Guest jenniful92 Posted August 1, 2008 Share Posted August 1, 2008 yesterday: breakfast: fruits. i forget ._. lunch: rice and salmon dinner: quiznos beef + jalapeno, cookie and diet coke snack: chips, cookies, and stick-o during fireworks! xD exercise: 1hr cross trainer (550calories) + 30mins of stretching && walked all over downtown xD today: breakfast: 4 strawberries, 'coleslaw' veggie mix with onion dressing lunch: 6 mini gherkin pickles, a bit of salmon and rice dinner: rice, leftover salmon, kimchi snacks: cup of milk, 2 handfuls of pine nuts (T_T), a handful of granola, a banana exercise: walked to the bus stop ._. weight: 53kg before dinner. 54.3kg now ;; waat T^T Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
