The 'Hell Cut' of Park Shin-hye, Kim Jae-young, Kim In-kwon, and Kim Ah-young from 'Judge from Hell' has been revealed.

The new SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Judge from Hell' (written by Jo Yi-soo/directed by Park Jin-pyo), which will be aired for the first time on September 21st, is an action fantasy about good and evil coexisting as Kang Bit-na, a demon who has taken over a judge's body, meets the humane and passionate detective Han Da-on in a hellish reality and is reborn as a true judge by punishing criminals.

'The Judge from Hell' heralded the groundbreaking transformation of Park Shin-hye (as Kang Bit-na), the unique charm of Kim Jae-young (as Han Da-on), passionate performances by unique actors such as Kim In-kwon (as Gu Man-do) and Kim Ah-young (as Lee Ah-rong), and the refreshing cider presented by an evil but lovable anti-hero.

The chemistry explosion of the actors of 'Judge from Hell', 'Hell 4 Cut' was released on the 5th. The 2-person version contains the appearances of Park Shin-hye and Kim Jae-young, who lead the play by going back and forth between fatal and lovely. The two playfully lean on each other's shoulders, do the cheek-poke pose, and poses expressing the devil in the drama's title, making them look like a couple from a youth comic.

In the 4-person version, Park Shin-hye, Kim Jae-young, Kim In-kwon, and Kim Ah-young are together. The cut of the 'hell gaze' looking down from hell, the four actors looking up and making funny expressions, creates a sense of fun. Through the actors who do not lose their smiles while striking various poses, you can also see the extraordinary teamwork of 'Judge from Hell'.

The production team of 'Judge from Hell' said, "As it is an action fantasy drama where good and evil coexist, the actors digested various genres of acting. Actors Park Shin-hye, Kim Jae-young, Kim In-kwon, and Kim Ah-young were always considerate and consulted with each other on set and immersed in filming. Thanks to that, the set was filled with laughter. We ask for your interest, anticipation, and support for 'Judge from Hell,' which fully captures the actors' teamwork and chemistry."

Watch: Park Shin Hye Unleashes Her Two Entirely Different Sides In Upcoming Drama

Watch: Park Shin Hye Unleashes Her Two Entirely Different Sides In Upcoming Drama "The Judge From Hell" Teaser

Sep 04, 2024
by R Suhaila

SBS’s upcoming drama “The Judge from Hell” has released a character film featuring Park Shin Hye!

“The Judge from Hell” is a new fantasy romance drama starring Park Shin Hye as Kang Bit Na, a demon from hell who has entered the body of a judge. After meeting the compassionate detective Han Da On (Kim Jae Young), who works hard at his job in a reality harsher than hell, Kang Bit Na embarks on a journey to becoming a true judge.

The newly released character film reveals the two sides of Park Shin Hye’s character. The video starts with Kang Bit Na in a grayscale suit, set against a black-and-white background. Her blank expression contrasts with her words: “The human Kang Bit Na. She seems to have lived diligently. But in the end, she’ll get stabbed and die. So why did she struggle so much? Life is fleeting, right?”

As the scene rewinds as if time is being reversed, the camera focuses on a more confident looking Kang Bit Na. She then takes on a colder look and asks, “What? Are you asking if I’m Kang Bit Na? Are you wondering who you have been talking to until now?” Her tone mixes playfulness with arrogance, sparking viewers’ curiosity.

The figure who appears to be Kang Bit Na then reveals, “Listen closely. My name is Justitia (personification of justice in judicial systems). I’m the judge for murder cases.” Her gaze shifts to a glowing violet hue, and her outfit changes to a bold wine color. She declares, “From now on, the real trial—to hell—begins!”

Check out the teaser below!

“The Judge from Hell” will premiere on September 21 at 10 p.m. KST.

'Two Faces' Park Shin-hye, Instantly Turns into a Devil... Crazy Expressiveness (Judge from Hell)

Park Shin-hye, the 'judge from hell', begins a real trial to send criminals to hell.

