OMG, I can't believe this is a TV show. Everything is so real to me. They even exchanged phone numbers. Are idols allowed to do that?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Last week, I tried to persuade my sister to watch WGM with me on the computer but she always refused and thought I was crazy. Then I made a DVD for her to watch on TV. And she loves them immediately after watching the first episode. She said, "I'm sure that they like each other for real"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I asked "How do you know that?".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She answered, "Look at their sparkling eyes. They are not pretending"

LaBelle LOL, I guess we won't have to worry about SeoHwa Couple running out of money. Actually, in the episode SeoHwa made their debut, I saw a bit of Adam Couple's grocery shopping (it was the first time I watched the Adam Couple). Now that I think of it, when Yong-hwa and Seo-hyun go grocery shopping, it'll be VERY different, i.e. they won't scramble for exceeding 100,000 won like the Adam Couple did. Seo-hyun, the one who Lee Seung-gi said should work for IRS (ROFL!), will make sure of that. I think if Yong-hwa were to react to Seo-hyun's uber-meticulousness about money -- like the ideal IRS worker -- he'd find it funny and go along with it.

Huh, I'm surprised the ratings dropped (thanks blueshoes!). But now that I think of it, it's not that surprising. The unusually large, additional amount of people that checked the SeoHwa debut episode out must've been very casual viewers. And there might be other factors we didn't consider. For instance, did the other variety shows feature a particular guest that would garner high ratings for its air time?, and etc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In any case, I'm not too worried, since YongSeo Couple is still receiving rave reviews -- at least, last time I checked. Like I said before (and someone else said this too, I think), they're a big hit in Korea. For WGM watchers, the new appeal of this couple is that it reminds them of their high school/college days. You know what makes me even more excited (and sad at the same time)? Is that the fact that we only see 30-40 minutes of their time spent together per episode...when they're actually spending hours-days together. We can make so many speculations and spazzes with 30 minutes of footage. XD they're probably so much closer than we think they are. actually the ratings do matter too, some dramas and variety shows depends alot on the ratings, if the ratings are dropping, they will either shorten the episodes or end the episodes and change something new. kris Yeah, I think it was Yong-hwa's wish for Seo-hyun to call him "Yong-hwa Oppa." He never verbalized that wish, but by telling her to call him by his name, that was the general implication. But when all Seo-hyun could say was, "Yo~ng," he settled for that, saying that that nickname was good. I loved how he's so careful to go at his wife's pace so she'll be comfortable! But now I think "Yong Oppa" sounds more affectionate than "Yong-hwa Oppa." actually the ratings do matter too, some dramas and variety shows depends alot on the ratings, if the ratings are dropping, they will either shorten the episodes or end the episodes and change something new. Now it is above 10, so I am not worried. WGM was once 3%, the lowest I think and they started to change alot of couples to increase the ratings.
