other (literally and figuratively, haha). I hope to see them sit side-by-side later this year at the award shows and walk hand-in-hand down the red carpets.

Haha, @JaneyBae Leave it to you to find the exact ep! I think I found one of our recipients for the Soompi CIA awards, @nearsea! But yes, I knew that was the same gray outfit that he wore in that hair brushing/you are my life and my death scene, but Go-eun not wearing the coat and just the hoodie in the restaurant capture threw me off and I was stuck between that scene and the one where Shin bribed Eun-tak with beef.

@molybdenum Hahaha, ikr? It looks so silly, but I completely understand and honestly, I'd frame a CCTV capture of GongGo, too!

Hmm... not sure if this has been posted, but here's what looks like a candid photo of GongGo dining at a restaurant together. 

At first I immediately thought it was GongGo, Dong-wook and Sung-jae hanging out after the DVD commentary, but I just noticed Go-eun sporting her Ji Eun-tak 19/20 y/o hair, so I guess it was during Goblin filming days? The guys sitting across from a GongGo doesn't match Dong-wook and Sung-jae's stature, so I don't think it's them. Maybe their managers? Filming crew members? Either way, always happy to see my OTP together on/off screen, of course. Happy Friday, everyone!

PS: I love how gigantic the restaurant made Gong Yoo and Kim Go-eun's name on the plaque underneath the picture. It's obviously a screenshot taken from their CCTV. Hehe. They should've borrowed Boss Sunny's CCTV since she was able to clearly see the handsome "Kim Woo-bin."  

PPS: I love how animated Gong Yoo looks in the photo. Lol! It reminds me of the scene in the drama where Shin's bragging about himself to Eun-tak and that face he made when he yells, "MANSE~!" Haha.

And yeah, glad we've solved the Who Was The Mystery Van Girl mystery, lol. I don't know where the video is so I wasn't able to re-watch it, but I was positive that I saw Go-eun next to Gong Yoo the first time 'round. I just love the idea of them spending time together and having more opportunities to bond and get to know each other.

Yes! That video definitely looked like it was taken during Goblin filming days. I guess I should've elaborated more when I posted that video. I just saw it on insta and freaked, so I wanted to share it with you guys first! My shipper heart got ahead of myself, I guess. I was almost certain it was Go-eun as high school Eun-tak, but now y'all making me doubt myself...

Hello everyone! i've been reading pretty much all the comments here and love all the observations. I've watched many drama (japanese, korean, taiwanese...) but there are only a few dramas that i find have rare chemistry between the lead female and male characters (the one and only other couple that i follow is matsumoto jun and inoue mao, if anyone follows them) I really hope and suspect there is definitely something going on between gong yoo and go eun (who i find soooo pretty!!) I hope they can work on some projects together so they can build more connection

and i have to say, his facial expression when he said "no i wouldn't" is sooo obvious he really doesn't dare watching his own movie/drama.. and i wonder why he came around to watch goblin?? i'm sure the chemistry not just with LDW was awesome, but also with someone special, ex go eun? hehehe

I think it's so cool that he's watching Goblin now because I think it's rare for actors to watch their own projects. I'd love to see his reactions to all the scenes!  

When I re-watched that ep of Guerrilla Date and he said that, I couldn't help thinking about how he said he enjoyed Go-eun's China Town (I like the title "Coin Locker Girl" better, btw). Even though he's picky when it comes to movies, Coin Locker Girl must've piqued his interest enough for him to check it out and mwahaha 

he ended up falling for Go-eunnie's charms. Haha, ASA~!

Tbh, I was shocked, but mostly happy reading about Go-eun being there at the b-day party with Gong Yoo and the cast of Age of Shadows, but now it seems like that's unlikely... or at least it's not how people are making it out to be. I mean, like someone mentioned on here (I don't remember who it was and I can't find their post for even though I JUST saw it), since Go-eun and Song Kang-ho's in the same company, that could be why she'd be present at his b-day party but that's kind of far fetched because I feel like it's just a get together with the AoS cast, so Go-eun being there is kinda random UNLESS GongGo is real and she's his +1, of course. Sigh... even when I'm trying to be reasonable, I sound delulu.

Thank YOU for taking the time to highlight beautiful GongGo moments! <3 I personally get giddy seeing Go-eun get THISCLOSE to Gong Yoo in the very beginning of the press con when they're grabbing their seats to sit down and she's adjusting herself in her seat and making room for writer Kim Eun-sook, but she's kinda just stuck there on Gong Yoo's side and they're just REALLY CLOSE to each other. Hehe.

OH, YES! Music and Lyrics is an excellent example! I enjoyed watching that movie and LOVED their lovely duet together. It's so sweet! Go-eun would be perfect for a role like that. Hahaha, I love Gong Yoo and all his various expressions. Kim Min-jae's right; Gong Yoo's just perfect--he's good looking, funny and sexy!

