Eat rice as your staple food? YES, I was actually debating on bringing my rice cooker when I moved here. It wouldn't fit in my luggage.

If you don't eat rice, what's your staple food? My parents spent most of their adolescent lives in France, so I also eat a lot of bread!!

I would die if I tried the Adkins diet....

Eat rice as your staple food?: I used to when I lived at home, but since I'm away for college-- no. Unintentionally, of course. I'd love to have rice as my staple food, but time does not permit, and neither do my culinary skills.

If you don't eat rice, what's your staple food?: whole-wheat bread

Eat rice as your staple food?: No

If you don't eat rice, what's your staple food?: Bread. I don't eat it everyday, but I eat it much more often than rice.

I suppose I'm a bit of a black sheep in my family in regards to not eating rice. When my relatives find out I don't eat rice, they're very surprised. I used to eat rice everyday like your average Asian(-American), but I haven't eaten rice regularly for over a year now. I suppose I stopped around the time I started getting interesting in nutrition. I don't think rice has a lot of nutritional worth, and the calories it takes up could be better spent on something else, such as more vegetables. I think the same of bread, but it's much more tasty than rice and I just can't seem to resist bread with herbs in it, so I occasionally have it.

Eat rice as your staple food?: heck yeahhhh i eat rice LOL

If you don't eat rice, what's your staple food?: when i'm not eating rice, i love bread or all kinds of pasta dishes (includes lasagna and ziti). i eat a lot of dishes full of carbs. x: i know it's not healthy but i loveeeee eating wholesome food. i could also never be a vegetarian so i prefer eating with meat at all meals except breakfast. i don't like to eat in the morning but when i have to, i usually eat something like toast or a bagel. which in calorie-land, isn't very light at all! xDD

If you don't eat rice, what's your staple food?: I'm avoiding rice, pasta, bread, although I might switch to brown rice and whole-grain pasta and bread. Although in the meantime, just steamed vegetables with a healthy dose of chicken/fish/turkey for protein.
