Rain picks A Pink as the prettiest girl group + Doojoon wants to be closer to A Pink's Hayoung

A Pink seems to be quite the popular girl group these days, even among other celebrities!

Rain recently mentioned them when he met up with Tenasia for an interview.  He said, "Among the recent girl groups, A Pink is the cutest and prettiest." 

However, that is not all as B2ST's Doojoon also mentioned the group while he was recording for MBC's special 'Idol Star Athletics Championship' on January 13.  He said, "I chose A Pink's Hayoung as the female idol I wanted to become closer to, but I honestly said her name because I am already the closest to her."  He then said in an affectionate video message, "Hayoung, happy new year."

Rain Release a Choreography Practice Clip of ‘La Song’

Rain revealed a choreography clip for his song “La Song.”

He has worked his magic, because even though he’s not wearing glamorous outfits, or dancing on a fully equipped stage, this practice version of “La Song” rocks!

As you can see from the clip below, he is wearing a simple white t-shirt and jeans and still sexy and groovy.

It’s like watching a small festival of the best dancers in town.

After listing their choices for the “100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2013″ last month, The Independent Critics List has put together their choices for the first”100 Most Handsome Faces of 2013.” 

The original “Most Beautiful” list is a yearly tradition for TC Chandler and their Independent Critics List to compile a list of the 100 most beautiful female faces in entertainment and sports. The list boasts of its diversity, with celebrities from many countries making up the list. For 2013, 14 female Korean celebrities made the list, which you can see here.

Now for the first time, the same company has made a list of the 100 “Most Handsome”  faces. According to their Facebook page, this list was made at the request of many people who wanted to see a list of handsome men. Like its counterpart, the “Most Handsome” list consists of celebrities from different countries, with eight Koreans making out the list. 

Actor Lee Byung Hun starts off the list at 91, in between American actor Armie Hammer and Argentine soccer player Gonzalo Higuaín. Dennis Oh makes a surprise appearance at 66. World star Rain makes number 46, and not too far ahead is actor Lee Jung Jae at 40. Of the Big Bang members, it was actually Taeyang who managed to get on the list at a high 33. Actor Daniel Henney gets to 24.  2PM‘s leader and rising idol-actor Taecyeon made it to the top twenty with being 13. Lastly, the highest ranking Korea celebrity is Super Junior‘s Choi Siwon, who was lucky number 7. Actor Michael Fassbender was voted the number one most handsome face.

Busy Schedules Do Not Seem To Conflict Between Rain And Kim Tae Hee; How The Pair Stays In Love

Let's face it, rather you are a pop singer or actress, it can be difficult to have a relationship due to having a tight schedule. They need toknow how to manage their time if they want to go out on dates and communicate. Luckily, with all these technology, we are able to stay in contact with each other. One couple is Rain and Kim Tae Hee and though they are extremely busy, this couple is still together and finding ways to stay in-contact with each other.



Return Of The Rain

Rain returned on January 2, 2014 by releasing his sixth album "Rain Effect" which is composed, written, and produced by him. Along with his comeback into the music world, he is also acting again by starring in an upcoming film with Bruce Willis which the title will be "The Prince." Since his military discharge, Rain has been extremely busy and MBC "Section TV" interviewed him regarding how his relationship is going with actress Kim Tae Hee. He stated, "Since we're so busy, we can't contact each other often." "But we are continuing well." Telephone is a very useful technology, just speed-dial and you are able to communicate with your boyfriend or girlfriend which is how Kim and Rain are staying in-contact since they are not able to meet one another.

Rain is blessed to have Kim because she is supportive. During his time in the Korean army, numerous criticisms spread on news media regarding Rain taking numerous "leave" to see Kim. Rain and Kim got so serious that they went out on dates every Sunday. Christmas rolled in and both spent time together for five days which two of those days, Kim stayed at Rain's house on December 23rd and 24th. Rain was also caught on photo of him dropping Kim at her house during the midnight hour.

This leads me to the scandals regarding them and how netizens viewed the two as a couple. Like any Korean celebrity, paparazzi will follow and take pictures that will heat up news media. When photos were released of this two going out, media truly did fire up and netizens commented both negative as well positive. Fans lashed out by not agreeing with this relationship and that Kim should find someone better rather than Rain.

For the positive comments, people said that they should just mind their own business and not interfere on whom Kim chooses.

As for the agencies, Kim's and Rain's were not aware that both were dating and believed that they were just only friends. Kim's agency stated, "The scandal is not true. World star Rain met one of the hottest celebrity icons of the day, Kim Woo Bin.

During a recent meeting with enews, Rain brought up Kim Woo Bin saying, “I met Kim Woo Bin recently and I was really surprised. I hear that I’m tall wherever I go, but he was really tall.”

