Have you ever wondered who the 10 best Korean movie stars might be? Some Korean actors are known only in their country, and some are huge stars all around the world. Here is a list of the best Korean movie stars and some of their work.

1. Song Seung-heon. The strikingly handsome Song is a model turned actor. Song became popular when he joined the cast of the Korean sitcom "Three men, Three women." 5. Min Hyo Rin. Min is a singer, model, and actress. She is know for her role in the Mnet TV show "The Korean Olsen Twins," which aired in 2008, she also appears in the TV drama, "Triple." Min's birth name is Jung Eun Ran.

6. Bae Yong-joon. Bae began his career after graduating from Sung kyung kwan University. Bae went on to star in TV dramas such as "Salut D Amour," and "Six Steps to Separation." He has appeared in five movies to date, but gained international stardom for his dramatic role in the Korean TV series "Winter Sonata."

7. So Ji-sub. So is a model turned actor. He got his big break playing a gangster in the 2002 Korean movie, "Glass Slippers." So went on to win numerous SBS and KBS Drama Awards for his role in the popular TV show, "I'm Sorry I love You." He is currently the star of the TV drama "Cain and Abel."

8. Song Hye-kyo. The beautiful Song was the star of the 2005 Korean movie, "My girl and I." She is popular within many Asian countries, and has also appeared in the TV dramas, "Autumn Fairytale," and "Hotelier."

9. Yoon Eun-hye. Yoon was deemed one of the hottest stars of 2006, she went on to star in the movie "Escaping Charisma." She is also the star of the Korean TV show "Goong." Yoon was a singer before becoming a film and TV star, she has no formal training as an actress.

10. Jeon Ji-hyeon. Jeon was a popular model and TV actress before making her film debut in "White Valentine," in 1999. She achieved star status after her lead role in the 2001 romantic comedy "My sassy Girl", which was a hit throughout Asia. In 2009 Jeon appeared in the lead role of the international co-produced Hollywood movie, "Blood: The Last Vampire."

Kwon Sang-woo ""Pain" I hope you laugh and grow a hair"

Actor kwon Sang-woo showed his affection for the movie "Pain".

SBS TV "TV News at Night" interviewed kwon Sang-woo and Jeong Ryeo-won who are acting in the movie "Pain".

This day was the shoot for the deep kiss poster. kwon Sang-woo said, "I had kimbab before this so I chewed some gum".

Ryeo-won said, "In the other movie, I kissed a really close friend so we just did it after eating dumplings. The friend is Bong Tae-gyu".

When kwon Sang-woo was asked, "How would you like the audience to see the movie?" he said, "I wish everyone would laugh and cry so much that they grow a hair 'there'(?)" and caused the whole set to laugh.

Kwon Sang Woo joins Jacky Chan for Armour of God : 12 Chinese Zodiac Heads

After his success with Daemul, Kwon Sang Woo got a big project, teamed with Asian royalty, Jacky Chan, for the third installment of Hong Kong success movie Armour of God.

The first Armour of God was a big hit back in 1987, starred b Jacky Chan and Alan Tam. Now the third sequel which is titled 12 Chinese Zodiac Heads is in the pre-production and will be the 100th movie from Jacky Chan (what an achievement !). This movie reportedly will spend around 100 billion Won ( equal with 93 million USD). Wow, a gigantic budget for Asian movie.

It’s an honor for Kwon Sang Woo to be able to work with Jacky Chan and he surely will give his all. Although still in the pre-production and the first shooting will be held next June in Paris, Kwon already spent times to discuss his role with Jacky Chan.

Meanwhile, before Armour of God, Kwon Sang Woo still has a movie work back in Korea.

Titled Pain, he got the male lead role, a man who can’t feel pain -literally- and falls in love with a woman who very sensitive to pain, played by Jung Ryu Won ( My Name is Kim Sam Soon, Princess Ja Myung Go)

Some pictures from shooting scene emerged and Pain is scheduled to release on second half of 2011.

Learn Which Residential Areas Are Hot Among The Stars

The lives of celebrities never fail to intrigue the regular Joes out there. Much attention is paid to what they do, who they date, and where they live. Being that celebrities tend to seek out homes that are appropriate for their higher salaries in quiet neighborhoods where they can live out their private lives in peace, many coincidentally flock to the same buildings or areas.

For example, two very famous Korean star couples live in the same luxury-style villa in Samsung-dong of Seoul: comedian Lee Hwi-jae and his wife, and Korea's Brangelina, Jang Dong-gun and Go So-young. Jang and Go moved into Lee's building last April to live right beneath him. There are rumors that the two couples get together often due to their shared love for baseball.

Similar to Lee Hwi-jae and Jang Dong-gun, there are a few other stars that live in Samsung-dong.The I-Park building is so popular among the stars that it's known as the "celebrity apartment". Actress Jun Ji-hyeon, Lee Mi-yeon, the Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young couple all live within the building. In the same area although different buildings, live singer Rain, Song Hye-gyo, and Son Ye-jin.

Before Jang and Go moved to Samsung-dong, they lived in another luxury-style villa located in Heukseok-dong. This place was known at one point to be "a pretty boy's (aka flower boy in Korea) hangout" and "hunk heaven villa". This was mainly because of two very well-known "flower boys" or hunks, actors Hyunbin and Lee Min-ho. Literally a "flower boy" -- a star in the popular drama "Boys Over Flowers" -- Lee Min-ho is actually originally from Heukseok-dong with his high school pal and co-actor, Jung Il-woo.

