dang, whenever i see the both of them together, I FEEL THE CHEMISTRY <3
eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

first off, oh my gosh, im ULTIMATELY LOVING the second trailer
i think it shows us quite a range of Sulli's expressions throughout the drama
anddd it also shows us how things are gonna be like (looks like its gonna be really funny lol with all those effects)

as more pics and vids of the series is revealed, i cant help but think that this version has some similarities and differences from the jap version...
my observations

> the Hibari here seems more b*tchier than the one in the jap version LOOOL
haha i dunno how to react to this but i think its a pro as it adds to the dramatic tensions?
in the jap version, even though Hibari liked Sano, i just couldn't feel her "love" and will to make Sano "hers"...
and because of that, i really didn't feel any tension between Mizuki and Hibari
Hibari seemed "too nice" to be Mizuki's rival for Sano's attention haha
but here, it seems that the Hibari is more "assertive" in showing her feelings for him
and because of this, our heroine feels the "tension"...
so, i kind of like this added tension LOL... as i said, it adds to the viewers' possible emotions towards the drama

> Eun Gyeol's (Nakatsu) passion for soccer
looking at the BTS, i'd say i really really like how this version made an effort to shoot "soccer scenes"
hence, doing this actually HIGHLIGHTED Eun Gyeol's passion for soccer and that he IS a soccer player...
in the original jap version, i didn't even know that Nakatsu had a STRONG PASSION for soccer until that episode in the middle where the new teacher threatened that he wouldn't be able to play anymore O_O
so, this really is the plus

> Sulli's portrayal of her character is different
i must say, this is what i like BEST
i may sound bias to korean stuff, but biasness aside, i PREFER HER PORTRAYAL OVER THE JAP ONE...
although i haven't read the manga, i am under the impression that the character is an "OPTIMISTIC FANGIRL" of the guy...
and if "optimistic fangirl" is what the character is supposed to be like, then the Jap actress' portrayal of this pales in comparison to Sulli's portrayal...
aside from the fact that the jap girl's "dialogues" were always "optimistic" and "encouraging", the "OPTIMISTIC FANGIRL" vibe was sort of "dry"...
because this is a remake, comparisons will always be made...
but i DEFINITELY LOVE SULLI'S PORTRAYAL MORE
looool just look at all her 180 degree flips in reactions and facial expressions
it really does bring her character TO LIFE...
but, i really feel the "optimistic fangirl' streak haha...
just look at how she stares at Minho (so fangirl-ly! LOL haha)
the way she looks at the mirror optimistically and how she pets the dog...
i'd say, her portrayal has got more spark
