 I need to change my email. But I get an Errror. I sent a message through https://support.soompi.com is that the right way to do it? I got an email from 

support@soompi.zendesk.com saying it will take 48 to 72 days

 

Or is there another way to do this and have I contacted the right team?

@sajee I'm so sorry for the late reply! I'm not used to watching this part of the forum. Next time, please tag a mod so we'll see your message asap

 

The site you used is correct. I'll have the Support peeps take a look at your issue asap, hopefully that will speed things up. Thanks for your patience so far
