cheap and easy!I wanted to wear a fringe top for my dance performa

I wanted to wear a fringe top for my dance performance in march

but I couldn't find a perfect one. So I decided to make my own!

oh wow this is so neat. I'm going to give it a try :D but I don't cut very straight lines...

^ you can mark your lines with a pencil (it washes out) TO THE DIYer... That's a really expensive shirt to ruin >< lol for me ne ways.... If you go to outlet malls/stores you can find shirts to DIY so much cheaper. Better yet, go to a charity shop and get a bunch of shirts with awesome designs and fringe them ^____^ Happy DIYing :wub:
