I was thinking of opening a thread about plastic surgery in Korea vs Thailand but then I found out there was an old thread in 2007.
The thing is the price is sometimes not as low as advertised. And the deeper you searched about the clinics, the deeper you know that almost every clinics have both good reviews and bad reviews.
So I wonder, how can you finally decide which clinic to go? 
Which point did you consider more, the price? the doctors? the clinic's popularity?
