however, there is still something I am

unclear about. Ulzzangs are just people

who have seemingly perfect faces and

they're super popular for that right? And

sometimes, many of them gain celebrity-status

and some actually really do go on to become

real celebrities? but here is my question:

so, does it mean that most of the ulzzangs

are just normal, ordinary people? like, they

are not famous/well known for their talent

in singing/dancing/acting/modeling or anything...

they're just ONLY famous for their good looks, right?

Yes, i think at the beginning they're only ordinary people...but sometimes, like Junal (most famous for this example), she's in a band...so (maybe) she's popular for her music...

I think ulzzang's talent is more to modeling. And they are good in advertising, first they will advertise their looks, and then some companies will contract them to advertise their products...., and from there they can be contracted by entertaiment companies to appear in movies, video clips, etc. It's the same as model, right? Because many models (in my country, at least) who first started in, well, modeling and photo-shoot but then they end up being actresses and actors....
