Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 1,500 calorie diet. ughhh breakfast: two slices of toast, one orange, one whole egg, one ounce of turkey, one egg white = 360ish. snack: 1/2 cup of yogurt, one banana, 1/2 cup of blueberries = 250ish. snack: one apple, one tbsp. of yummy delicious peanutbutter = 220ish. dinner: 4oz. of lean hamburger, one cup of zucchini, one salad = 300ish. snack: 1/4 cup of walnuts = 200ish. one ounce of 85% dark chocolate = 150ish. oh man, i eat alot only 1,480 calories, got 20 left.
