선예의 군부대 출연은 사촌동생 때문이다. 사진을 올린 네티즌은 '선예의 사촌동생이 복무 중이어서 자주 들러 사인을 해준다'고 이유를 밝혔다.

CES is worldwide renowned, yesterday it was on the TV news headlines here. It's a pity that the concert is private, but did you notice the stage? It looks quite big for an hotel convention (at least bigger than Pivotcon).

I suppose that einstein_mcp will post tidbits of the concert as usual.

It might be worth to check ustream, as there is a lot of CES coverage there. It's a tiny possibility though, because yesterday I scrolled through the event list and there was nothing about the Monster concert.

qoxie, you did a great job in the last months, there's no praise that is enough for all the time you dedicated to us.

What you did was enormous because you have broken the language barrier and kept us informed for all the Asian activities. Thanks to your work Soompi has become the English language source of all things related to the Wonder Girls -- almost updating in real time in the second half of 2010.

I'm happy of your decision because I'm sure it's been a hard effort.

If I may ask something, I just want to read from time to time your "strategic" points of view, because you have the most focused vision -- in here and not limited to Soompi.

I will still be online just as much, but wanna focus on a few other side projects for now. One of which is logging WG's 2010 itinerary, which is in the final proof-reading stage. Will post it when done. (Thanks for your notes again.)

As for "strategic" viewpoints, I'll throw this bone out there. I predict the next WG release is another EP (in 3 languages), with the full LP album (English) pushed back to mid-year (around June).

That what JYPE momentarily announced last April (i.e. separate albums), which I think everyone including myself have forgotten, given the rate they kept changing their plans.

Such a dual strategy makes sense again for 2011, to me. 1stly, elevate WG's profile again with the New York Fashion Week in mid-Feb. Participate in any interested corporate events too.

Then earmark the traditional 3-month timetable (eg. March~May) to promote the EP. The girls may organize another club tour (small 1.5k~3k venues) for the converted US market, maybe do promotions in Korea & Asia as well.

JYP himself usually plays some dates in America around this time too, so perhaps WG can make guest appearances.

Doesn't matter whether the new song chart on Billboard. It's more important to build some momentum, independently in this case cuz I am not sure how much JYPE's US partners can help in early 2011.

Jonas Group seems to be in transition: Jobros & Honor Society are taking a break, Demi Lovato is in rehab (emotional stress), Jordin Sparks went Broadway last year. Not familiar with their other artistes. They are also using the Internet (Cambio) to stay in touch with fans during the downtime.

Come June, & summertime, WG can then attempt at the wider US market.

That said, I do hope the girls get to celebrate the Lunar New Year & their career 4th Anniversary at home.

It made the newspapers here today too. Very big-scale tradeshow, with too many competing vendors (Monster Cable is just one of them) organizing various activities for the event attendees. The media's focus is, understandably, on the latest consumer electronics products.

칸타피아라는 닉네임을 사용하는 네티즌은 자신의 외할머니가 서울에 올라와 지리를 헤매고 있을 때 이름 없이 도와준 청년이 바로 유재석이었다고 밝히며 고마움을 전했다.

당시 유재석은 할머니의 짐을 들어드리고, 택시를 잡아서 택시비까지 대신 내주면서도 자신을 밝히지 않았다.

택시기사가 알아보는 바람에 유재석의 선행이 알려졌고, 이를 외손자인 네티즌이 인터넷에 감사 글을 올려 널리 전해지게 됐다.
