i have been mistaken as japanease and korean... but im chinese..

... too b honest.. i find it a compliment to b mistaken as korean.. coz korean ppl are soooo prettty! & i like korean culture..... but anyways..it doesnt matta what ethnic i am! as long as im happy with who i am! my country does not have to do anything great for me to b happy with myself! alot of country never did anything great for their people.. but dont see their ppl wanting to b another ethnic..

when i'm filipina, and one time this lady was lost, and i think she thought i was chinese

so she started speaking chinese to me, but i said i wasn't so i ended up having to take her home -.-

I'm filipino and I live in Toronto.

Toronto is so multicultural, like omg.

I've been mistaken as a korean, chinese and a japanese..

People come up to me speaking those languages.

But I don't look like it at all, ahah.

I swear, I'm too dark to look oriental.

im chinese, but people like to guess im japanese because of my hair which at the moment is all layered and asian.

when i say im not japanese though, they guess korean, because of my eyes. even my mom says that im secretly korean because my eyes turn into that moon-shape thing when i smile and apparently it's a korean trait. o.O

Yes you'd think they'd say Chinese first but they didn't.

I am a chinese and my friends (new friends) since I moved to a new school asked me,

"Hey are you mixed blooded? Like I mean one of your parents are Korean?"

Some said I look like a mixture of Japanese and Korean.

But most of the time, they'd say I am Korean chinese.

since i live on guam, a lot of people used to mistake me for guamanian because i was a lot darker when i was younger.

but now that i've gotten older and stayed out of the sun, people KNOW that i'm asian, but since my eyes are large, but still almond shaped, they don't know from WHICH PART of asia im from.

back when i was dark skin, i was obviously looking filipino

nowadays it's viet, korean, filipina, just plain "asian".....

Oh yeah, people always think I'm Korean or Japanese o__o;; I mean, I dunno which ethnicity I look like to be honest XD though my friends always tell me "You're obviously Chinese".... eh lol. I don't really care XD I confuse them by telling them I'm Cantonese :0 -starts a whole new level of confusion-
