입술에서는 윤은혜(36%)-송혜교(31%)-김민정(15%)-김혜수(11%)-기타(7%) 순으로 조사됐다. 최근에 각광받고 있는 입술은 도톰하면서도 너무 크지도 작지도 않으며 건강한 붉은색을 띤 입술이다. 윤은혜와 송혜교는 이런 조건들을 절묘하게 잘 충족시킨다는 의견이 많다. 특히 윤은혜처럼 위아래 입술이 도톰하면서 윗입술과 아랫입술의 비율이 약 1:1.3정도로 아랫입술 가운데가 갈라진 듯한 모양이 인기가 높다. 그 외 손태영의 입술도 상담자들에게 성형하고 싶은 입술로 꼽혔다.
