Friend cant access Soompi =[

my friend cant get on soompi.. i hope you guys can help her.
and i hope i posted in the right section? O_O!
anyways, heres what she says~

Hey soompiers! I am hoping you guys could help me with a problem. ;

Up until two days ago, I could access soompi just fine. I assumed the server was down, but others could access it while I couldn't. I've tried the other computers around our house, but it seems like I cannot access the site/forums at all.

Every other site works just fine.

I've tried turning off the fire wall and such, but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help me at all? x_x;

I assume the rest of the internet works for them? Like all web pages open and stuff.

Have them turn off everything, including the router and modem then turn them all back on.

Most likely (according to the old admin here) your friend's IP was banned. It doesn't necesssarily mean THEY were banned, but it could have been someone else who had the IP before and was banned with it. If powering everything down doesn't make a difference, you may have to get their IP then PM an admin to have them unbann that IP.