Ohohoho! So that model that took a selfie with Gong Yoo and said it was nice working on set with him was just in it for literally 2 seconds WITH HER BACK TO THE CAMERA??? Man. She didn't even get to show her face!

Y'know, I really adored that BTS vid of GongGo in Canada bc: we thought we saw all of it when they released the interview before, but then as Gong Yoo mentioned in the above version, it sounded "so rehearsed," and it was, kinda. At least, it was just a straight-up interview, even though they spoke lovely things about one another. But in this one, they were both so giddy and playful--especially Go-eun, she was SO GIDDY and giggling like crazy! Haha. I love that he told her to call him "Ji-chul," his real name, rather than saying "Gong Yoo." Makes me feel like they're just that close. LOVE how bashful she was and her "aiiiiigoooo~" was adorable. <3

Every frame was so precious. <333 The way Go-eun squeezed her way in the middle, Dong-wook fighting for his position back, Gong Yoo trying to complete a heart shape with Go-eun, but failed (lol), Gong Yoo slapping Go-eun's hand off Dong-wook's shoulder, Dong-wook finally accepting that he's the third wheel but still tryna look cute for the camera (lol) and ALL DA SMILES, OMG. On the first page, Wookie's signature is very obvious. He has written his name "Dong Wook" and drawn a little reaper hat. Cute! <3 He has also written "[Please be] happy!".

Yoo In Na has written "May you always stay healthy and happy!" and her signature always has that smiley face.

Yook Sung Jae has written "Sung Jae". "It's Yoo~~ Deok Hwa!."

Then you have both Gong Yoo (top) and Kim Go Eun (bottom)'s signatures on the next page. With no comments.

@hairuchii, if you translated all that with your limited Korean skillz, then *round of applause* for you because that's superb! Thank you so much for translating! Something like -->  The lizard woke up, sniff-sniffed the air and said, "Ohhh, ahhhh, hmmmm. The air smells great!" XD XD 

The information that I have shared here on D-cut bonuses have been put up at the Daum cafe site. Once you've pre-ordered, you have to send them a screen capture to be confirmed as a full member at the site, and there's a separate discussion board for updates on D-cut bonuses.

@NhicarT Yes, the D-cut team for this drama has handled their promotion efforts rather poorly. Perhaps there wouldn't have been as much clamour among overseas fans if they had been very clear from the beginning. "Our focus will be on domestic demand. Depending on the results of the survey, we may consider further benefits i.e. English subtitles, for overseas fans." The reason why we now feel a great sense of dissatisfaction with the team is we feel as if we have been misled and deceived, and shunned and discriminated against. It does not help that we have Korean fans who have some resentment towards foreigners, and saying rude things along the lines of "Foreign fans, there's no point in complaining. We're not going to let our benefits be reduced because 4% of the customers want Eng subtitles." 

It also does not help that the budget for the D-cut seems too small for the inclusion of any subtitles. They're not even going to have Korean subs for the hearing impaired. Some Korean fans have already pointed this out.

I also agree that it's not that the production team has not been working hard to meet our demands too. The overseas link will be put up on Monday, but... they have just not been particularly as resourceful and as experienced as other D-cut teams. I've preordered Love in the Moonlight and now, that's a very organised team!

Damn. So that's approximately $275. Yikes~ that's a whole lotta money! I've decided to put off on buying it now. Just because I don't make it by the preorder date, doesn't mean they won't sell it anymore in the future, right? I'll just wait--on a day that's just about right (lmao), I'll buy then. Lol, I crack myself up.

In the meantime, I'll just be happy for you, @hairuchii dear, that you'll be owning your very own HD Dokebi! Please do share some goodies when you have the precious thing in your hands!

The children's books sounds adorable and I can actually see how the seemingly simple sentences and phrases can help you learn the language.

Man, I wish the Dokebi team was as organized and thoughtful as the Moonlight team, as you mentioned. I'd be all over that pre-order by now... surprised they don't have enough funds with all the PPL, but okay~ sadness...

I learn some basic words from there long ago from this website and also self learn. I have mentioned this before, I understand most of the daily drama's conversation (even though I'm not a daily / kdrama fanatic), but Goblin bring it to higher level, many new words / grammar I did not understand - perhaps because KS and GR always speak in Saeguk's grammar. If you need some other resources you may PM me, I'd be happy to share some of the resources I have.

Wanted to add that the fact that she sang "Falling Slowly" from the movie, "Once," makes me giddy because when she sang on Happy Together, Jun Hyun-moo brought up his "great idea" and mentioned how Go-eun should star in a movie like "Begin Again" or "Once" because of her singing voice.

