And im so stoked about the digital release of banmal song. The idea that Yong is the only one singing it is even better. Actually i was worried if both of them sing, less people would be willing to purchase the track since they already listen to it so many times from the youtube video already. But if theres only Yong, im sure he would make some changes in the lyrics to make it suit him and voila we have something new (not entirely but you get what i mean) to look forward too. Beside, im just glad he can finally sing it alone like how he originally wanted. Its a gift from him to Huyn after all

about Banmal song. i like both version. i like the idea of couple song but also like the idea of Yong's song. i wish they can release both version. but with their situation (busy, 2 companies), it seem imposible at the moment. I hope they will together compose ( music and lyrics together) so they will have a real couple song together and it will be great that Hyun will compose a song for her husband. then in the end we will have full album of our couple.

i have question. do anyone know where i can buy Banmal song. we still buy at soribada.com or we have to buy at another site? Thank you

just got back after reading an article at allkpop about yong (fnc in this case) release banmal song without include hyun and after i read the comment it looks like a lot of people accusing yong using hyun to make money for himself ....

it's sad to read those kind of comment and i wonder maybe this kind of thing that make this couple make a distance and avoid each other when they are outside wgm...

at first i'm happy to hear that yong actually can sing a full song of this banmal song for hyun so we can know what his feeling for hyun but after reading those stupid comment makes me think that maybe this banmal song doesn't have to be release so they can keep it only for the two of them....

Banmal Song: I think it's kinda sad that Hyun won't be singin it

But I'm really looking forward to listening to Yong's version of it and especially the lyrics

Although .. It would be awesome if Hyun's voice was at the end of the song saying "I understand YongHwa yah~!"

Dating: Its somewhat YongSeo related ... First, CONGRATS to all Adam fans!! I hope that what JoKwon said is true. It must feels amazing to have your favorite couple date for real (fingers crossed for YongSeo couple). But in my POV, I feel like if YongSeo is or were to date, Hyun's choice would probably be to not say anything since she's the conservative type, but maybe Yong could eventually convince her with his charms hehe

I feel that Khuntoria couple would come out with the news that they were dating sooner than YongSeo couple (in the case that if they were dating at all)

i think you read at all kpop, i went there and quite dispointed with some comment. i dont know what they think if they are fan of Yongseo or Cnblue or SNSD. i think they are just random people reading some news and then put the comment. because all we know idols not live the life like normal, they have a contract. even Yong compose his song, it is also not only his song but his company song. i dont like this kind of war, fan of Yong and Hyun fighting about this. this is really ridiculous.

Honestly, I'm really happy to hear that Yonghwa will release the banmal song by himself. Not that I don't like Yongseo duet but at first it was Yong's gift for Hyun but WGM PD took his song for the show and I think Yong was a little upset as he wanted, through this song, to share his true feelings for Hyun. This even more personal and meaningful. Now, I hope they will create another song together.

Hello there fellow goguma,

Would just like to know where you got the news that lots of people are accusing Yong of using Hyun to make money for himself. Because is just sounds kind of depressing for us Gogumas to hear and I have read lots of places but no where has this being mentioned before. Perhaps a korean site?

Hope you are able to help us clarify this b/c it did be sad to hear such things. (*and I personally dont feel yong would be that kind of a person.*) Thanks!

P.S: Personally, I feel...writing a song for someone you like/love and releasing it to the world to hear is like a great SHOUTOUT telling the World that this someone *Hyun in this case* occupies a special place in their hearts.

Unless Yong is really such a great actor to act all this out on WGM which I really don't believe so. Though of cos I am aware he seems to be reserving himself a bit. And I am not delusional enough to say they certainly will continue on after WGM. *though it is my great hope*

Last episode was so much fun! They are so much closer than they were at the beginning....I was doing a Yongseo episode marathon last time and i was totally amazed by the difference. Now Hyun can hit him, joke with him, tease him. This girl has grown so much troughout this experience! All thanks to Yong choding XP

wow..the list gets longer...and im from India...but i guess im the only one here from there...will it be added to the list???

and about the release of the banmal song, while it will sound nice to hear only yong sing it, it was the duet where both expressed their feelings that realy makes it so special for me..

im guessing that yong's banmal song will have different lyrics as well...he'll have to change it about quite a bit...

and to ppl who mite b worried about comments saying that yong is using hyun to gain popularity, it is hurtful to read but please remember that people have no other work except talking and talk they will, be it useful or useless. in this case, lets just ignore those people making those useless comments because majority of the public is of the opinion that neither is using the other in this coupling...so let us relax...

and im coming in so late...but i absolutely loved the last episode!!! hyun was understandably very nervous before meeting yong's mom...and his mother did all she could to put hyun completely at ease, though she did unwittingly turn to questioning hyun like nay other prospective mom-in-law would...and then she realized it and started laughing...she's adorable and seems to like hyun very very much.

i still remember the initial phone conversation they had when WGM with yong and hyun had just started...yong's mother was just so hyper and excited about talking to hyun!!! it was very very sweet!!!

