Educational support and school supplies to the Kachumwa school in the district of Malawi (the place where MGY has visited) _ 4,144,000 won

Medical supply support to the regional hospital in the district of Malawi (the place where MGY has visited) _ 3,036,000 won

!!!

 

As you have read in the prior progress report,
we initially wished to support the medical business/projects, 
but it wasn't the business field that Good Neighbors concerned with and they replied that it would be difficult to carry out the plan.
(So we were planning to support the Mom-centre or to provide more support in making a better education environment.)

 

After the broadcast of 희망TV many of our fans felt bad about the poor medical conditions.
Not only our fans, but also Good Neighbors formed opinion that it'd be better to support more urgent businesses.
And so, in consultation with the regional hospital of Malawi, Good Neighbors has come to terms to support the hospital with medical supplies.
We want to thank the staff's of Good Neighbors for thinking along and for stepping into a new business.

 

Thus, we've decided to proceed the support of the medical business.
Within one to two weeks, Good Neighbors will come up with a business plan.
As soon as we get this, we'll keep you guys up-to-date.

(News Focus) Beginning an acting career at an early age can be a double-edged sword, even to some of the top-notch child actors.

Child acting brings sturdy public recognition, which helps when the actor grows up and competes for big roles. However, the biggest setback of child acting is that it fixes the actors' image as kids, making them look "awkward" when they play grown-up characters. No child actor stays young forever -- therein lies the rub, with child actors striving to scrap their cutesy images to "grow up" on screen, as well as in the real world. Even

Moon Geun-young, perhaps the most well-known South Korean child actress locally, went through a rough patch.

Debuted at 12 in the film "On the Road" in 1987, the actress has earned a nickname "Korea's baby sis" after she joined stardom with rom-com film "My Little Bride" in 2004.

"I thought to myself countless times that I may have started acting at too early of an age," said Moon, now 29, in an interview with Yonhap News Agency in 2015.
The actress was cast as the heroine of new mystery film "Glass Garden," set to open in 2017.

Her agency, Namoo Actors, has vowed to show "a completely different" side of Moon, showing ongoing efforts to shed her image as a cheerful, carefree child.
"Above all, I think the public needs time to realize the fact that I am a creature that ages as much as they do."
