its really weird but i tried other IDs too. When i put in a ID that should be fine, there's no reaction. nothing pops up but if i put in an ID that wouldn't be allowed, the sign pops up.

so i press i agree and then this sign pops up saying that i should press the button on the window. I did except nothing happens! argh! please help!

okay sorrry i realised that other threads like this exist. So i tried the Internet Explorer. But because my computer is a korean one, it says that only foreigners can register as a foreigner T_T

so then it gets complicated and it tells me to fax something???

yea that means that you need to download Active X. There should be a yellow bar at the top of the page. right click on that and click the first bar. a small window should come up, click on the button on the left side