The two stars met during January 9’s broadcast of Mnet’s M Countdown, when Rain talked about his thoughts on his comeback alongside Kim Woo Bin, who was the MC of the show.

“He left a bold first impression,” said Rain. “I think he was the tallest out of all the celebrity friends I’ve met recently. I think I get now why fans love him so much.”

Meanwhile, Rain came back with his double titles 30Sexy and LA Song and won the first place on both M Countdown and Music Bank.

Every year since 1990, TC Candler has released the Independent Critics List of the 100 Most Beautiful Faces, and on January 12 they officially revealed their first ever list of the 100 Most Handsome Faces, a collection of the world's most attractive men.

The lists include a variety of famous actors, singers, models, and other entertainment professionals from around the world that have been narrowed down from an original collection of tens of thousands of faces.

Each year the Independent Critics have taken suggestions from across the globe and have evolved their list of the most beautiful and the result has been called "the most interesting and original list of its kind." The foray into the cataloguing the world's most handsome faces is equally exciting and intriguing.

TC Candler says their yearly lists are very different from others that tend to come out around this time of year.

"Unlike many other annual publications, The Independent Critics List is not a popularity contest. It is not about the sexiest or the most famous. Rather, it aims to be a very international list and one that is inclusive of many cultures, lifestyles, professions and degrees of fame. The Independent Critics List intends to inform public opinion rather than reflect it," explained the TC Candler website.

"This list searches far and wide, listening to the millions of suggestions submitted every year, and tries to put together a list representative of the modern ideal of aesthetic beauty."

The newest list was revealed on January 12 and includes men from 25 different countries.

As with the popular Most Beautiful Faces list, TC Candler says, "That number should go up every year as the list grows and expands."

For the first installment of the Most Handsome Faces, seven Korean entertainers have found their places among the world's attractive elite from Super Junior's Siwon at number seven down to number 91, actor Lee Byung Hun.

2PM member Taecyeon, Big Bang's Taeyang, and international star Rain are the additional representative K-Pop entries on the list, coming in at numbers 13, 33, and 46 respectively.

Korean-American model Dennis Oh (number 66) and 40-year-old actor Lee Jung Jae (number 40) round out the Korean entires to the Independent Critics first collection of male faces from around the globe.

The lists of handsome and beautiful faces is an ongoing project that openly welcomes suggestions from viewers across the globe and suggestions and opinions from the public are strongly encouraged.

"There is no need to suggest a meg-star or someone that is on the list already. New names are very welcome indeed. We want to add to our extensive database," explained the list's creators.

Rain (Jeong JiHoon) may have the chance to appear on two Hollywood movies very soon.

On Channel OBS’s “Unique Entertainment News” interview, Rain confessed that he will be visiting the United States next week.

Rain mentioned that “whenever I put out a new album, I always go to visit my mother. I prayed that this album is a successful one, like I always do. I also asked for her help in that I don’t wear out, and that I can always give it my best.”

He also stated that “my only wish was that I could buy her something with the money I’d earned. I still can’t let go of the fact that I never had the chance to just buy her a full meal, or a nice outfit for her to wear. I’m always so envious of people whose mother’s are still with them.”

Korea’s representative singer Rain and hot icon Kim Woo Bin met for the first time at the Mnet MCountdown on January 9, where Rain held his special comeback performance. 

In a recent interview with eNEWS, Rain said, “I met Kim Woo Bin not too long ago, and I was really surprised. I usually don’t lose in terms of height anywhere I go, but he’s really tall.”

Kim Woo Bin, at a height of 188 cm (6’2”) is known for his model body, and as a host of a music program, he has unintentionally embarrassed several idols with his towering height. The Independent Critics List recently decided to compile a list for the 100 Most Handsome Faces of 2013. Though they've been compiling such a list every year for the 100 Most Beautiful Faces --with After School's Nana coming in 2nd for 2013, no such list was available for good-looking men.
After many requests for a male ranking, TC Chandler decided to fulfil the public's wishes. The list prides itself in its diversity, featuring 100 good looking men from all over the world.

A total of eight Koreans made it onto the list. Actor Lee Byung-hun was at the bottom at #91, sandwiched right between American actor Armie Hammer and Argentine soccer player Gonzalo Higuain. Dennis Oh was at #66, Rain at #46, and actor Lee Jung-jae at #40. There were of course k-pop idols included as well. Big Bang's Taeyang placed at #33, trailing a bit behind actor Daniel Henney at #24. 2PM's Taecyeon placed safely in the top 20 at #13. Even higher than that honor was Super Junior's Siwon who ranked in at #7.

This is quite noteworthy being that this was ahead of even big Hollywood A-listers like Brad Pitt, Hugh Jackman, and Leonardo Dicaprio, who were at #8, #15, #16, respectively.
