yesterday:

breakfast: fruits. i forget ._.

lunch: rice and salmon

dinner: quiznos beef + jalapeno, cookie and diet coke

snack: chips, cookies, and stick-o during fireworks! xD

exercise: 1hr cross trainer (550calories) + 30mins of stretching && walked all over downtown xD

today:

breakfast: 4 strawberries, 'coleslaw' veggie mix with onion dressing

lunch: 6 mini gherkin pickles, a bit of salmon and rice

dinner: rice, leftover salmon, kimchi

snacks: cup of milk, 2 handfuls of pine nuts (T_T), a handful of granola, a banana

exercise: walked to the bus stop ._.

weight: 53kg before dinner. 54.3kg now -_-;; waat T^T

so far i've had-

a donut (it was the last day of school, i rarely eat donuts... they're so bad :( )

a smoothie mm.

1 small reese's peanut butter cup

canteloupe

waterrrr

gushers

edamame

ice cream

later i will eat [insert super healthy dinner here!]

HOLY crap today has been an UNhealthy day

that's what you get when you hang out with friends and don't watch what you eat haha

- vegetarian bun bo hue

- xoi

- green tea latte with soy milk from Starbucks

some pasta some meatballs

Breakfast - the usual nothing

Lunch - miso soup, cali roll, dynamite roll

Dinner - rice with curry chicken

Desert - coconut cream bun and ice capp.

My day was filled with asian food.

Not complaining.

then pigged out during dinner.... noodle with wonton, hakaw, potatoes, and meat :(
