i believe the concert itself is free,

but to get into the festival [which is where the concert is held]

requires purchasing a ticket.

so i guess they're making the point that you don't pay extra?

either way, he sure is getting better looking as the years pass.

Pay? That's weird. Kapiolani Park is out in the open. I've never needed to pay to go to the Korean or Vietnamese festivals there. lskdjfdfo confused <_<
