A picture was uploaded onto an online community site of Bang Shi Hyuk from SBS’s “Development for the Gifted 99% Challenge”. Some of you may recognize the name of this program, as it was the very same one that Jo Kwon appeared in.

In this picture, netizens were surprised to see a totally different Bang Shi Hyuk. Unlike his current self, Bang Shi Hyuk from 10 years ago was thinner and had a sharp jawline. s

Bang Shi Hyuk reveals children’s song “Monkey”, feat. 2AM’s Jo Kwon

On March 2nd, producer Bang Shi Hyuk revealed his digital contribution for the launch of a new children’s music label, “Uncle Bang.”

Titled “Monkey“, the song featured lyrics from poet Choi Seung Ho, which were sung by 2AM’s Jo Kwon to teach the Korean language to children.

The song has received favorable reviews, with many believing that the trio managed to raise the bar for children’s songs. The song also includes extra features, such as digital downloads for ringtones with the purchase of a CD, which sets it apart from other children’s songs because it’s up-to-date with the trends of technology.

2AM’s Jinwoon finds his doppelganger

Many stars have been able to locate their doppelgangers through a variety of ways, and it looks like 2AM’s Jinwoon has found his at 2AM’s final stop for their nation-wide “Saint O’ Clock” tour, which took place on March 13th in Seoul.

Talented composer and producer, and judge for MBC’s “Star Audition: The Great Birth“, Bang Shi Hyuk, updated his Twitter earlier today with the two above photos featuring 2AM’s Jinwoon, and fellow “Star Audition” contestant, David Oh.

Bang Shi Hyuk wants to be a couple with Uhm Jung Hwa on “We Got Married”

With CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa and SNSD’s Seohyun leaving MBC’s “We Got Married” in the near future, producer Bang Shi Hyuk recently revealed his desire to steal their spot for himself.

On March 18th, the hit producer left a message on his Twitter stating, “I am a hardcore fan of Uhm Jung Hwa~ I really want to do this with her.” Along with the tweet, he posted a screenshot of a news article that suggested him and Uhm Jung Hwa get together on “We Got Married”.

He then added, “You guys know that I’m joking right? Don’t spit out your anger at me!”

Mighty Mouth to feature on Lee Hyun’s upcoming single, “If”

Recent news about the release of a collaboration track between 8Eight’s Lee Hyun and Mighty Mouth have grasped the attention of many netizens.

The title of the track is “If (다며),” and it was produced by the talented Bang Shi Hyuk.

David Oh joins Big Hit Entertainment

Looks like MBC’s “Birth of a Great Star” contestant, David Oh, will continue his music career in Korea!

On June 7th, Big Hit Entertainment revealed, “We have signed a contract with producer Bang Shi Hyuk’s student and “Birth of a Great Star’ contestant, David Oh. We will work hard to help David Oh become a wonderful musician.” Big Hit Entertainment manages many skilled musicians like 8eight, Lim Jeong Hee, and 2AM.

David Oh shared his thoughts on finally getting to kickstart his new career: “I signed with this company because of producer Bang Shi Hyuk’s trust and affections for me. I am so honored and happy that he will forever be my mentor.”

Big Hit Entertainment president talks about girl group GLAM

Hit-song composer Bang Shi Hyuk talked about the new girl group that he is preparing, GLAM, for the first time on June 10th.

Bang Shi Hyuk tweeted, “Actually, GLAM is a group that is focused on vocals. However, it’s ironic that they will be available as one source of a program that creates human voices through a machine. Eventually, the relationship between humans and the machine will probably continue this way, right?”

Bang Shi Hyuk was actually talking about the news that GLAM’s member Dahee was announced as the Korean version of the Vocaloid voice provider.

‘Cosmopolitan’ magazine featured a special ‘family portrait’ with some castmates from MBC’s “Birth of a Great Star“!

Mentor Bang Shi Hyuk participated in an interview and photoshoot with his two students, Noh Ji Hoon and David Oh.
