I started following WGM because I'm secretly in "love" with Yonghwa from the time he was in YAB through CNBlue's debut and he consistently shows me why he is worthy of my ridiculous schoolgirl crush.

Don´t feel bad today I have decided that I can´t resist him anymore!!!! LOL and I´m not a teenage at all .

Thanks to Babyfat61 and Magdal for understanding my Yonghwa obsession! I am no teenager at all, but he reminds me of the kind of guy I wish I met at nineteen! Sigh...

On another note, wish we could see more interaction with him on Seohyun's side - her parents, friends, SNSD, etc.

WHAT!?! The latest episode was seriously DAEBAK! How come WGM rating was so low, their rival show even beat them...hmmm more people should give WGM a chance even if Adam couple is not in the show anymore. If only they do a calculation on how many people outside Korea are watching this show *sigh*...many people watch it live even though they don't understand more than 75% of what they are saying...that's gotta mean something right sorry just really needed to rant. I just hope this decline is only temporary and won't affect the future of WGM...coz I'm still looking forward for more Yongseo's sweetness.

Is “We Got Married” feeling the absence of the Jo Kwon and Ga-In couple?

According to AGB Nielson Media Research, “We Got Married” recorded their lowest viewer ratings yet this year, as their January 29th episode recorded 8.8%.

The ‘Adam Couple’ officially left the show on January 16th, which recorded at 10.2%, and although the effects of their exit didn’t show immediately, viewer ratings made a sharp drop into their second week.

With “We Got Married” currently running with two couples - Nichkhun and Victoria, and Yonghwa and Seohyun -, some are expecting an even sharper drop in the coming weeks. While many are looking forward to seeing how the show does without the ‘Adam Couple’ in their lineup, producers are currently in the midst of searching for their third couple.

In comparison, KBS’s “100 Points out of 100” recorded 4.7% in the same time slot.

EDIT: love this comment on allkpop saying that the rating was low because Koreans were out preparing for new year...otoke next week is new year so can we expect a lower rating? lol Anyways now that I've calmed down...it's only about 1.4% drop in rating...it means that even though Adam couple has left, there's still a decent amount of people watching the show...so now I'm going back to my goguma heaven!!!

WGM Ratings- i usually don't care too much for ratings...but WGM looks low on the charts doesn't it? its not up higher than it usually is. whyyy??? (i sure know it wasn't cuz of our couple!!) its the audience, that must be it. they're all totally lagging this week.

anyways, THIS EPISODE!!!

-hahaha can anyone say Sleeping Beauty? i love the scene wen he went in there to wake her up! that was such a real husband and wife thing to do!!

- did anyone seem to realize, Yonghwa was totally googley-eyed and dazed when Hyun was just giving a little shoulder massage. I mean Hyun was freakin' talking about his DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS but he just kept looking at her smiling saying 'oh. ohh' with this dreamy smile on his face. the man was totally into that massage, he was feelin' it. literally.

After see the rating, it quite low even i think it very sweet and fun.

So now i just worried will it be the crisis for our couple coz it seem got lower everyweek just pray and hope PD will set up the activity which will b interesting to persuade people to see them more.

I know I am showing my age when every time I watch Yeongseo, the matchmaker in me keeps yelling,"You keep him, dear! Don't let him out of your sight now! Good men are hard to come by!" My daughters are too young and I am too old for him, so I jealously want him for Seohyun (she's perfect). Talk about fangirling at a whole new level!

Anyway, it's been a long time since I last posted. But I had to cos this episode is daebak.

Yonghwa seems like a really good catch - he is handsome, he sings, composes songs for his beloved, leads and takes care of his CN Blue brothers, loves his mother, stays in touch with his old friends despite being a celebrity, and as Mrs Joker points out excitedly, cooks for Seohyun and if the last week's recent filming rumours are true, is generous with his gifts.

The only imperfection I can find in him is this: commitment. Why has this truly wonderful young man not been 'caught' yet?

Of course, there is his age. I guess he has been working very hard to get where he is and he has been an extremely focussed young man, hence that may be the reason why his previous relationships may not have worked out and yes, I am glad because it frees him up for Seohyun...

The only question I have now is, will this virtual marriage work out into a real relationship? Aissh forgive this ahjumma for speculating into the realms of the unknown. We will never know, I guess and that is so FRUSTRATING isn't it?

This is what Yongseo does to me - it could be the editing but I cannot help but sense from Seohyun (esp when during the backroom interview after meeting his friends), that she is convinced that Yong's character is as wonderful as she thinks it to be. In finding out more about him, I also sense that she now has no qualms about getting close to him. She wants to know the real person behind the idol, she wants him to treat her like she is special and notice her for putting effort in their relationship, and she does not mind close physical contact from him now. For a girl who is a newbie at relationships, this is a giant leap. And no matter how I keep telling myself, it's all for show, I do not get the vibe that Seohyun is faking it.

As for Yonghwa, he seems to adore her too. All the looks he gives her, all the things he remembers to do for her... and yet he is SINGLE???

Aisssssh! Really frustrating although I understand, like some of you commented, he cannot say anything else.

While waiting for that confirmation to come, I think I'll look for a new hobby cos this stalking of Yongseo is driving me nuts!

But that is what I say every week and come Saturday, like many of you, I am glued to the streaming and this forum!!!

Btw, thank you to Mountainmadman, Dduk, tetsuya9, and many more who make this forum accessible to non-korean speakers and for the postings of videos, caps etc. *off to find a new hobby*

Exactly. It's like people are blaming the decrease in ratings due to Adam's leave and Khuntoria and Yongseo being not interesting enough to keep the ratings afloat.

That may be true but during the New Years (I think) the ratings were also 8% something and that was with Adam on board. (I believe it was kubih who posted the ratings on this thread. I have a really freaky memory ).

Not surprisingly, no one brought it up.

But as soon as Adam left, it's like people are seeing the ratings in a new light... Like, oh it's not high enough, WGM is doomed, it's gonna end, it has no hope, and so on and so forth.

Frankly, I don't get it.

Sorry if I came out strong, but it just frustrates me.

Reading the comments on the Allkpop article makes me peeved -.-

Yes the Adam couple was amazing and yes they did save WGM, but there is no

need to bash other couples. As for the ratings, I think they're doing very well

& i'm sure they'll pick up soon regardless of whether they've dropped or not.

I don't really care abt the ratings, anyway, although most shows in korea DO care about ratings, and WGM is not an exception . However I do hope that the ratings won't drop next week. GOSH they should make a rating system that includes viewers from ALL AROUND THE WORLD!! I bet the highest ratings will be during YongSeo's segment.......... agree with me?? however, since we don't pay to watch WGM I don't think it's possible
