I went back to read it, and a lot of Korean netizens are saying that it's kind of a rude comic on SNSD...the person who created it remembers 3 members, but not the other 6... and the dot is suppose to be a member

Yup,just the skin between the fingers looks like the extra finger. Fany has 5 fingers on her right hands^^
