If you notice someone staring at you, do you stare back?

If I notice someone starring at me -- I'm a bit shy so I would just look at him/her for a few seconds and then look in the opposite way . But when a child is starring I just do the same .

I stare back, take out my phone, and pretend to take a picture of them. Or, I take a picture of them and put it on twitter. Both of those are pretty entertaining

I usually just ignore them and look away but I check before I leave if they're still staring or not.
