Sorry if this was posted, I went thru 20+ pages but couldn't find a thread on this.

Has anyone tried the Hip Hop Abs: Last Minute Abs?

I was wondering if anyone tried any of the Hip Hop Abs workouts >.<

I started this today and I did 15 minutes of this but didn't feel a burn.

I DID love Shaun's energy throughout the workout because it was positive motivation.

BUT in comparison, to YOGA ZONE --- something I downloaded and its apparently good for weight loss.

I thought the YOGA worked better or something but I'll keep you all updated.

I thought I'd start this ^^

And if people are/or have used this, we can make a record of this.

AND see what works and what doesn't ^^
