"The Tenor Lirico Spinto" Director Reveals Yoo Ji Tae Underwent Rigorous Vocal Training For Role

Director Kim Sang Man of the upcoming film "The Tenor Lirico Spinto," has proudly revealed that the film's lead actor, Yoo Ji Tae, has taken great effort in training his vocals for his role in the movie. "For this role, Yoo Ji Tae received vocal training for four hours a day that lasted one whole year," revealed Director Kim Sang Man at the press conference for the film "The Tenor Lirico Spinto" held on December 18. "With a physical strength that doesn't run out, (Yoo Ji Tae) practiced vocalization and mastered it. It will seem like he's actually singing (in the movie)," Director Kim Sang Man praised Yoo Ji Tae's acting. "The Tenor Lirico Spinto" is a film that tells the true life story of Bae Jae Chul, an internationally acclaimed tenor who lost his voice due to thyroid cancer. In the film, Yoo Ji Tae portrays Bae Jae Chul and shows his dramatic journey to getting back on stage again to sing. "The Tenor Lirico Spinto" premieres on December 31.