According to last year's reports from the Ministry of Land, Trasnport, and Maritime Affiars, the actor who lives in the most expensive home is Jo Young-nam, age 66. Jo lives in a 187 pyeong (a Korean unit of measurement equivalent to 3.3058 m2, 3.954 sq yd or 35.586 sq ft) luxury-style villa located in the glamorous Cheongdam-dong area of Gangnam, Seoul. The market price on the home is about 6 billion won. In this building that overlooks the Han River for a gorgeous view lives Jo's neighbor, Han Chae-young and her husband.

Also in Cheongdam-dong lives Seol Gyeong-gu and his wife Song Yoon-ah, who used to reside in Nonhyun-dong of Gangnam, Seoul. The reason for the couple's move was for better education for their child, born in August of last year. Within the building of their new home lives popular singer-actor Kim Hyun-joong, leader of SS501. As if that wasn't enough star power in one building, famed beauty Hwang Shin-hye also calls it home. Though it's located right in the busy city of Seoul, there's a small little garden within the villa which allows for a nice relaxing setting for the stars to enjoy.

Outside of the entertainers' realm, figure skating queen Kim Yuna lives in Yeouido. A former resident of Gun-po in Gyeonggi, Kim moved into a large-scale complex with her family a few years back. Within this complex lives singer Lee Hyun-woo and his family. Province. Lee is such a regular within this complex that features a variety of shops and services, he even is known to be a regular at a hair salon located in the basement floor of his apartment building.

Back in the Gangnam area, sits another building that's nicknamed "the celebrity apartment". Just the appraised value of the land itself is over 4 billion won! So which actors can afford such a glitzy pad? Movie stars that display some of the best chemistry on scrren, Park Joon-hoon and Ahn Sung-gi each own a home there. Also, actor Shin Hyun-joon, the Yoon Tae-young and Im Yoo-jin couple, along with movie director Shim Hyung-rae.

One area that was reputed as a luxurious residential area is Apgujeong. And there are few stars that represent the cream of the crop of the Korean entertainment industry like MC Yoo Jae-suk and MC Kang Ho-dong who each live in high-rise apartment buildings. Kang moved into a 3.2 billion won apartment. Apart from these two lives TV personality No Hong-chul and actress Kim Hee-ae all in the Apgujeong area.

Another area that's a celebrity favorite is Seo-rae Village in Bangbae-dong. The Little France of Seoul houses TV personality Kim Jae-dong, singer Haha, and rapper Gil. These three aren't shy of talking about how they're neighbors in this area even on air. The Choi Soo-jong and Ha Hee-ra couple, Jo Yong-pil, Ha Ji-won, Kim Jung-eun, Lee Seo-jin, and Jung Woo-sung all also live here.

The Gangnam area was always sought after by entertainers because of better privacy and security. However, these days, other factors such as scenery and view are being taken more and more into consideration. One area that has security and beauty is Hannam-dong. Just a few months ago, Big Bang's TOP moved into this area into a 3 billion won villa. Nearby live the Jung Joon-ho and Lee Ha-jung couple, actress Lee Young-ae, actress Soo-ae, and one of the most representative Korean beauties Kim Tae-hee.

Nearby is another area called Dongbu Ichon-dong which is another favorite for the beautiful outlook of the Han River. Some of the most well-recognized faces in this area are comedian Lee Gyeong-shil, actress Jang Mi-hee, the Tak Jae-hoon and Lee Young-ja couple, and even the father-and-son power duo Tae Jin-ah and Eru.

Outside of Seoul is an area that's also considered to be "hot" among the stars: Ilsan of Goyang City. The apartments are spaced more liberally, the streets are quieter, and the scenery is nice. Singer Yang Hee-eun discovered Ilsan's charms early on and has been living there since the late 1990's. Through word of mouth, Ilsan was able to attract the comedian Park Mi-sun and her husband Lee Bong-weon and movie star Lee Sung-jae.

Cecilia Cheung rumoured to use body double for non-action scenes

The Hong Kong actress who is rumoured to be pregnant, is currently filming her upcoming movie ‘Love Again’

Love Again, produced by Stanley Kwan and directed by Pan Liang Yuan, began its principal filming in Shenzhen, China last week.

Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung, who is believed to be pregnant, requested the use of a body double even for non-action scenes, so as to protect her pregnancy.

Most of the time, the Love Again male lead, Korean actor Kwon Sang Woo was forced to act with the double. While he is not thrilled by the arrangement, Sang Woo obliged.

There had been a hot demand for Cecilia in China and Hong Kong, after the actress made her return to showbiz.

Previously, it was rumoured that the actress is currently pregnant with a baby girl, and had reportedly set four major rules prior to the filming. They included the use of a body double, leaving the film set for lunch, limiting the shoot to six hours a day, and the need to go back to Hong Kong daily after the shoot.

In Love Again, Cecilia portrays a florist and only needed to do simple actions such as passing flowers from her left to her right hand. The stalks of flowers were not dangerous, and most of the shots only required facial expressions.

When the crew was preparing for the next scene, Cecilia could be seen listening to songs or talking on the phone. The actress cut herself from everyone and did not even interact with her co-stars Kwon Sang Woo and veteran actress Tanny Tien.

The actress was said to have left at 5pm sharp daily, since working hours had previously been agreed on. Cecilia even had a group of umbrella-carrying bodyguards to escort her to her van.

After Cecilia left, Sang Woo was forced to act with her body double for the rest of the scenes. It is believed that Sang Woo had once questioned the director about the use of a body double and had helplessly obliged when he was told that the arrangement was to help Cecilia protect her latest pregnancy.

Faced with Cecilia's various demands, a crew from Guangzhou lamented, "Whether filming is affected or not, depended on how good the actors are. This time, the actor, producer and director are down-to-earth. However, Cecilia doesn't even let anyone step near her. Fans aside, even when we (the crew members) want to ask her something, we are stopped by her assistant from a few feet away!"