On the 21st, SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Judge from Hell' will premiere. 'Judge from Hell' is an action fantasy about the coexistence of good and evil where Kang Bit-na, a demon who enters the body of a judge, meets the humane and passionate detective Han Da-on in a hellish reality and is reborn as a true judge by punishing criminals.

'Judge from Hell' has garnered anticipation even before its broadcast due to the drastic transformation of the main character Park Shin-hye (Kang Bit-na). Park Shin-hye transforms into a demon who enters the body of a judge, foreshadowing the birth of an evil but lovable anti-hero. Accordingly, the production team of 'Judge from Hell' has focused the attention of potential viewers by revealing various contents showing Park Shin-hye's unique transformation.

Meanwhile, on September 4, the second character film was released, which shows the two faces of Park Shin-hye in 'Judge from Hell'. The video begins with Park Shin-hye in a colorless suit appearing in a black and white screen. The words she utters, expressionless as if she has no emotions, are, "Kang Bit-na is a human being. She seems to have lived hard. But in the end, she will die by being stabbed, so why did she live so desperately? Life is futile. Right?"

As the death of human Kang Bit-na is expected, the screen turns back time, and the camera once again shows Park Shin-hye with a confident expression. At this time, Park Shin-hye asks with a much colder expression, “What? Wasn’t my name Kang Bit-na? Who have you been talking to so far?” Her tone and voice subtly feel playful and haughty, stimulating curiosity.

Then Park Shin-hye reveals her true identity, saying, “Listen carefully. My name is Justitia. I am a judge specializing in murderers.” At that moment, her eyes change to a mysterious purple and begin to shine. Her outfit also changes to an intense wine color. At that moment, Park Shin-hye declares war on the criminals, saying, “The real trial will begin now! To hell!” The video ends with Park Shin-hye becoming an evil but lovable devil, 180 degrees different from when she was the human Kang Bit-na.

The character film released this time visualizes the contrasting images and atmospheres of human Kang Bit-na and devil Kang Bit-na with the strong color contrast of black and white, purple, and red. In addition, Park Shin-hye's expressiveness and presence, which completes two completely different faces with facial expressions, gazes, and speech, shine, amplifying curiosity about the character of 'Kang Bit-na'. Even with this short video, the first broadcast of the charming drama 'Judge from Hell' is anticipated and eagerly awaited.

SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Judge from Hell' will air its first and second episodes back-to-back on September 21st at 10 PM.

The new SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Judge from Hell' (written by Jo Yi-soo/directed by Park Jin-pyo/produced by Studio S), which will be aired for the first time on September 21st, is a refreshing action fantasy where the devil Kang Bit-na, who has taken over the body of a judge, meets the humane and passionate detective Han Da-on in a hellish reality and is reborn as a true judge by punishing criminals. It is expected to present a thrilling and refreshing catharsis to living rooms.

'Judge from Hell' stars Park Shin-hye (as Kang Bit-na) and Kim Jae-young (as Han Da-on), who will lead the refreshing story, as well as Kim In-kwon (as Gu Man-do), Kim Ah-young (as Lee Ah-rong), Kim Young-ok (as Oh Mi-ja), Kim Hong-pa (as Jung Jae-geol), Lee Kyu-han (as Jung Tae-gyu), Kim Jae-hwa (as Jang Myung-sook), Kim Hye-hwa (as Kim So-young), and Choi Dong-goo (as Jung Seon-ho), all of whom are trustworthy and watchable. Here, we take a look at the top actors of 'Judge from Hell' who have solid acting skills and irreplaceable personalities.

First, Kim In-kwon plays the role of another devil, Gu Man-do, who came to the human world to help the devil Park Shin-hye. Despite being a devil, Gu Man-do has humanity and is a character who innocently laughs and hits Kang Bit-na with facts whenever she crosses the line. Kim In-kwon, a self-proclaimed acting expert, is responsible for the drama's laughter with his witty acting and fantastic tiki-taka with Park Shin-hye. Rising star Kim A-young plays the role of Lee A-rong, another helper of the devil Park Shin-hye. Lee A-rong is a devil, but she is a professional part-timer in real life. She is very happy to meet Kang Bit-na, whom she respected from hell, in real life. On the other hand, Gu Man-do acts like an old fart and craves for her, personally practicing the strong and weak. Kim A-young's lively acting and the three-dimensional character Lee A-rong are expected to breathe life into the drama.

