There Was a Reason for Wonder Girls’ YooBin’s ‘Pretty Body’(?)

(Entertainment Backstage) 1,000 Jumps on the Jump-Rope… “Slender~” Again

The Wonder Girls’ YooBin is seeing some dramatic effects from the ‘Jump-Rope Diet’.

YooBin stated that she had gained weight while promoting <Nobody> due to the lack of time for exercise and an irregular diet.

In order to regain her pretty figure, YooBin recently took to controlling her portions and began the jump-rope diet.

YooBin stated that her figure had become noticeably slimmer as a result of jumping rope at least 1,000 times per day.

“At first I was worried about how I was going to jump 1,000 times a day, but once I actually started it didn’t even take 20 minutes. The results of exercise are the best. I want to stand before my fans with a prettier appearance,” YooBin statedly timidly.

Her weight loss is rather evident. If that's what Binnie wants to do, them I'm for it ^__^

I was browsing for news at asianfanatics..

I came across this news about the mention of Ha Ji Won in one particular video by Wonder girls

I like Ha Ji Won coz I loved the series,"What Happened in Bali" with Jo In Sung

So i decided to check on the video called "So Hot"..

The first time i saw it,it easily caught my attention,i made my sister watch it

And she was like,"Let's watch it again!" we liked it coz..

the vid was colorful,the song was catchy,the beat was nice and the girls are GORGEOUS. :blush:

then we saw "Nobody" and that's when i became a FAN!!

to answer that question how I found out about WONDER GIRLS?

it was because of last year's Wonderbang stage, i saw it randomly on youtube and fell in love with these two groups.

I wonder what's going to be their comeback image? i know its like 6 or 7 months away, but I was hoping maybe more mature and sexy image?! well who knows.