Yong did seem a bit nervous here didn't he??? i bet he just wanted both his mother and hyun to get along famously well and had no idea about what to do in those awkward silences which would sometimes creep in...

^ It's sad to hear these things, but that's just what both Yonghwa and Seohyun have to deal with themselves. There's a saying that goes: 'With every hundred people that loves you, comes a thousand who don't.'

Some are really hurtful comments, but I'm sure they'll both know how to handle with these things. It's something that comes with the life they've chosen for themselves.

Thank you for commenting on my post. As we both have discussed, there are many factors, pros and cons on wether Yongseo should announce that they are real or if their is possibility that their companies will accept them. The only thing we can be 100% sure is that it is going to be a blissful nightmare. Yes, blissful to Yongseo fans and maybe for them if they are tired of hiding, of not being able to talk or even look directly in the eyes when they are in public etc etc. At the same time Nightmare, because of the potential problems cause by jealous crazy fans. Lets just hope that if it happens the Blissful side will overcome the Nightmare and I know all of us will help win against it.

I loved listening to the Idols comments on wether celebrities should announce they are dating. Everyone should watch it! (Cable_153_20101221_1549 chunk 4) In my opinion, both sides of the debate gave some pretty strong and valid reasons supporting either against or in favor. However, I disagree with Supreme Team manager's comment. According to the subs, he didn't say that album sales dropped because Simon D announce he had a gf, although at first it seemed like it. Instead, when he elaborated, the manager said and I quote the sub: "If he hadn't, I think 5,000 more albums would have been sold". If you notice, Hongki was in shock saying how could he be saying that because Supreme Team was on top of online charts and Simon D said their price for live performances even went up. I disagree with the managers comments because it seemed like a subjective opinion based on traditional/stereotypical beliefs that if you don't sell or you will sell less because the artist have a gf/bf. His claims should be supported by:

* Sales record previously were #@##@ and now they are ######, so there is a decrease of 5,000 compare the previous album. See the difference compared to the manager's speculative statement? But then again, who is saying the decrease in sales is because of the love relationship? Did they asked fans why they did not buy the new CD? Is it possible that the new CD was not sufficiently interesting to people compare to the previous ones? Every artist in the world do not have a constant increase in album sales numbers. Does that mean that all of them have a decrease or lack of increase because they are in a love relationship?

Don't get me wrong, I know that albums sales may decrease because of a love relationship, and probably would in the case of Korea, but should that always be accounted as the exclusive factor?

Also, Eunhyuk was saying that as stars, it is their obligation to keep selling the idea that they love the fans exclusively. As much as I love Eunhyuk, and I know it is something that must have been grilled to him as part of his job, I disagree. I think partly this is the root of the problem in Korean entertainment. The artists and agencies create some expectations, continuously encourage them and build the ideas and illusions to heightened proportions, and then when something appears that goes against these illusions (ex artist X is in love with Y), it is no surprising that some fans will feel in a way cheated.

So I disagree with Eunhyuk because his job is to perform and fans should admire and love his talent (in his case, his and his group dancing, his music, his rapping, radio host and MC skills) and not if he is single. Hongki clearly said something like this in the show when he was explaining his position of not against announcing he is dating by saying that he hopes that the fans are there for his music. Its like if you enter a relationship with someone, you expect that the person likes you for yourself and not because of your looks. Because I bet if you find out someone just want to date you because you are attractive you will feel in a way cheated and would not like that person with you, right? Besides, as Hongki said, how can fans expect/want him to sing about love if he does not experience it. In other words, fans should expect that celebrities are humans and may fall in love.

I also want to say that from personal/family experience, a highly successful career, fame, wealth, comfort does not bring real happiness. Believe me. Only love, being with your loved ones, is what matters in the end.

With Yongseo, I just hope that if they become real they will keep it to themselves and then announce it when THEY FEEL they are ready to let the World know, because IT IS THEIR PERSONAL LIFE. What I just don't want from them is that they will reject being together because they are scared of fans. As I said before, fans have the right to buy their albums, watch their movies/dramas, buy concert tickets, but they don't have the right to your heart. So please Yongseo, just love each other, either privately o publicly, if that is what it is in your hearts.

In the end, if one day comes that they are for real, lets just hope that the blissfulness surpasses the nightmare..... I know I will be there trying to shine a light when some may try to bring darkness.

First of all, I want to give an answer to the question ‘Should that always be accounted as the exclusive factor?’. I would say no, because there are a lot more aspects which are important for a singer, still album sale is one of the most important one, because it proves the level of how much is the music well-loved and popularity, so singers attach great value to it. That's why I don’t think you can put aside this aspect like what I interpreted out of your post.

Now to Simon D's case: He nor his manager or somebody else mentioned that the sale of Supreme Team’s album decreases because he revealed that he is dating. But questions in return, how do you know that it wasn’t depend on his love relationship? How do you know that Simon D hadn’t receive any fanmail saying that he/she is not his fan anymore because he is in love with someone else?... Did you notice something? Nobody nor you or me can give a clearly answer to your and my questions, because only Supreme Team, their manager and agency know the ‘right’ answers. So although the manager said ‘I think’ which are words to say someone’s viewpoint, still I do not think what he said is completely subjective at all. He couldn’t give a certain number or particular statistic but I guess he spoke out of analysis his agency has made, therefore Simon D didn’t deny anything his manager has said. The counterarguments were that the price for Supreme Team performances went up and they were on top of online charts, even so nobody can deny that his announcing had not only positive after-effects and neither one of us knows if there are more positive ones or negative ones.

