The indirect reference to the 'Made in WG' show caught me out.  For a while, I thought erroneously he was talking about WG doing another series (the delayed Bae Yong Joon 'Dream High' project came to mind, actually).

Yes. 2 series is a bit too much, but something is clearly coming.

Re-watching the conference JY says "right now we're shooting the pilot for a teenage TV here in the US. And Asia, and the rest of the world" -- pilot implies still not cleared to go / in initial stage.

My guesses for now are that the show is either a new MIWG cut dubbed in English or a new variation of the MIWG - WG series 3 format. Yeeun wrote about acting lessons in English... which is good for both dubbing or filming something new.

The TV could be MNET America. It fits naturally -- a Disney channel looks less probable to me.

I noticed they took out Singapore in the Facebook post too. I guess that means they're not coming.

Sistec confirmed as much when I called them during lunchtime: no WG for Mnet Ultimate Singapore.

Also got a tip yesterday that Amos Boon, who worked with WG in SG & whom LIM has a crush on ,  had already indicated to his followers WG won't be coming down.

I thought he is with Sony Ericsson but it turned out he's working for Launch Entertainment (co-organizer of Mnet concert, & also for WG's showcase/M&Gs earlier in the year).

His Twitter is set inexplicably set to private -- geez, Singaporeans not sharing   -- but accepts followers in order to view his messages.

It's a good source after I viewed his timeline. He had hinted his show's 5th Kpop group won't be as big as WG (which turned out to be true). He also leaked to a follower a week ago that WG will be in HK on Dec 17 (way before it became public knowledge).

Amos's Launch Group Facebook has some unshared photo albums of WG's June trip to SG.

Here are the pics from the private function. They take priority cuz it's rare to see the girls hang out sans makeup.

Non-WG pics are omitted; they featured the guests playing party games. Looks like Mark D was the most boisterous (& drank the most?)

But Sunye, & to some extent Sohee, seemed to be M.I.A. for the most part. Both were photographed only at either the beginning or the end; the pictorial sequence isn't clear about this. In any case, YeBin seemed to have stayed the longest.

There are also separate albums for the M&Gs & the MBS showcase, which I will post next time if nobody volunteers. (NB. A lot of photos...)

Looks like WG is returning to Korea.

Sohee was quite chatty on Twitter a few hours ago. She tweeted in English that she has finished packing (& heading to bed).

I just saw the Chinese translations of some of her Korean tweets. She was bantering with Sunmi, inc. telling her to have persimmon ice dessert ready when she's back. (4D replied with a 'heart' sign.)  She also responded to 2AM Seulong's tweeted selca that she's gonna diet when in Korea. Not sure what the context or inside joke was.

Mandoo sounded really elated, for some reason. She playfully referred to herself as unni in those tweets (according to the Chinese translations), with Sunmi & Seulong playing along. (Seulong teased her back by calling her a 'brother', according to Google Translate).

She even reached out to Yu Ill Han (aka yutchcock, a Mnet producer/MV director), saying in Korean that she's "looking forward to the music video".

There was also an earlier tweet (to JANEyjk) which seemed to insinuate that she just finished her last meal in the USA. Wonder if she means for the year, i.e. that WG will base themselves in Korea for the remaining 2010 activities.

Does this mean the Korean Grand Prix gig is on? I need to surf around for news again.

But there's still no update on the China Wushu Festival (scheduled for the next day). JYP China has been giving only' 48 hours' notice during WG's last 2 flights to the country, so any formal announcement by them looks set to be very late again.

that could be related. if WG really gonna stay @ Korea until the album launch, then Sohee must feel happy to met and get together with her family and friends again, after this long and tired (almost) 2 years abroad.

I doubt they will attend Korean Grand Prix performance, too many artist perform, so i dont think they will become 1 of them, if they perform in Korea, it must be only them or with few artist ^^, not the common one

Oh, is the korean grand prix still going on as planned (referring to the dates). It's supposed to be today, or not? thats what i thought lol. XP

I think they're supposed to be there for two days. The other day is the opening ceremony, I think. They're performing on the same day as BoA. Unless they're not going anymore. =/

And I think the girls will be spending more time in Asia for the last half of 2010, as they said before. Then next year their new/debut album will be released. Korean or English or even both, I don't know. I'm looking forward to it either way. =) If they will be staying in Korea for a longer period time I wonder if they'll attend MAMA or any of the year end ceremonies... xD

I found the Korean GP festivities schedule.

Luckily, they have an English edition (as it should, since F1 motor racing is an international tourist draw).

A lot of concerts are being organized, but I don't see WG mentioned anywhere.

In fact, it appears 2NE1 is the only blue-ribbon Kpop group involved. They & U-Kiss will headline the Oct 21 show WG was previously linked to.

On the other hand, the China news reports continues to namecheck WG for the Oct 22 Zhengzhou International Shaolin Wushu Festival Opening Ceremony.

Previously, the media just quoted the event director (at face value, cuz the various published schedules did not mention any performer's name).

The latest updates published the impressive rehearsal photos over the weekend (check out this example for the dazzling 3D effects) while mentioning WG among the expected performers FWIW.

Hopefully JYP China will release the flight details soon, if they indeed plan to participate.