I've never seen either movies (yet), but I'd like to think that she either watched that movie because he suggested it, or she already knew the song beforehand (which is very likely). Whatever the case, I'd love to see her in a similar genre as those two movies (they're both about two people coming together through music and falling in love with each other) so she can showcase more of her beautiful voice. Of course, it'd be icing on the cake if Gong Yoo can be in the movie with her and they can both show off their musical talents! ... AND FALL IN LURVE~!

Thank you to everyone for daily dosage of GongGo couple. Watching KGe with her friends and earlier photos of her & some idols (Min Ho group),, made me wonder how HWSBD can fit into her circle of 'young friends'.

Would love to see them reunite in something soon! <3 I'd love to see them in another drama together in the future, but their next project can be a movie together so we can see them go all over the place to promote it. I notice that actors do more promoting for their movies then dramas and the TV stations aren't biased when it comes to promoting movies because they don't have to be wary of the show not being on their station and whatnot, which sigh... Anyways, I'd die if they could go on Running Man together to promote their movie, as well as Guerilla Date on Entertainment Weekly! I should really stop fantasizing stuff like this because it's disappointing when it doesn't happen...

HA, did we ever find out WHY Gong Yoo switched his water bottle with Go-eun? Was it because of the logo? I have no idea... also find it hilarious how extra he was when he instantly reached for Go-eun's water bottle when the host asked them to take the bottles off the table. I have no idea why he did that when he had his own bottle right in front of him. Lawl. He's so adorable, I can't.

I am not sure what else is going to be included on the box sets. I haven't taken to read and decipher the notices that have been posted. The language has been beyond my ability to comprehend, but my heart leapt when I read that they were planning exclusive cast interviews, and commentaries as well. At one point, they had a poll on which couple fans would love to have commentaries from. I believe that our bromance brothers came in near the top. I haven't checked the results of this poll recently, but it would be amazing to have our bromance brothers reunited. <3 <3

I actually think that it isn't really so much of a problem when it comes to understanding the series. We should all know every scene well enough by now.

You're right though, most of us here probably won't mind watching the series without subs as long as we can enjoy our baes aka Gong Yoo in pure HD gloriousness. Haha. So how much did you pay for the Blu-ray version? Excellent choice, btw, because a beautiful drama like this NEEDS to be watched in the highest quality available! 

Question: are you Korean or do you understand Korean well enough to read and speak it? If not, how and where do you find such juicy info on Goblin? Hee. Do share! That's interesting that they conducted polls and involved the fans. That's really cool! I love stuff like commentaries on scenes from cast members--it's so interesting and fun! I'd LOVE to have our bromance bros reunite to do commentary on the scenes! But can we also have our ladies back to comment, too?

I can imagine some people might complain and want their money back when they realize that there's no subs. It's important that they stress the importance of the DVD being raw just in case fans start complaining. They'll just go "I told you so..."

LOVE her singing voice as much as I love her speaking voice. Heck, I love HER. Thanks for the tidbit about her rings given to her by her mom! Didn't know that, but I did notice how she kept that part of herself (the set of rings she wears irl) when she played Hong Seol in Cheese. I thought it was a nice gesture that she got to wear her rings in the drama. I also remember one of her insta posts of a ring and a birthday card I assume was a present from her friend for Go-eun's birthday.

If I'm not mistaken, the open dates for preorders are from 1/20-3/17 (as shown below)? Not sure... I'm having the same dilemma as you though, @NhicarT! I love this show so much and I don't think I'd regret owning the DVD set, but since I can barely afford it, idk~ ottoke~???

Just as @hairuchii said, the purchase link for international fans will be released on 2/13/17 at 1pm KST (yay!), but they officially decided NOT to include ANY subtitles (boo!).  Should I still buy it anyway???

Yes, i think there are many "Goblin" elements in this CF. The way GE is taking She said "Perfect", "Gong Yoo" and below the foundation.

Even though "Gong Yoo" is ambiguity and mention "Gong Yoo" in the last scene since it is not necessary. It might be the idea from CF scriptwriter but i am surprise she took it.

I am quite curious why GY is doing this to GE when i just saw the first one. After viewing the second one, i suddenly realize that actually they are playing with each other.

I can't help doubting TVN hesitated to show complete interaction to audience so they split this into different parts of the special EP. 

YES! You got it! I also noticed all the Goblin references she made throughout the CF. The way she said "perfect" was the same way she said it as Ji Eun-tak to Shin in the drama and the blowing on the compact and of course, the last bit with "Gong Yoo, please."  Haha. I love the low key (or is it high key since we were able to spot it? Haha) shoutouts to Goblin, but c'mon, the fact that she's even referencing the show means they need to get together asap and recreate scenes from the drama or do something together because clearly, we're not the only ones that miss our OTP together!