I don’t know if I get you wrong or not, but it seemed like you disagreed with me that YongSeo wouldn’t publish if they are dating in your previous posts. But in the post above you said, that it would be ok if they keep it themselves because it is their personal life. So I got somewhat confused. Whatever, I think what all of us hope for Yong and Hyun is to be happy, right!?

To the topic Korean entertainment industry (KEI): I know and agree with you that the obligation of giving fans the idea that fans are the number one in a star’s heart is absurd. I am also strongly against the way Korean celebrities are treated. As well I know that you and I aren’t the only one in this opinion orthe first one who noticed and want to change it. But it is the way KEI works. Once it was created and pointed out as well-functioning (of course there are no doubts that it had and has a great performing), it will be almost impossible to change. So if you disagree with Eunhyuk’s point of view or not the fact remains constant anyway. The obligation is obviously the root of the problem of creating an unhealthy fan-star relationship. But why isn’t this problem solved yet? It is just because a lot of KPop audiences are unsuspecting of the situation, for example they are non-Korean, so they depend on translations and sometimes don’tget information in a ‘right’ way, etc. But I rather think it is because of the ignorance a lot of them have, they got to know the way KEI works but it doesn’t bother them at all, because they are satisfied with their favourite stars and what they receive from them, like awesome songs, great performances, laughter, etc. While thinking of an example to prove my argument I noticed that I don’t have to pick any farther example, because WGM is a great one. I think what I going to say I should better put in spoiler...

To start off, I have to say that I don’t want to attack YongSeo couple or any WGM couple or WGM viewers. But I hate the way Korean entertainment industry works. I thinkI don’t have to explain much, just briefly the concept of the show would be enough. WGM is a variety show where female celebrities and male celebrities got paired up and act like make-believe couples, at this the word ‘make-believe’ says it all! They aren’t real (in general)! Even though they aren’t dating in real life, they still act like the happiest couple of the entire world at every filming day. Doesn’t it mean that those couples feign something virtual to viewers? Yes, they do! Viewers know that and even more, for example there are some scripts, maybe no feelings between them, etc. still they follow the show delightedly every week and don’t care about the way the show ‘goes behind their backs’ at all. (Scripting case: I don’t think we have to discuss about this issue one more time, because there are already enough/too much discussion about it. It just depends on everyone’s opinion, because nobody knows anything from behind the screen.) Some WGM viewers are just living on with illusions the show gives them, also imaginations like their favourite couple is real or speculations like what had actually happen. Ultimately WGM has the same concept like KEI. So the more KEI include variety those shows success the longer this problem will last. To find a resolution isn’t easy like it seems.

Read that Yonghwa will release the Banmal Song without Seohyun. I think it's a good idea since HE wrote it for her expressing HIS feelings..but because the Wgm PD made it a mission, many people thought it is their couple song(so some fans are sad). I think Yonghwa shouldn't accept the mission of writing the song together because now (well at least to me) Banmal song means Yonghwa&Seohyun :S But of course I will support his solo version of the song too^^

yonseorockin: From allkpop. As a fan I was also really hurt when I read those comments

About FnC just releasing YongHwa's version of Banmal song: I am really excited and can't wait to find out if he added something more But don't you all find it weird? I mean, the official announcement was that the Banmal song (duet version) was going to be released on Jan 14th, that meant it was approved by YongHwa, SeoHyun, FnC and SM. But today, a few days before that day they suddenly say it will be just Yong's version. The only with the power enough to change that are the companies: FnC and SME... I think it's somehow related to Hyun~ being part of TVXQ album... but that's just my opinion.

Hi can I be added to the list? I'm from the U.K., England to be exact, born in Abu Dhabi but half Indonesian. I'm usually a lurker but when I didn't see the U.K I thought i'd make my voice heard. (and i'm such a noob i can't do a spoiler)

It's great to see so many people from around the world love this couple. I didn't realize how wide spread it. Every Monday after noon 4 of us in my Japanese class all spazz over the Yongseo that week episodes. It's the highlight of my Monday's. There nothing I like more than talking about Yong and Hyun.

I'm really excited about the Banmal song release. It's such a sweet song and so meaningful. I did have mixed feelings about it. 1, Hyun wasn't in it but 2, It's going to be sung how Yong wanted it which has I think more of a meaning to it.

I woke up this morning to Jo Kwon and Ga In actually dating. Killed me a little when it didn't say Yong Hwa and Seo Hyun.

about the issue with the banmal song... i think it is nice that at least yonghwa is releasing it .. i mean like everyone else said it is originally his song for hyun so i have no problem if he releases it ... i also want to hear his feelings for hyun about her not using banmal anywayz that was his intentions ... so cant wait for yong's version of the banmal song ...
