looking for uc or colleges that deals with web designing

my sis. is looking for a good uc or college that deals with web or tech. well...she's going to san fransico but it's too far and expensive...so do you guys have any better uc or college to go to?

Caltech. It's the MIT of the west coast and they've been rivals for a long time. Every year they pull pranks on each other's campus.

berkeley and stanford have one of the best CS programs in the nation.

if you dont like those options (i dont know why you wouldnt), there's also cal-poly SLO, or the so-cal schools like USC, UCI, etc.

if this person is into more graphical design, Art Center in pasadena is a great place.