In addition, the passionate performances of unique actors of all generations are also anticipated. First, Kim Young-ok plays the role of Oh Mi-ja, a mysterious character who makes a living by collecting waste paper but who pours out curse-filled prophecies on people. Also, Kim Hong-pa appears as Jeong Jae-geol, a five-term congressman who never reveals his true feelings to others. The excellent performances of the two actors are expected to further solidify 'Judge from Hell'. Lee Kyu-han plays Jeong Tae-gyu, the son of Jeong Jae-geol and the former engaged to Kang Bit-na but broke off the engagement; Kim Jae-hwa plays Jang Myeong-sook, the owner of the Hwangcheon Villa where Kang Bit-na lives and who recklessly preaches to Kang Bit-na whenever he gets the chance; Kim Hye-hwa plays Kim So-young, a veteran detective who gave birth to Han Da-on in her heart and raised her with love; and Choi Dong-goo plays Jeong Seon-ho, the son of Jeong Jae-geol but a loose colt with a drug conviction.

SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Judge from Hell'

'Judge from Hell' Lovely and heartbreaking devil Park Shin-hye is coming.

On the 21st, SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Judge from Hell' (written by Jo Yi-soo/directed by Park Jin-pyo/produced by Studio S) will premiere. 'Judge from Hell' is expected to be the most notable drama of the fall of 2024, with the drastic transformation of Park Shin-hye (as Kang Bit-na), who will lead the drama, the unique charm of Kim Jae-young (as Han Da-on), the thrilling and refreshing catharsis presented by the evil but lovable anti-hero, and the passionate performances of the unique and talented actors

. Among the many anticipated factors of 'Judge from Hell', the most decisive is the transformation of the main character Park Shin-hye. Park Shin-hye, who has received great love from the public through various works, will show a face she has never shown before through 'Judge from Hell'. The previously released posters, teaser videos, and character films have focused on Park Shin-hye's charming transformation, raising expectations for the drama.

Meanwhile, the third teaser for 'Judge from Hell' was released on September 6.

The third teaser begins with Park Shin-hye's voice revealing her identity, saying, "I'm a devil. I came from hell." Then, scenes showing the various charms of Kang Bit-na, played by Park Shin-hye, intersect. Whether others call her 'dog-head' or 'dog-head', Park Shin-hye's refreshing smile, saying, "How do I look? Am I pretty?" is lovely. On the other hand, when asked to be polite in court, she asks, "Is this Cheonghak-dong?" and crushes a can of cola, showing her character that can't be helped.

This lovable and annoying devil Park Shin-hye is more indignant than anyone else at devil-like humans. Park Shin-hye, who punishes criminals without hesitation with her mysterious purple eyes. Even with red drops of blood splattered on her face, she smiles wickedly or her eyes and expressions change in an instant, saying, "Stop it? It starts now!” and so on. She is the very image of a devil from hell who came to separate and collect human waste.

In particular, Park Shin-hye’s lines, “What’s important is the truth? What’s important is that the bad guy is gone,” and “The real trial starts now!” make us anticipate the refreshing and refreshing cider that Park Shin-hye, the devil who entered the body of a judge in the drama, will present. Also, the copy, “A lovely and hard-hitting devil-like judge is coming,” impactfully captures the charm of Park Shin-hye’s character in the drama and leaves a strong impression on potential viewers. The

third teaser for “Judge from Hell” fully showed the charm of the evil but lovable anti-hero Park Shin-hye for 70 seconds. Park Shin-hye, who is infinitely lovable and infinitely evil, does not give us a single moment to be bored. On top of that, she even does reckless action scenes. It’s impossible not to exclaim, “Is this really the Park Shin-hye we know?” We are looking forward to and anticipating “Judge from Hell,” where we can see a new side of Park Shin-hye.
